    Element Granite and Quartz was terrific. We are a bit of a distance from them so during our kitchen project we opted not to go to the showroom. Emily explained the material choices with the pros and cons over the phone and then sent me pictures of the slabs. This might not work for everyone but it worked for us! The template measuring was very detailed and we felt comfortable with the plan. Two weeks later the countertops were installed and they look great. Everyone from the Element team was a pleasure to work with. Thanks to Emily for her help getting it all planned out remotely. I highly recommend them.

    I have used Element in the past so when it was time for a kitchen remodel I did not think twice about going here. The service is top-notch! From the time you walk in and are greeted by Emily and Rocky until post delivery you are treated like family! Their showroom is huge and Emily was so great at helping us pick the perfect slab. Delivery and installation were non-stressful and the expertise is obvious. I was really nervous about the seams in the counter but WOW!!! Emily perfectly matched everything and it looks seamless.     I have worked with Element Granite and Quartz since 2010. In all my dealings, I have only had a great experience with the owner and his staff. You can tell a lot by how a CEO treats his employees, customers, and his vendors. I am a vendor but have also become a friend over the years.     From the moment I walked into Element Granite & Quartz I felt welcomed. Rocky is the first to greet you with his big eyes and wiggly booty. Emily is so kind and knowledgeable that the whole process of choosing your slab, getting an estimate, scheduling, and payments are so easy. Even changes where never a hassle, I changed my choice 3 times. I was provided a sample for each choice which really helped me choose the best selection. Emily definitely wants you to be comfortable with and sure of your choice. The template process was quick and easy. The installers were respectful, pleasant, and professional and I was pleasantly surprised by my extra cutting/ serving board. I love my choice and my kitchen has never looks so awesome.

    I highly recommend Element Granite and Quartz for countertops! Vinny and Emily were wonderful! Vinny personally took me around the warehouse and showed me a few different quartz options in my color scheme. They were able to turn around my countertops in one week. Upon discovering Element Granite & Quartz, I contacted Emily. I described my project and expressed my desire to find a remnant for my pool bathroom, emphasizing the urgency due to time constraints for the shower glass measurements. Emily graciously accommodated my schedule, even meeting with me after regular business hours. During my visit to their warehouse, Emily provided a comprehensive tour, showcasing a wide array of stone and quartz options. Her patience and expertise were evident as she guided me through the selection process. She identified a stunning piece that met all the requirements for my project, and I made my decision promptly.Vinny conducted the template process, offering valuable insights for making the project more complete. Armed with this information, I was able to effectively communicate my needs to my tile installer. Element managed to expedite production and complete the installation in less than a week! Robert, Jose, and Omar handled the installation professionally, even amidst unexpected weather challenges.     Excellent, excellent, excellent service! From the moment we walked into their showroom, Olivia was nothing but helpful with a friendly attitude and a smile on her face. If we had a question, she had the answer, and if she didnt, she found out quickly. Furthermore, Olivia at EG&Q maintained communication, whereas no other business had!We had visited a lot of different locations for cabinets and granite, and in all of those places, including the Big Box stores (Home Depot and Lowes), nobody seemed interested in doing their jobs, or being bothered with us as customers. Thats why we knew, immediately, we would be purchasing from Element, Granite, and Quartz without question before we even left their store, or discussed it with each other. Weve been married long enough to know what the others thinking, and wed been through the ringer on our kitchen remodel together, so we just knew.I can kind of understand (if not condone) why contractors at the Big Boxs are unenthusiastic, but small businesses? Shouldnt they care about their company?When they werent ignoring us, they were either not listening to me/us (to the point where it was annoyingly startling; how many times can I say, No, not greenish, brown... without losing my patience, as Im shown sample after sample of greenish, wooden samples?), or they were pretending not to understand what they could do for us when we gave specs, or up-selling as if we didnt know any better.Go with EG&Q; theres no way you can be disappointed! We had our granite installed approximately two weeks from our first and only visitation at the showroom.

    I recommend Element! They were so great! Emily is amazing! My husband had his measurements wrong and we had already placed our order. Emily went in and adjusted the layout of the kitchen and worked her magic so that it still looked great. Emily is very passionate about her designs and quality of the cabinets and Granite.. She had gotten in a new granite that she had been searching for and it was perfect for our kitchen. I’ll recommend them to my friends and family.

    Emily at EGQ was truly professional in helping me pick out the perfect quartz stone for my countertop and took great pride and patience walking me through her warehouse in picking out the right stone and showing me in 3D what that stone would actually look like on my countertop prior to the actual installation.     They have all your countertop needs, they bring in the latest inventory weekly. So much to choose from, indoor showroom with endless Quartz, Granite, Marble, Quartzite and more.     Due to water damage in the kitchen I needed to do an entire remodel in which almost everything went wrong. Choosing to go with Element Granite was the exception. I worked with Olivia and she really did a fabulous job walking me through the process. I went with the MSI Quartz, but Element only had a small sample. Olivia suggested I visit the MSI warehouse in Hatboro where I was able to view full slabs and take samples home. (MSI also deserves 5 stars). Vinnie came and did the measurements for the template. Since so much of the remodel had not run smoothly (such as the plumber who showed up at my house on his Harley smelling of booze…), I needed assurances that everything was going to be okay with the countertops. Olivia and Vinnie were very professional and reassuring. The installers were wonderful and all the cuts were perfect. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Element for getting my renovation over the finish line.

