Recently I had several electrical outlets stopped working. I called Reel Electric Company to schedule an appointment. Within a day an electrician, Louis Montaño from Reel Electric, called and said he finished an appointment early, and he was in my area, would it be convenient for me for him to stop by. I said yes. Within 10-15 minutes he had the problem diagnosed. He then wanted to know if I wanted him to fix the problem? I said yes because it was obvious at that point that Louis was a very professional and knowledgeable electrician. Also, Louis was very patient with me in showing and explaining to me the problem and how best to fix it. I highly recommend Reel Electric Company for any electrical needs.

This is the first time I dealt with The Reel Electric Company. My electrician was Javier. Very knowledgeable of his work, very patient. He put in two bathroom wall fixtures. Did a great job!!! He was friendly,very professional. I know that I gave him a 5, but he should get a 10! I haven’t posted a review in probably 15 years. However, I’m super appreciative that Reel Electric immediately returned my call on a Saturday evening. Troubled with a tenant’s fridge and microwave being out, but everything else operating… I knew it was an easy fix. Checked all breakers, GFI … unplugged cords.. reset breakers .. still .. “ NOTHING “! Googled a 24 hr electrician, FORTUNATELY, I got REEL electric! Juan was to my residence in less than an hour and immediately… got to work .. very professional! Power was back on in less than 10 minutes. He didn’t bolt out .. he then gave recommendations for future repairs and unpaid professional advice concerning power surges from portable air conditioners. I FULLY recommend REEL Electric.

The other company wouldn’t return my calls’ For two days I struggled with the warranty company without resolve. I reached out to Reel Electric on a Saturday morning and within an hour Juan was addressing the issues with my wiring and educating me on the details of my older home. I recently had a kitchen renovation where the contractors/installers claimed to be great at electrical.. woke up one morning to find a whole kitchen walls power was out. Juan showed up the same day and fixed the issue, plus rewired existing outlets and added the correct amount of GFI outlets. An absolutely fair price and a great job.. Thank you Juan.. Omar and Javier were technicians that installed a chandelier and pendant lights. They did a great job with the install. They were detailed and listened to our needs as far as location and height of the pendants and chandelier. They paid attention to detail and ensured the pendants lights were properly positioned as one of the lights had slight issues with aligning correctly. They ensured install was done correctly as one installed the pendants and the other the chandelier to ensure work was completed timely. The company provided great communication from the time I originally contacted them through completion of the work. Juan is a very reliable and knowledgeable electrician. I had been looking for someone that could make corrections to our ADU to comply with the city and obtain a permit. He knew of our time constraint as we needed the work done immediately. I found him via Yelp on a Thursday morning and he made time to stop by to give us an estimate that same evening. He explained the process and provided the estimate that night. His estimate was detailed and covered everything he explained to us in person.We originally set a date for the following week to get the work done but he offered to do it on a Saturday while we were home and was also present at the time of our appointment with the city inspector.
