Igor gave me an appointment quickly and proceeded with the work efficiently. I was impressed by the quality of the equipment he used, when compared to my previous power washing contractor, who came with a broken nozzle and asked to borrow my hose. I would definitely recommend this service. Actually, I am thinking of having Igor come back for a painting job, his other occupation

Igor and his crew provided a thorough cleaning and pressure washing of my home last month. I appreciated the attention to detail and their successful efforts to minimize damage to plantings in the mulched beds surrounding the house. They also cleared problem areas in gutters while washing the fascia boards under the roof line to prevent future water damage issues for us.I would enthusiastically recommend Igor for high quality cleaning services and excellent value. Will be scheduling Future Coatings Inc. for some exterior painting later this year after reviewing Igors work in our neighborhood!

Our chimney was in bad need of power washings. my wife contacted Igor to power wash the chimney as well as the entire front of the house. We were extremely pleased with his work, that we also asked him to paint our front door. Igor noticed that our exterior shutters needed to be re-attached in some places. He came by and re-attached all the exterior shutters. Again, we were extremely pleased and would not hesitate to reach out to Igor in the future.

It was a pleasure having Future Coatings power wash my house. They were prompt, professional, and now my house looks brand new! The type of cleaning agent used is strong but not abrasive so nothing was damaged during the power wash. After everything was done, they completely cleaned up. We engaged Future Coatings to help us with an extensive home disaster. It took about 8+ weeks to fix . Future Coatings is Philadelphias best kept secret. The crew is considerate, ALWAYS on time, has incredible work ethic, and will deliver EXACTLY what you desire at an extremely FAIR price! Igor delivers on his promises. Every wall and every ceiling in our home needed repair and remediation due to water and condensation damage. Igor took the time with me to make the perfect plan to repair the damage; and to update our entire homes interior. Igor had a professional fix for all of our homes problems (including extensive trim issues due to previously applied latex paint over oil paint). Future Coatings took our home from disaster to delight, resulting in an enormous increase in the homes value (confirmed by professional appraisal). Every day Igor inspected his crews work to be sure it was up to his standard (which on many days was well above mine!). He paid incredible attention to all the details as if the home were his own, and made sure his crew met his high standards daily. Each day (and every day) the crew came in and set up with meticulous attention to ensuring that our belongings and our floors were covered and kept clean. Each and every day, the crew left the work site spotless. We had to live /share the space for a bit of the job time. It was a true pleasure to do so. They did their best to give us privacy; and worked so quietly that on many days I could hardly tell they were in my home. Our neighbors loved their work so much that they hired them for an extensive job as well. They too were over the moon with the job quality and results. I can not say enough good things about this company! The crew became like family to us, and really helped us in a time of great difficulty. Igor was so empathetic to our ordeal. Igor and his guys are THE BEST!!! Every time I came to Igor with a crazy idea (or requested a special product), he would research my idea and the products thoroughly and help me make the right choices. We have plans to hire them back SOON for our next big project - the exterior of the home!

Igor did an amazing job on my painting my home. I hired him to do the entire house and from start to finish Igor was such a master of his craft that I could see a difference between his work and other painters. He really takes every inch and makes sure the job is pristine and perfectly done the right way. When people walk into the home now they can see how well everything is painted and compliment the job. I also let Igor paint in the home alone while I was traveling. He was very responsive, trustworthy and would call me each day to check in. Lastly Igor also took my kitchen cabinets that were a bit dated in color and painted them a fresh coat of light grey and completely transformed my kitchen!! The cabinets don’t even feel painted they look like it was bought from the store brand new. Unbelievable work and I will be using Igor long term for all my future projects. I had carpet removed from an old staircase which left it in pretty rough shape. Before even beginning to paint, the stairs needed a lot of prep work. The team from Future Coatings did a wonderful job preparing the steps and then painting them. When I accidentally damaged some of the paint they quickly repaired it with no additional cost or complaint. They were very quiet, clean and efficient. They also completed the five day job in such a way that my use of the stairs was only very minimally impacted. I would highly recommend them.

Future Coatings is AWESOME! Igor is honest, fair, hard working and does great quality work. They painted our whole stucco house (three stories), garage, and did excellent carpentry repair where needed. I have also referred him to friends for interior sheet rock and carpentry repair work and they were happy as well. True craftsmen at reasonable rates!

Igor recently completed two jobs for me. The first was painting wooden decks. They were in desperate need of TLC and Igor gave just that. They look brand new. His meticulous job has neighbors stopping to tell me how great they look. He also painted sections of the interior. The attention he gave to prepping the walls, including smoothing textured paint, clean lines and his attention to detail resulted in a beautiful transformation. I will definitely be reaching out to him for my next job.
