We have the highest appreciation for Niko, Ray, Alex, Myles, Ashley and the whole team at Kolemade for our kitchen cabinetry. My wife and I could not be happier with Kolemade’s expertise and quality craftsmanship.Professionalism and trustworthiness are hard to find in home contractors but we found the best of both qualities with this team. Everyone at Kolemade helped and listened during every step of our project, going out of their way to coordinate with various subs and planning around us living through a home renovation.We cannot recommend Kolemade enough!

This crew produces the highest quality work in the city. They fit out my beer store, Stones Beer & Beverage Market, with an enormous custom front desk and window counter. Our customers compliment us on the piece daily.Its made of durable material and is constructed to hold up to the demands of our business. Im confident it will for many years to come.Working with the entire team was an absolute pleasure. I was an active part of the design process and easily infused my ideas into the design and construction of the front desk and counter.I cannot recommend Niko and the crew enough. I couldnt be more pleased with my Kole Made custom cabinets in my kitchen and powder room. They are beautiful, functional, well-made, and exactly how I hoped they would look when I started my project.Working with Kole Mades project management team, designers, and craftsmen was a breeze and super refreshing given how stressful a project can be on a normal year, let alone in these pandemic times fraught with supply chain and general resourcing issues. They were attentive to my needs and were incredibly responsive and receptive to my requests. Their desire was to get the job done and done well and they certainly did that. They exceeded my expectations and I am thrilled with how well my retrofit design came out.Kole Made crafted maple cabinets for my kitchen that blend with my existing maple cabinets and were made to fit a space that required precision and a good understanding of what I was trying to achieve. I am incredibly grateful that they were able to fit my project into their schedule when they did as I was very far along in my construction when the need for their services unexpectedly arose.I would recommend Kole Made and would certainly use them again for cabinetry. All the pieces that they crafted are stunning, the floating walnut curved vanity that they made for my powder room is both unique and beautiful, it transformed my powder room.

Kole Made did a complete kitchen remodel for us last year, and we cant say enough good things about the job they did. Starting with the design process all the way through the finished product, we couldnt imagine everything going as well as it did. Niko and Ashley provided us with design options that took into consideration the space, our preferences, our budget and their design expertise. Once a design had been decided upon, we were off! Throughout the demo and installation, we always felt like momentum was moving forward because of Niko and Ashleys ability to make all of the different pieces work in a way that wasted little time. Nikos commitment to providing the best quality product was impressive, and it inspired a level of trust that one doesnt often expect going into a major renovation. Finally, Niko, Ashley, and Pat are just good people that are easy to work with. They were the perfect combination of laid-back, yet steadfastly committed to the project. We didnt want this to be stressful, and their approach made that possible. The point is that we cant recommend Kole Made enough for whatever project youre considering.

This project was our second one with Kole Made. We had a custom built shelving and storage unit designed and installed in our den. It is a smallish space and we wanted it to look sleek and not overwhelm the room while also providing ample storage space for toys. The team at Kole Made did an amazing job. We are very happy with the unit, ithas transformed our den, making it a super comfortable and relaxing place to spend time together while being incredibly functional for our day to day needs. The quality of the materials and the craftsmanship from Kole Made have consistently been fantastic. The first photo below is a before, and the others are after (the prior storage unit was on the opposite wall before and we reoriented the room to get the most storage out of the available space.)

The craftsmanship of their work is really astonishing -- while of course considering exactly what functionality is needed to improve your space and reduce friction in your life. I was referred by a friend who has multiple pieces made by Kole Made in her home and Im so happy to finally have one of my own as well. 10/10.

The entire team at Kole Made was fantastic from start to finish. Niko & Ashley really helped us understand the process, and they were able to design and install amazing built-in bookshelves for our living room! We had reached out to a few different shops / builders in the area, and although Kole Made was not the cheapest option, they were by far the strongest in service and communication. We immediately felt comfortable with the team, and they worked with us to design a perfect solution for our space. Would absolutely use them again for any future woodworking project!

My wife and I underwent a major home renovation with Kolemade and our general contractor - and we began planning with Kolemade about 1.5 years prior to its completion, so we are very familiar with their work. We could not be happier with the result; the quality of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and their willingness to try to incorporate all of our ideas into the final design resulted in a house beyond what we could have possibly imagined. In short, their work is absolutely beautiful, and you will not be disappointed.

The process with Niko & Ashley was seamless, and the crew that installed it was kind & respectful.The end product is exactly what we wanted - beautiful, functional, durable, and high quality.

