    My husband and I closed on our Pacesetter home about a month ago in Whisper Valley. We bought an inventory home that was already completed, we did not custom build. Overall our experience with Pacesetter was smooth sailing. The customer service we received from Alisha Battle was exceptional. She was very responsive to all of our concerns and even remembered to check in with us when we closed despite being on vacation! The quality of the build I feel is great. Everything was finished out well and other than a few little items (a recessed light going out quickly, a cracked light fixture in one of the bedrooms), everything is in working order. We love our new house!

    I fell in love with Whisper Valley the first time I visited. It is so beautiful and peaceful. I built with Pacesetter in another community, and my experience was a great one. I love my Pacesetter home, and will sign a contract as soon as 50’ lots are available. Sonja has been awesome keeping me informed each step of the way. I can’t wait to build a new home in Whisper Valley.

    Working with Lauren and Alisha from Pacesetter has been such a wonderful experience. Lauren was knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and was quick to find a neighborhood within our price range. As for Alisha, she made the decision making process seamless and painless. My fiance and I are both excited to start our new chapter in our first home together. I highly recommend working with Pacesetter and their sales teams if anyone is in the market for a new home.

    We looked for a home for several months. We came across a new build from Pacesetter Homes that was exactly what we were looking for. The sales rep, Michelle Morrison, was incredibly helpful and made the buying process go smoothly. Our Pacesetter Home is a quality build and we received excellent customer service from Michelle. We highly recommend Michelle and Pacesetter Homes to anyone looking for a home.

    We purchased a new home while living out of state. This can be a very stressful process but the representative at Pacesetter that worked with us (Avery) was great! She made the experience very easy and stress free. She is very intelligent about the construction process, warranty policies, lending options, etc. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was very accessible. We are very pleased with the home and the service we received. I would absolutely recommend Pacesetter to anyone in the market!

    From the first moment I entered the Pacesetter Model Home in Trace Subdivision, I have had nothing but the most outstanding experiences with Pacesetter and Tina Stone, the new home specialist. Ms. Stone was by my side every step of the way, making this the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a home. This is the tenth home I have purchased over the past years, and it will be my last.The construction manager, Reuben Perez, made sure the home was up to his extremely high standards, the lender worked tirelessly to close the loan on a short time frame of only 24 days, and, again, Ms. Stone was there every day being a caring professional.The home itself is fantastic! In addition, I have enjoyed the Trace parks and amenity center. The location of Trace makes us lucky to be close to literally everything that San Marcos, New Braunfels, Gruene, Canyon Lake, Wimberley, Austin, and the hill country have to offer.Finally, my neighbors are the best! This is an awesome place to live!

    As a first time home buyer I didnt really know what to expect. I had heard that the whole process is really stressful, however working with Alisha Battle made everything much simpler. From the very beginning of showing me Pacesetter Homes, Alisha was patient, friendly, open, honest and didnt try to pressure me into anything.When I decided to purchase a home, she scheduled weekly updates along with the building supervisor Rodney. Alisha was very communicative and responded swiftly to any questions. I also appreciated the advanced notice if there were times she was going to be unavailable.Upon completion I had a third-party inspection done. I had heard horror stories of shoddy work. My inspector however, was truly impressed with the quality and the craftmanship of my home. So was the ProHome Inspector. Only a couple issues were found during each inspection.I couldnt be happier with my home, Alisha, Rodney and Pacesetter. I also hope in a years time I can give another glowing review, that updates on how my house has fared.

    Simply amazing! We’ve had nothing less than the best experience with Pacesetter in the new Trace community in San Marcos. The moment we met our sales lady Tina Stone we knew this was where we wanted to live. She was so helpful and patient through every step of our process. We truly felt special and hopeful that our Pacesetter home would be everything we’d dreamed of. We look forward to seeing the community grow with many more beautiful homes. Thank y’all so much!!

    I am a realtor in central Texas. I purchased a home from Pacesetter, and have worked with them to help lots of clients purchase new homes, in several different communities. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been professional and knowledgable, and their homes have served me and my clients well. They offer tons of different layout options, utilize natural light very well, and generally present very good function and aesthetic for their price points. I have and will recommend them.

    Great service. The most resonably priced upgrades of any builder. 2 blinds for the whole house for $800. Level 6 tile backlash tile with a pattern for less than $300. Level 4 dark grey/blue painted 42 cabinets for around 2k. Theres is no other builder letting you customize your home at these prices.

    I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Pacesetter Homes. I am a local interior designer who sought out this company after walking one of their models. They offer great floors plans that would suite a growing family, newly wed, or empty nester. As a designer I have worked with several home builders and find the service, selection, and end product to be exceptional.

    I toured Valley Vista about a month ago and although I ended up buying in another area of town, I had to share my experience. Amber Rees showed me the community and she was so pleasant. I felt she had a genuine care for my families needs and was extremely responsive. Touring so many communities, we had many different experiences. Our time with Amber was truly refreshing. Ask for Amber!

    We have been looking for a home for a few months and the staff at Pacesetter, Vistas of Austin was amazing. They by far provided the best customer experience for our home buying process. DJ drove us to other properties to view multiple floor plans and was able to let my wife find her dream home.Pricing was good and many standard features are considered upgrades with other builders. They have many communities available and I would recommend them for anyone looking for a quality home buying experience.

    As somebody who has been in quite a few model homes over the years I was very impressed with the quality of Pacesetter Homes. After photographing several of their projects I was struck by the attention to detail and quality of their work. They do a great job of adding little touches that really enhance the livability and functionality of their homes and the floor plans feature lots of open space and natural light. Very nice!

    Im currently building my first home with Pacesetter in the Brooklands, Hutto, TX. Im working with Sonja Muller, the New Home Specialist and she is AWESOME. So informed on whats happening, extremely responsive and very professional; I couldnt ask for a better person to walk alongside me in building my new home. Jason Mercer is the Construction Manager overseeing the building of my new home and hes just as AWESOME as Sonja. Hes very professional and responsive; really takes the time to do through the home, process and next steps. They are a truly AMAZING duo that has made this process so incredibly pleasant, comforting and enjoyable. I wish you all future and potential clients an amazing and enjoyable experience as I have and should you get to work with Jason, Sonja or both; know that youll be in the best of hands.

    My husband and I bought our first home with Dennis Ciani at Pacesetters. He made the process so easy.
