We had Francis X. White Builder replace all of our upstairs windows and fix the double door in our dining room. Fran came over and carefully explained his proposal. He even included a suggestion to help make my office (the hottest room in the house) cooler by installing tinted windows and heat reflecting panels on the roof outside.The two-man crew who performed the work were outstanding in every way. They were always polite and considerate, let us know of their plans day by day, and always carefully cleaned up everything. I can tell you that after they left, our garage (their work area) has never been so spotless!The lasting results are windows that look great, shut out the heat and cold much more effectively, and even insulate the inside from sound better than the 30-year-old windows they replaced. The dining room door looks great and functions smoothly. We couldnt be more pleased!

Francis White Builders completed our extensive whole house renovation/addition project with creativity, attention to detail, dependability and craftsmanship. From groundbreaking to occupancy, the communication cadence and responsiveness were remarkable. Fran made sure we were always in the loop, part of the process, and understood what was being done and why. During the entire the 9-month project, there never any down-time or questions left unanswered. We recommend Fran and his team without hesitation.

Francis white did an excellent job replacing my kitchen sink. He got the job done where everyone else said it couldnt be done without remodeling the entire countertops in the kitchen. Got it done in one day. Reasonably priced.

Over the course of the past year we have had extensive work done throughout our property. From the re-siding and painting of our home and garage, designing and installing a new master bath, replacing our deck, overseeing the installation of a bar shed to renovating a two bedroom garage apartment and everything in between, my and husband and I both appreciated Fran’s professionalism, expertise and experience throughout the design and decision process. Fran and his crew have a work ethic that is impeccable and is quite apparent through their workmanship, reliability and most importantly, communication. I had Francis X. White Builders install a new front door and door trim at my home. Communication throughout was excellent, any questions I had were answered immediately. The jobsite was left extremely clean during installation and after installation was completed. Workmanship was superb, the carpenter and his assistant did a phenomenal job and I couldnt be more pleased. I will definitely be using them for future projects, I highly recommend using Francis X. White for any projects small or large!
