    Kitchen faucet and drain install went perfectly well. We bought the unit and Van Haaften’s put it in. Very good communication with them, nice friendly stall came within the time window and were very courteous. We’ve had Van Haaften’s many times before for bathroom remodel and it was the same then too. Recommend them highly.

    We had a small issue with a shower drain, etc...and I knew I couldnt just keep putting it off...I called Van Haaften during one of the hottest weeks of the summer, not with an AC issue but a plumbing one, thinking itd be quite a wait to address the problem, understandably. Tim was at my home less than 48 hours of my initial call. He was a great listener in understanding the issue and then took his time to address everything on my list of worries.     Air AC wasnt working great on the first day of use for the year. I called Van Haaften first thing this morning and Joel was out this afternoon and fixed the problem. The temperature is already cooling off in the house. Van Haaften is our go-to for any plumbing or HVAC issues, and this is why. 5-stars, theyre the best.

    My furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days this winter. I called Van Haaften plumbing. From the time I called until the time repairman left took two hours. Very good service! The second service call was for a replacement water heater. The repairman had extensive work to do before the water heater would be functional. He was pleasant and got the work finished. A job well done! I would recommend this company to anyone that needed plumbing and heating work done.

    Excellent experience with the installation of 2 geothermal heat pump units and HVAC system. This install was a replacement of a 20 year old system that never functioned properly. Mike and Tim took time to evaluate the issues with our old system and design a new configuration to address those problems. Even though they were very busy, they were willing to do the research and work on our unconventional system. We were very happy with the timeline of installation once all equipment was received. The crews were very professional and quality of the work is great. The startup of the system went perfectly.

    We thought we were having an issue with our A/C as the fan would run continuously and did not seem to be cooling. It had been a year since our last service. It was easy to schedule an appointment. Tim the tech was very thorough. He checked the system and everything looked good. It ended being a setting in our EcoBee smart thermostat. He was good enough to find the problem and we got the fan set not to run all the time. Smart thermostats can still have dumb operators. *>) Great service and highly recommended. Thanks.