    I cant say enough great things about our experience with Element. We looked at several places for our counters but no one had the selection we found at Element. After we selected the counters we wanted (there were at least 5 we really liked) we shopped around for accessories for our kitchen and ended up coming back to Element and purchased our backsplash and cabinet hardware. Communication throughout the process was great and they were very flexible with scheduling and installing the counters since we had some construction delays, but they worked with us so there were no issues with the counters. The installers were quick, professional and did a great job putting them in. For their sales, support and customers service I would highly recommend Element to anyone.

    We ordered our bathroom and dressing room area countertops from Element. The employees at the warehouse as well as those that came to our home were extremely polite, professional and helpful. They took the time to answer our questions. It was apparent that they knew their business. Vinny came up with a creative idea to deal with an tricky décor problem. Installation was fairly quick and went very smoothly. There was very little clean up after the installers left. The countertops look great. We are pleased with our overall experience and will use Element again when we redo the kitchen. One last thing, our new quartz countertops ended up costing us $500 less than the granite we had originally selected at another local business. Best of all - quartz has no maintenance and is non-porous so I dont have to worry about stains.

    Awesome experience from start to finish with Element G&Q... I cant think of 1 thing that they couldve done better. I rarely write reviews, but it just wouldnt have been right to skip this one.Let me save you some time if youre in the market for granite or quartz. Just go here! I went everywhere. They carry all the same brands as everybody else. But they also carry their own brand that nobody else has! This is why they could offer the lowest price and fastest service. The whole process took less than a week from purchase to installation (and that was only because there was a holiday weekend involved). They even special ordered me a new quartz slab because I wasnt crazy about the pattern of the one they had in the warehouse.As far as the customer service goes, you couldnt ask for 3 nicer people to deal with. Yulia, Emily and Scott the installer are AWESOME! Pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, always available ...and patient. I even had Scotts cell # so I could contact him with any questions before the install. Who does that? LOLBy far, the most pleasant part of my kitchen remodel. Thank you!

    I would highly recommend Element Granite & Quartz! From start to finish I learned so much about about all the different types of stones and quality. Yulia was very informative on educating me and would give me her honest opinion regarding all my questions and if there was something she wasnt sure of, she made sure to find out for me. My wife and I visited several other places looking to possibly find something that was identical or similar to the original granite we had chosen at Element for a more reasonable price. No such luck. The granite we chose is absolutely beautiful and wouldnt change it for anything else. Scott came out and measured our kitchen with 100% accuracy, and a couple weeks later came out with his crew to install. I was told that our longest piece of counter top , which is just under 11 feet long, would have to be cut into 2 pieces and seamed in the middle. I wasnt crazy about that idea, but understood it was what it was. When they came to install, Scott told me that they were able to cut the piece as one piece and transport it without issue. The install took a couple hours. Everything went smooth and they left my kitchen pristine and beautiful. Professionalism all around and most importantly, my wife is VERY happy and pleased!     Of all the contractors that my husband and I have ever worked with, Vinny and his team at Element Granite & Quartz have been the most phenomenal. Within 3 days I had the template of the countertop and the full installation completed. The countertop looks AMAZING. We dont have a small kitchen and still Vinny was able to make only 1 seam. The seam is strategically placed where the sink is to minimize the look of it. However, it is barely noticeable as is.Element Granite & Quartz is great and I would recommend to any and everyone.A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

    I must say that I was quite impressed with the renovation of my new kitchen. Being the particular person that I am, that says a lot. Initially I was a little apprehensive regarding the upgrade. I’ve read many horror stories and was plagued with thoughts of, “What if it doesn’t come out right? What if it takes forever?” Needless to say, it was a complete waste of energy. I had my entire kitchen remodeled which could have been a daunting experience. Not only did they exceed my expectations in regards to the outcome, but the work was done so efficiently that I didn’t really have the opportunity to feel completely displaced.     Yulia helped us pick out our granite slab. We were there to pick out quartz and were back and forth between quartz and granite. They had beautiful slabs, but the white fantasy granite really stood out to us. Our counter is beautiful. Vinny and the guys came all the way to Wildwood to install it.     It was so nice to work with Vinny, Emily, and staff to beautify our kitchen with new granite counter-tops. Before going to Element, we researched and visited other granite establishments and were quickly turned off by the salespeople, who were only interested in their own pockets, rather than our needs and wants.     I never leave reviews, but with this company I absolutely had to! Emily, Vince, Yulia, and Alex were all incredible! I purchased cabinets and a quartz countertop which, 1) had the best prices and 2) had the most exceptional customer service. We experienced a couple of hiccups with cabinet delivery, but Emily and Vince made sure the issue was remediated immediately.
