    02/2024: TerraNova Construction (Peoria AZ) did absolutely FANTASTIC work with prepping and installing my kitchen backsplash. From the beginning estimate to final cleanup Max and Paul did a superb job. The home is a new build so it was that much more important for me to find a great installer who cares about doing a job like it was for their own house. They were on a trusted store list of recommended professionals and they immediately responded to my initial request for a project estimate visit. Right from the initial visit I had a gut feeling that I would trust this family business with this important project. It helped I had some tile inspiration pieces to show them my style (rustic) though it took me a few more weeks to find the exact tile style I was looking for. There are so many backsplash choices out there. Once I found the stone I sent them pictures so they understood the material and look I was after. The scheduling was easy as they handled the purchasing, pick up, & delivery of all materials and supplies to do the great work. I dont know how better to say it but Max and Paul just downright get it when it comes to doing the job right, taking pride in it, and wanting to make the customer happy. They survey the job site so to make the easiest least disruptive flow for the customer and the job. They work clean setting up floor and countertop protection. They are great guys and communicate extremely well with each other and ultimately the customer. They showed up on time both days of the job. Not going unnoticed was when I had a last minute additional grout choice request...they called me to let me know they would be slightly delayed so they could get that material to accommodate it. It sounds like a small thing but their communication of that, both by voice mail and email, was very appreciated. Though I added a few extra steps with that request it was worth it to my choice decision and overall great looking results. They did it gladly. Though ultimately all choices are the customers, Terranova helps with professional advice. They see a lot of this stuff so their professional opinions are valuable. For example, how lighting plays a big part in color choice. Again, throughout the project I always felt they had the work ethic that they were working on their own house and they knew their reputation/signature was on it and at stake. They care and are meticulous about details (e.g. cutting the brick panels to a great fitting and looking size, handling the outlet covers as they needed to be adjusted from the new protruding backsplash). I was impressed they asked each other for help when needed, working well together as a smooth team. The intangibles, them being very friendly and fun to speak with enhanced the overall experience. They subscribe to wanting to keep the customer happy with the job at hand. They truly understand and appreciate how important it is to doing a great job leading to referrals; especially for a family run business. At project end they told me to call them if any questions or issues. I dont have any the day after and dont expect any. But I appreciate them being there to back up and guarantee their top notch work.These post covid days its not so easy to find contractors, in any discipline, who have the old days great work ethic like Max and Paul do.By all means get your usual 3 estimates but I highly recommend making Terranova Construction one of them. Im glad I did. Thank you Max and Paul for doing a fantastic job on my post new build kitchen backsplash project and making me more than happy with it and my contractors.Mitch (Peoria AZ)

    TerraNova guys are true professionals!!! I can’t think of a single area during the project where they performed below 5 stars. Communication, workmanship, appearance, ethics…. The list can go on and on. TerraNova may not be the cheapest, but they are definitely one of the best! My wife can’t stop bragging about the heated bathroom floors. Under the cabinet lighting makes everything looking so rich! Will definitely hire them again for the next project!Thank you TerraNova!

    I highly recommend working with the brothers at TerraNova! I originally decided to work with another company because they provided the support of a designer... But it turned out to be a disaster, and TerraNova saved the day in a relatively quick timeframe! I recommend working with them right off the bat to save yourself the headaches so common with other contractors. They are kind, honest, respectful, hardworking, and the only people that will be in your home throughout the entire process. They want to make the customer happy, and they definitely put you first. They dont nickel and dime - what they quote it is what you pay, and their prices are fair. Ive already recommended them to a neighbor whos been happy as well! I plan to use them for any future home updates. The only suggestion I have (especially for people who are bad at decisions on the spot, like me) is to go to them with a clear idea of what you want ahead of time. If you have that, theyll make it a reality! I couldnt be happier with how our bathroom reno turned out! Thanks guys!!

    1,000% I recommend!! The knowledge the TerraNova team has is incredible. I leaned on their expertise to best determine where my lighting should go for my kitchen project. They have great attention to detail, are kind, and honest in their work. Finding a good contractor can be daunting, but choosing TerraNova will put your mind at ease. I can’t recommend them enough!

    I have worked with numerous contractors over the years and the recommendion for TerraNova Construction comes in at the top! Their work consisted of putting new lights in the kitchen with drywall work and painting. Our discussion prior to the work established specific details of location and size. Upon completion of the project, everything was perfect and they left the area being very clean. They truly wanted to ensure the project met our expectations. I would highly recommend their service!
