Showed up on time and was able to complete repairs involving two faucet cartridges frozen shut from calcium deposits within an hour or so. Great plumber! Thank you!Had these guys back to repair a leaking hot water line at slab level by capping it off and routing a new line from two manifolds to serve the kitchen. They did the job quickly after diagnosis and stand behind their work. The rates are fair and competitive. Give them an opportunity and you will not regret it!

I could not recommend O&M enough. After I had my foundation repaired it failed the hydrostatic test, two plumbers (including my long time plumbers could not find the break/leak). Called O&M, they found it immediately (there were actually many micro breaks that even I could see on the camera). They ended up doing a whole house replumb and their bid came in $18k under my original plumbers). It wasnt a seamless experience, there were issues with communication on arrival time, and duration of project (lack of project management) but they were relatively minor and addressed as soon as I raised my concerns.Since then O&M has installed a new water softener on the money pit house (the one with foundation repair) and my new house. They have always honored their original quote even when having to make return trips (Home Depot put the first water softener on its side and had to be reordered). I recommend Ben at O&M to all my neighbors. They are fair priced, perform quality work and a local business.

Arrived on time and took time to listen to what I thought the problem was. Rather than just start tearing things apart, he took a small amount of time to diagnose the problem. He felt that it was not as serious as first thought and it wasnt. Part of the repair required him to get some magnets to clear some metal out of the drain. In the end he told me that since the job was much easier than originally planned that the cost was less than 70% of the original quote. Very professional.

What a great team! We got three bids initially for a replacing a water heater, water softener and adding a circulator to get hot water to the back of the house faster and Andrew really impressed us with his friendliness, ability to clearly answer questions and overall responsiveness. From those 3 bids, we chose O&M and they were fantastic. 2/3 of the work went perfectly well, but there was an issue with the water circulator. Their team did not rest until they diagnosed and fixed the issue in a cost effective and timely manner. I highly recommend O&M, and they will always be my first call when I need a plumber.

I contacted O&M to replace the hose bib and vacuum breaker. Alex and Aaron came over and performed that task. Was quite frankly the only plumbing service that reached out in a timely manner with a scheduled service call for issues related to our hot water tank. They were very reliable and had even made calls to make sure I was aware of their ETA on the diagnostic and the install days.Ben came out and was able to quickly diagnose our tank, and with Brian was able to quickly and effectively replace and solve the problem we were having (end of life issues with the tank).Even more amazing, although their main supplier was closed on the day of install (holiday issues), they took it upon themselves to buy a comparable tank from a big box store and threw in an expansion tank (to avoid water hammer) at no extra cost, even though theyd make less on account of the difference in price on the tank vs. their typical supplier.After install, Brian stayed behind and made sure I was satisfied with the install and explained the maintenance that I could do to extend the life of the tank.We really appreciate their help, and would gladly recommend!

At our current house he replaced two water heaters, fixed a leak under the sink, installed a shut off valve to separate our home water supply and sprinkler system, and put in a pressure regulator valve. Best Plumbing Services overall in my service area based on price, skill and quality of customer service. Many other reputable companies quoted double (or in one case triple) for the exact same work. Did I mention they were quick and cleaned up after themselves too?How did I determine that they are the best?I had all of my plumbing inspected by a home inspector/contractor I trust, with estimates on cost and time. So I contacted every reputable plumber I could find on yelp for estimates including Aloha Plumbing, Good Flow, Blue Dragon, Plumb-Quick, the Plumbinator, Local Plumbing and EZ Flow to see what they would quote.O&M was the first ones out, their prices were in line with my cheat sheet (that I did not tell any of the estimators about), Drew was head and shoulders above the other estimators in terms of knowledge and - here is the most important thing - NO UNNECESSARY UPSELL!!!!! All other estimators save 1 tried to sell me on a rebuild of a shower that only needed a handle fixed.All other estimators warned me that most of the undersink cabinet space would be used up in the remodel but O&M actually ended up using less space than before. So now I have even more storage room.I dont usually use CAPS in reviews but the best service and best knowledge (given they improved the situation under the sink unlike every other company would have done), while coming in a few dollars below my cheat sheet estimates and being the 2nd cheapest quote out of 6.I wont even try another company and I want to make sure everyone I care about is using these guys. Too many others out there gouge you. I have 4 emails in my inbox that prove it.

I recommend using their services. Efficient, helpful, and went above and beyond. Joseph and Antonio came to our unit to diagnose and fix our sink’s garbage disposal. After Texas was hit with freezing temps in February, our unit lost power and likely caused our disposal to lock which stopped it from draining water into the sink. That water began to drain through our dishwasher, out from beneath and onto our kitchen floor. Joseph and Antonio unlocked our disposal, allowing the sink to drain normally. After, they checked if the dishwasher had power, which it did not. Because the washer had no power, but had excess water that could not be drained, Joseph and Antonio manually drained the dishwasher so leakage from the excess water sitting inside the washer would be less likely. Then they directed us to call an electrician to address the dead outlet causing the dishwasher to be without power.Thank you guys!

I can say that when I needed emergency plumbing services I called and they were friendly, helpful, and responded in a quick and timely manner. The plumber they sent out was very respectful of my home and didnt make a huge mess. When they were done they cleaned up the area and my house looked as good as new. The best part was they didnt charge me an arm and a leg which was great. I wont use another plumbing service, these are my plumbers from now on.
