    I am happy with the services provided by MPact Roofing. The Estimate/contract was CLEARLY indicating an itemized list of works to be done, along with 3 different price quotes(Basic, Better & Best), and the informational package of the roofing materials correlating to each quote, AND the company’s Certificate of Liability Insurance.The installation team is professional & punctual. I highly recommend this roofing company-MPact Roofing. Btw, they are certified as GAF Master Elite Contractor.

    Roof Installation Sept 18th, 2024Kevin and the rest of the team and crew at Mpact roofing did an amazing job on my roof.The Inspection: Kevin came and inspected my roof very thoroughly. Of the 3 different companies I had inspect my roof for the contract this time around, they were the only one to identify previous roofing companies had left previous layers of tar paper underlayment when they re-roofed. These extra layers contributed to greater heat absorption by my roof and extra heat transfer to the interior of the house, especially during our long hot summers. Additionally these layers increased my electric charges and created more wear and tear on my AC unit.Selection: Once I selected Mpact roofing for the job, Kevin walked me through each step. He listened to me about my concerns both for a light color and a cool roofing material within my budget. He helped me find the right solution for me and my house while staying within my budget. He walked me through the process with the insurance company and provided me with the prep-work I needed to take prior to the job start.Crew Prep & Cleanup: When they arrived for the tear-off the crew immediately prepped the grounds by laying out tarps all around my house to catch the nails, little silver discs, and old tar paper layers that make their way onto the ground when the old roof is torn off. I was very impressed. Excellent pre-planning. Greatly reduced the clean up time of the stray nails, disks and, underlayment left after the old shingle are torn off. Post project they thoroughly went around the house with the magnetic bar to pick up any stray nails etc. that may have found their way past the tarps. I think in the roughly 3 months post project I have only found about 4 discs and 2 nails. - Truly amazing clean-up!The Roof Crew and Crew lead : The crew was thoughtful, friendly, efficient and thorough. Amazing crew! I really appreciate their impeccable work. I have had my roof replaced 3 other times before and this is by far the best work I have had done. The workmanship is impeccable! Crew lead was availble for any questions I had and was very thoughful of his crew.Office Staff: Friendly, helpful, and kind.End Result: Best looking roof I have had, including the original roof. The results are in, my electric usage the following weeks showed a reduction in consumption even with it the temps being the same or warmer. I continue to appreciate the look , cost efficiency, and function of my new roof.The entire team from start to finish was thoughtful, helpful, and friendly! Excellent work! A very positive experience! Highly Recommend!I Strongly recommend you consider Mpact roofing for your next roof repair!

    I could not be happier with the work that Mpact Roofing did for us. Before contacting Mpact I got some outrageous quotes for my roof. Mpact gave a fair quote and did outstanding work with the insurance company and the work done. They were on top of everything and were very responsive. This is a good company and I would recommend them to nyone.

    My neighbors had MPact Roofing reshingle their house, and I was impressed with the final look, as well as the speed and cleanup. I also noticed that they had a ridge vent installed, and that looked like a good idea to me. I needed to new shingles as well, so I chose MPact to do the work.The work that MPact did was professional and it went smoothly from beginning to end. They were attentive to detail, worked close to dark to get everything done in one day, and left everything clean. I also had them install a ridge vent, which hopefully will keep my attic a little cooler during the summer months. And, MPact has good quality shingle brands to choose from. I chose shingles that have a high impact rating because hail is probably the main threat around here. The roof looks great now!

    Mpact did a great job replacing my roof. I had a few concerns but they were quickly resolved. Doug worked with my Insurance Adjuster to make sure everything was covered that needed to be.The painting crew did a fine job and Stormy did a great job keeping me up to date on work schedules.

    Mpact roofing replaced our roof after hail damage and made the process so easy! They clearly use quality products and did a quality job. Insurance can be daunting but they even guided us through that. They aren’t a “throw on a roof and leave” operation. You get what you pay for!     Great people. I started having a roof leak on my 5 year old house. Mpact found that the builder had installed a vent incorrectly. They sent me pictures and explained what was wrong. I was given the option of repairing the old vent or replacing it. I chose to have the vent replaced. The price was very reasonable. I also had them caulk all the vents while they were on the roof. The caulk was cracked on every vent.The service was quick. There was no problems or drama. I never felt any pressure.I will definitely call Mpact when this roof wears out.

    I had a raccoon chew through several pieces of my roof and needed to have it fixed asap. Doug came out from Mpact roofing to assess. He’s honest, sincere and trustworthy. The price was very fair and did not increase once quotes. Work was done quickly but done very well. Orlando was the technician that came to do the work. He did a great job and I’m very happy with the outcome. This is my second time to have Mpact roofing do work for me. Highly recommend

    We had to go through the daunting task of filing a claim through our insurance. Cody was a great help with answering all of our questions and put us at ease with the entire process. There was a bit of a hiccup on scheduling but Stormy went out of her way to call us back once she had an update and resolved the issue. Very happy with the work done both inside and outside of our house. Our roof looks great and we can’t even tell where the drywall repairs were done. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

    MPACT was quick and responsive with my roof repair. They did their best to work with a difficult insurance inspector and were flexible with making a new quote for repairs when the estimate did not come back from insurance as anticipated.The repairs were completed in a timely and professional manner and the workmanship was great.     Mpact is the best place to use for roof replacement. They are master GAF roof installers. Knew exactly what they were doing. Every member of the crew was professional. Didn’t guess about how to do anything. Worked well with my insurance company. They support the local community. Not storm chasers that are in and out. Let them at least bid and I think they will impress you.

    We had a huge hail storm in 2021 that necessitated a full roof replacement. We received a neighborhood referral for Doug at MPACT Roofing who walked us through the entire process.We had some snags and delays with our insurance company and Doug and MPACR roofing were consummate professionals throughout the entire process.     Got a roof replacement done because of recent hail damage. Prompt friendly service. Doug worked on the quote with me, great guy, worked out everything as per my needs and insurance quoted amount. The does not push for unnecessary upgrades and is honest about their pricing. Discussed the exact work to be done and did not charge for some items that they did not perform, which the insurance paid for. Will update the review in a few more days if I see any issues.