We were hit with an completely unexpected kitchen renovation after purchasing our house, were super stressed and woefully unprepared. We had ideas of what we wanted but due to the current supply chain issues we were having serious trouble getting cabinets and custom fronts at larger big box stores and online customization retailers. We had never really considered going custom, but when a friend had run into the same issue, they suggested taking a look at Kole Made who had recently redone their kitchen cabinets. We emailed them and got a nearly immediate response from Ashley. From the start, the entire team was extremely friendly, creative, professional and detail-oriented. Most importantly, they were patient as we were extremely new to the process but wanted to be involved in as much creative decision making as possible. Niko and Dan were extremely clear and concise throughout the entire design process, showing us ways we could get what we wanted (the look of solid oak cabinets) with different approaches while sticking to a set budget. They came to measure and created interactive 3D models to show us the final outcome and help lead the conversation on where we could and would make adjustments to our older layout. Ashley kept us in the loop the entire process as well, ensuring all our needs and questions were met. We truly felt like we were well taken care of and were their main focus throughout our entire project. We ended up with the most beautiful red oak modern cabinets with gold pulls - Niko and Dan even built them in a way that has a continuous wood grain, something we hadn’t thought of but can’t imagine the cabinets without now! They are truly a piece of art and a centerpiece to the kitchen. The team was also extremely clean and meticulous with install - we’ve had other contractors through and they’ve all be in awe of the craftsmanship and creativity. Do not hesitate to hire this team, I promise you will not regret it. We’re already starting to plan what other future projects we can do with them and are at ease knowing the outcome will be everything we expected and more.

I had a very loose vision of what I wanted in my kitchen when I reached out to Niko at Kole Made. I knew I wanted an open plan and liked the idea of floating shelves...and that was it. Not having any idea other than a very loose design, Niko took the time to ask me more about my space, my ideas, and my vision for the kitchen. He proposed multiple designs and produced a mock-up of options that far surpassed what I had imagined for my kitchen. Kole Made created a personal, innovative, and unique design with careful attention to small details that more than met all of my needs (and wants). And all of this on top of a beautiful, quality product. Kole Made took the time to get to know me as a person, not just a client, and gave me the option of making informed choices about the products and designs that have made my kitchen a warm, inviting, and beautiful space. After the initial work was completed, I quickly went back to Kole begging for two other custom pieces to be made. Kole Made designed and fabricated a stunning walnut pantry and charactered cedar tracked door, providing me with both functional pieces and distinctive design.

Kole built a fabulous vanity and door for my bathroom. They were very professional and communicative. The final product was even more beautiful than my original idea. Niko had solutions for hardware and he and his team handled everything. It was a great experience from start to finish.

Wow – where do I start? I have worked with Niko and the Kole Made team on a number of projects in various houses and found the process and work to be incredibly inspiring. We worked on a full kitchen remodel with 100% reclaimed material, a dining room table using corbels from a local Victorian home, and built-in bookcases for my library using reclaimed water tower wood, and we are currently collaborating on a new kitchen in a home I recently purchased. Each project had it’s own theme and it’s own life and I was truly sad when the team packed up their tools and walked out the door. What I like and trust the most about working with Kole Made is Niko’s inspiration stems from external influences that are constantly changing and - this in an important distinction -his ability to truly get to know his clients and their space so that the product ultimately feels and resembles their lifestyle. One example that stands out in my mind is in my kitchen we wanted to put up floating shelves and I was pretty set on the length and layout. During the project we uncovered the supporting wall and found beautiful brick peppered with some original colorful stucco. As a team we discussed shelf placement and should the stucco stay or go for two weeks while the rest of the work continued. After much debate we landed on keeping the stucco and using it to frame out the shelving placement. I never felt rushed or pressured while trying to figure out such a key element to the design. If you want unique design, value locally made and want to work with a team of craftsmen, you should consider Kole Made.

We were thrown into an unplanned renovation of our living room and reached out to Kolemade on a whim to install surrounding built-ins and a mantle for our gas fireplace. From the very first interaction, I knew we had chosen the right people. They were incredibly helpful and collaborative on the design, mindful of our budget, and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Best of all, they were able to deliver a beautiful product within our tight timeframe. They totally transformed our space! I cant recommend them enough and look forward to working with them again.

We asked Kole Made to design floating shelves for our kitchen update and they were great. The shelves were made to our exact measurements and Niko and Ashley consulted on shelf thickness, depth, type of wood and finish to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Communication was great throughout the process, pricing was transparent and they shared updates on their progress on our project along the way. They even helped our general contractor with instructions and tips on installing the bracket system. The finished shelves are amazingly sturdy and gorgeous, we couldn’t be happier with them. Would highly recommend.
