    We found a leak in our ceiling, called Pelicano, and they had Pete here within 30 minutes (afternoon of the day before Thanksgiving!). He identified the issue (different than what I thought it was), explained the fix, and wrapped it up within an hour or two. Extremely neat and fast - a pleasure to deal with. I absolutely will go back to Pelicano again.

    Excellent plumber with great service. The office told me I would be the first job of the day (we had another working toilet so this was non emergency) and the guys showed up bright and early as promised. John and Frank took the time to explain the issue and my options plus advice on how to avoid problems in the future. Very knowledgeable highly recommend.

    Pelicano took great care of my hot water heater replacement. They were amazingly responsive, and sent an extremely knowledgeable, friendly experienced plumber immediately upon me calling late on a Friday. They gave me a great deal on the water heater and service and we are very responsible in pointing out any code issues since my house was originally a private school property, not everything was up to proper standards; upon Pelicano’s completion of the work I am confident that everything is properly hooked up since the Plumber had over 35 years of experience. Thank you, Pelicano. My plumbers name was John Davies and I highly recommend him be in your team if possible.

    Jason was able to respond quickly to an emergency plumbing issue we were experiencing. Jason was a pleasure to work with and maintained a positive attitude although we called him out during an inconvenient time. Highly recommend!

    My experience with Pelicano Plumbing was great from scheduling(very accommodating and polite) to the initial visit(informative) to the actual work(done well in a timely manner at a reasonable cost). Jason found the source of a bathroom leak Ive had investigated twice, by others, with no success. His diligence and discovery was a glorious find! He explained the issue very clearly and took the time to show me so I could explain to my contractor and finally get it fixed. And thats outside of the work he completed on the hose bibs! He worked hard on a very hot day and finished by the time he said.Awesome company, awesome people, awesome work! I highly recommend Pelicano Plumbing and will be using them again in the future.

    Had a great experience with John and Andrea at Pelicano Plumbing. Andrea was super friendly and helpful with understanding my need and getting me setup with a quick appointment. Could not ask for a better plumber and customer service person than John. Very knowledgeable and professional, took the time to explain what he was doing and gave me assurance that what hes doing is the best solution for the problem.     Pelicano Plumbing replaced my damaged water main, which was leaking into my basement.Everyone in the crew who came to my house was courteous, processional, and a pleasure to deal with. I called them with my issue Sunday night, they gave me a quote on Monday, and started digging for the repair on Tuesday.I really couldnt be happier with the service I got. These guys were out in the yard digging a trench in the 95 degree heat and were such pros about the whole thing. They replaced the original crappy plastic hose underground with a thick copper line, and because of how expensive the job was, they threw in an extra pipe replacement in my basement ceiling for no additional cost.As someone whos been screwed over by his share of contractors, I really cant recommend these guys enough.Thank you very much, Pelicano!

    This was my first experience with Pelicano Plumbing. Robert came on Monday and assessed my issue. He was very attentive, thorough and professional. By Wednesday, the new faucet was installed and my issue with my pipe resolved. I highly recommend Pelicano Plumbing to anyone in our area! You won’t be disappointed!!

    Very happy I found this company. I had talked to 2 other companies and couldnt get a straight answer on when they could replace a water heater. When I called Pelicano they said they could be out the next day. JD and his helper arrived on time and was super informative. He showed me that everything wasnt to code and explained to me why I should fix it. I was grateful for his expertise. They actually left the area cleaner then when they arrived!

    I recently had a flood in my basement after my sump pump failed during the recent storms. I called Pelicano Plumbing based on a friends recommendation. I’m so glad I did.     My water heater stopped working and called in to get quote for replacement.Pelicano had good pricing but Jason who came was very professional and honest. He did not try to sell but explained the root cause that it was easy fix by just replacing the fuse of the power outlet.     Jason installed a 50 gallon eclectic hot water heater in my condo. His estimate was the lowest in the area and he was the only one who actually came in person to look at the job, besides another compony who was almost double the price. He did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend him as a plumber.

    The Pelicano team was terrific. When my shower leaked into the crawl space, they answered the phone, scheduled a prompt visit, gave me an estimate, arranged for plumbers to do the work and left the house in good order when they had finished. All within a day. They were polite and pleasant to me and to each other. One could not ask for more. I highly recommend Pelicano Plumbing.Four months later, I had another leak (old house), Pelacanos level of service was just as good as the first time I used them. Came on short notice, evaluated the problem, gave me several clearly explained options. Did the work the next day and left my home in good order.

    These guys were great. I needed my p-trap fixed and they came out and did the job the same day only 4 hours after I called them. The plumber was friendly and helpful. I don’t remember his name, but he told me he was the newest employee there. Will definitely be calling them again if I need another plumber. I recommend this company.

    I wish i can give Pelicano Plumbing more than 5 stars here. I am 100% honest and transparent - I tried calling numerous plumbers in Mercer County area and noone answered my calls. I called Pelicano Plumbing from a reference and everything was perfect.I spoke to business admin and the next day one of their members Jason came to my parents house and gave them an estimate and then said he could do the water filter job at that moment. This was perfect as I look after my parents and Jason of Pelican Plumbing not only did that but he showed us another issue of a leak and we got that resolved also.The last few years have been tough. I say this as professionalism and courtesy is mostly non-existen. Yet Pelicano Pluming was amazing and I literally have so many positive things to say. They are professional, timely, fair, and their work is great.I recommend Pelicano Plumbing. Keep up the amazing work.

    These guys are fantastic. My water heater was 12 years old, and we needed a new one. They were responsive to my call and got the job done in a day. Although expensive these guys have fair prices with superior quality install and professionalism. They also changed my water pressure tank and gauge. I recommend using this company. 5 stars.

    **I very rarely, if ever, wrote a review**But, Pelicano Plumbing truly deserves it.A leak in my master shower started Jan 4th 2022*! Water would leak in my kitchen causing all sorts of problems.*I had a professional leak detection company, my home insurance,3 other plumbers, a grout specialist and a tile company look at my shower over the last year. NOBODY was able to fix or solve my leak issue other then telling me I would need to rip it out and start all over.A friend recommended Pelicano who just finished doing some work at their home. I called thinking “here we go again” but had nothing to lose. From the moment Jason walked in my home it was different. He asked me better questions and listened to my answers. After a short time he noted some possibilities on what was causing the leak and said he would return the next day to dive in further. And guess what? He came back when he said he would!By the time he finished his second visit he was convinced he figured it out. Pelicano returned and fixed my issue saving me literally thousands!!I can’t say enough about this company. Thank you Jason, Damon & Andrea.There is only one company to use for any plumbing you may need.Game over Pelicano wins!!
