    We woke up yesterday morning at 5 am to a freezing cold house. Heat not working and only 17 degrees out. We called Covenant and they were at our house about 3 hrs later. (On a Saturday) Travis showed up and diagnosed the problem in about 15 min. Installed a new thermostat and we had heat!!! On top of being very knowledgeable, Travis was a Very well mannered and sociable person. We will definitely call again if we have issues and will refer them to our friends and family.

    I am delighted to leave this evaluation for Covenant and specifically for Travis Pratt! When I get service that is over and above like this was, it is a pleasure to talk about it. It was after hours on a Friday night, but after calling Covenant, Travis was here in just a little over an hour! The outside unit was what had the problem, and even though it was getting dark, Travis had a very effective light allowing us to see. He explained everything SO thoroughly and took care of the problem in a quick but very effective manner. I not only was impressed with his good work, but he was just such a nice, polite person as well. Covenant is very lucky to have him, and we customers are very lucky to have Covenant! I TOTALLY recommend Covenant and Travis!

    Skylar & Jackson just left from completing our house duct cleaning. They were professional and explained everything they were doing and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend this team for anyones duct cleaning needs!I also need to add a big thank you to the gentleman who came and completed the fall cleaning and inspection of the furnace. I asked these two about duct cleaning services. They made a call from my home and set up for Chad to come out and give an estimate. Chad was at my house on the SAME DAY and gave the estimate. All around quick response time!

    Main water valve into house broke leaving me without water on a Thursday. Another company promised Friday morning service and never showed. That company promised Monday morning and called moving time to Tuesday. Called Covenent on Monday and by 2:30 I had new valve installed at excellent price. Robert is old time professional plumber.     I was in need of a under cabinet drinking water system and new faucet. I had a previous quote from months ago from another company who put me who told me it would come in and be installed within 2 mo. 3 mo later and still wasn’t scheduled. I called to inquire and owner called me and chewed me out and gave me a 5 minute lecture on all their emergency calls. I was understanding thinking he was having bad day. About a month later I called to inquire and he said it would be within 2 Wks. 3 Wks go by again and no call. I called and got ahold of Dale with Covenant. He came and quoted and was here within just a few days to install at HALF THE COST the other Peo Co. I now have a new awesome faucet and RO Drinking water. NO MORE TRIPS TO STORE FOR WATER!!     I had two technicians (Ben and Brett) come out to my house and check my units. They were amazing! Professional, honest, and kind. When they turned my furnace on we all heard a loud pop and hissing. Unfortunately my furnace was unable to be saved. It was 30yrs old! However they made sure I was able to get someone out that day to give me a quote (Chad). I was able to get both units replaced within two days by Randy and Travis. They did an amazing job! Again professional, honest, and kind. 10 out of 10 would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks guys for the excellent service and reasonable prices!!

    We have a contract with Covenant Heating and AC and the tech(Brett) came out to inspect our furnace and found we had holes in our heat exchanger, he immediately shut the gas off for our safety precautions. The experience of Brett probably saved our lives from carbon monoxide poisoning, which we are very thankful. Brett called boss(Chad) who come out to look over and informed us that we needed a new furnace. We were promptly given a quote, a quote that we were very happy with that also included new AC unit. This was done on a Tuesday, Chad ordered parts and on the following Monday Randy & Ben arrived a 9:00 am and with their expertise we had a new furnace & AC unit installed and by 5:30 pm everything was cleaned up and trucks loaded up and leaving. All personnel was very experienced in the field they are working in. Our new furnace was installed in a very timely fashion. We would like to thank Chad, Brett, Randy & Ben for a job well done.     We moved in 9mths ago and some of the more interesting plumbing in the basement began to leak. When I called, they wanted to send Jeremy out later that same day but I was at work. He was out the next day to evaluate the problems, stop the leak and explain the plan to get everything up to standard. He came back the next day with the supplies he needed and permanently repaired the issue. Very nice, good work and very reasonable. The warranty plan is a great deal also. Thank you Jeremy and Covenant for the great job.

    Covenant are our go-to for any plumbing work. Theyve worked on our ancient boiler as well as gas lines and a few other odds and ends, and every time they have been prompt, friendly, professional, and thorough. I dont know how they compare rate-wise, but I dont bother shopping around because I know what to expect with Covenant.

    No company is perfect. The question is how do they handle it when a mistake is made. We purchased TWO furnace and AC units last year. One of the furnaces was leaking profane, and we just found out about it. I called Covenant Heating and Cooling. They were out to our house within 24 hours, and Randy had the issue fixed in minutes for free. He was so kind, courteous, and apologetic for the problem we were having.I appreciated Covenant Heating and Air Conditioning before, but I appreciate them even more now.

    Very good plumbing service. Last year they installed a new water heater which went very well. A few weeks ago it was a new kitchen faucet. We had a small problem last week with the faucet.     Our motor went out on our furnace on one of the hottest days this year. We called Covenant. Dennis was out to check it within a couple hours. He discovered the motor had burned out. He called the next morning and had found us a motor. He called the office and told them. They sent him back out at 3:00 that day. It was 95 with a heat index of 104. So thankful for their quick and friendly service. Their customer service is excellent.

    Our Ac unit stoped cooling our home last week, it was 100 degrees out , our house was hotter, we called , let them know it was urgent they came out made an assessment an told us it would be a price to repair, once they went to replace the ducting they noticed our coils was bad rotted out the pan an it also had to be replaced, they seen we are struggling they seen our kids was miserable an they stepped up an fixed everything for the same price they told us, I don’t think they made any money doing this job for us, but my wife an kids and I will forever be great full.     We have been customers of Covenant for about 10 years. Our original contact was having them replace one of the compressors on our AC; saved us over $1000 on that. Recently when the wind chill was -55; our furnace decided to commit suicide! They were here the same afternoon and couldnt revive it. After another 10 hour attempt to repair it and replace the indicated defective part (19 yr old Trane HE); we were advised it was time to replace ): ; because of the weather everything was delayed, but a new furnace was installed in one day, and were back in the house. Cant say enough good things about this company.
