Derek & Glen have worked at our property on several occasions both externally and internally - we have been extremely pleased with everything. The renovated bathroom with the tile shower is beautiful!

Derek has twice taken my scatter brain ideas and turned them into amazing rehab of complicated spaces. He’ll tell you what’s a good idea and what’s a bad idea upfront which has saved me lots of time, money and avoided rework.

Our house was built in 1785 and its stairway is representative of its age, high risers and short treads. After I fell down the stairs and broke many bones we decided we wanted a bedroom and full bathroom downstairs. We hired Down River to remove a closet and replace it with a shower and washer/dryer section. Derek and Channing did a wonderful five star job. I would add an additional star for how careful they were and how concerned with cleaning up after themselves, every day when they left and at the very end. And another star for coming in at the agreed-upon cost. Very Happy!
