My Kohler 20K generator had a fault today. I called New England Generator this morning, Friday. They dispatched Justin within 1 hour. He diagnosed the problem in about 15 minutes, a bad stator/rotor. Within 2 hours the office called and told me Justin and Derick would be out this same day after lunch. Together they removed the old stator/rotor, replaced with a brand new assembly and had the entire unit up and running within the same day. Fabulous response, professional and courteous. They even cleaned off the outside of the generator in the rain before they left. A very satisfied customer.

Ive been with NE Generator since 2011 when they installed my unit. Over the years Ive had several service technicians but this week I got the chance to experience the work, dedication and customer service of Ken. Hes very detailed and serious about trying to assure you wont need a service call. Hes the best and I sure hope he stays on my account. NE Generator I think has gotten by their growing pains and have been very responsive to an unexpected/unusual issue I had last year. Very impressed with the attention I received. Keep it up NE Generator!!

The Kohler generators are good. That’s about it. If you love your garden, your patio, your driveway, your walkway, choose another company, because they will destroy everything. They say they will repair the damages, but sit out your reminders and never come..... Well, three weeks later I have to say, good things take a while :-). NE Generator did come back in the end to re-fill our ledge and re-plant the grass - a light fluff of green already emerging. And scheduled our first maintenance for free, i.e., on the house.So, not so bad an experience overall :-)!

Ken did a super thorough job and was priced lower than my previous companies. Besides the usual maintenance1. Ken cleaned up oil from a spill years ago2. Ken timed when the generator went on after he cut the power and and went off when power restored.Im definitely staying with this company!

The crew at NE Generator installed a 14Kw Kohler standby generator on my property this past Fall. Yesterday, was the first time that the power in our neighborhood went out since the installation. I am happy to report that the generator performed exactly as I had hoped. Within seconds our lights, heat, etc., came back on, and approx.. 2hrs. later, when the power was restored to our neighborhood, the generator turned off. I found this company to be very responsive and professional. I recommend then highly. We have been using their services for years. Recently we had a issue on a Saturday between storms. I called the office and they were closed. I left a message thinking I would not hear back until Monday. Ten minutes later I received a response. They had a service man out here within a half hour. Super job!
