    Very happy with the Esser team! Recently had heat pump maintenance performed, technician was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable with task at hand. Also, the support staff (Nancy) is a jewel, very pleasant phone etiquette and makes sure I get the full benefits of annual service contract.

    We had a plumber that didnt do his job the first time, and didnt return my calls to come back, so I had to look elsewhere.I checked online and found Esser Plumbing & Heating out of Perham. My request for a call back to answer questions about pricing was returned quickly. They were able to send someone the next morning to unclog the backed up main line and take care of the problem properly. The people I spoke to on the phone were super nice and very helpful. The service man that came to do the job was thorough and efficient, explained everything so I could understand and answered all my questions. I wish I could remember names to thank them personally! The quality of customer service can either make or break a business. I highly recommend Esser!

    We had them come out and winterize a mobile home. Chris who came out was pure amazing. He was kind and very friendly. He didnt mind my dog in his way either. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

    We use Esser for all our home plumbing and heating needs. The office staff is pleasant and courteous, and the field staff is knowledgeable and efficient. They service our Geothermal system annually. I feel confident heading into a heating or cooling season that the equipment will function and if not that I have a great service team that will make repairs.

    Most of the service was good. On thing is the tech adjusted the water flow incorrectly. He cut the water flow of the whole house down which would have reduced the flow to the geothermal unit if we pull water for other uses. We had reduced pressure everywhere in the house. I made the adjustment to increase the flow to the house and reset the geothermal to the recommended.

    Had Kris/Critter come and work on a problem we had in our house. He went above and beyond anything i would have imagined to make sure it was fixed right. His boss Chris had also stopped by to help with the problem in the house and the two had exceptional team work. I would recommend Essers to anyone; as well as making it my only place i would ever imagine calling with plumbing problems.......Thanks so much guys!! It has been a pleasure!!

    I have had excellent service from Essers for both my Furnace and A/C installs and semi-yearly check-ups. Only one time did I have to call them to return for minor clean-up after a visit.......all good man!!!
