Thank you Restoration Builders! Great team to work with. Got our LARGE roof done in 4 days. Cleaned up after themselves at the end of each workday. Got here by 9am every morning and worked until 3:30pm. Extremely professional!Substantial ice guard put on our roof that many contractors do not. Highly recommend!!!

Just completed a tear out and rebuild of our deck and attached gazebo. This was a particularly challenging job as we wanted existing frame to be used. Upon initial demo we knew the existing frame could not be used and a new frame constructed. Tyler in sales and Phil in job scheduling were diligent in updates throughout. The key to our overall satisfaction was the work on site by Todd and Tony. These two show up, work hard, communicate what is happening each day and clean up before leaving each day. This job had some unique twists and turns and Todd was excellent at figuring out solutions and keeping us informed every step of the way. The end result is a very attractive and very well built deck and attached gazebo.

We have used Kelley Construction several times since 2013 when our home suffered roof and other damage from the tornado. We have been very pleased every time, including the most recent work just finished this week. We had several projects to be done, including a complete bathroom remodel, garage wall work, new interior doors painted and hung, and our main living area painted.With this much work to be done, there were of course a few small problems that arose that werent anticipated. However, all unexpected challenges were managed very quickly and satisfactorily. We were very impressed, and happy, with the professionalism and quality of work done by Don, Todd and Phil. We would also like to give a shout out to Davey (who assisted on much of the bathroom remodel) and Chris (who assisted with the painting, bathroom remodel, and whatever else needed done.)The entire crew was always very friendly, courteous, helpful, and very conscious of keeping everything as neat as possible when leaving for the day. We would also like to thank Taylor for answering many questions in a timely manner before work began, as well as communicating with us regarding any changes that had to be made.We highly recommend Kelley Construction Contractors to anyone looking for home repair or remodeling services.

Kelley Construction recently remodeled a bathroom for us. We are very happy with the end result. Tyler came to our house to assess the situation, discuss what we had in mind, and determine various possibilities. Upon receiving the estimates / quotes, it was obvious that Tyler had listened very well to our concerns and priorities. After some discussions and a few tweaks, we went forward with our plan.Once they were able to get started, it took them about 1.5 weeks to finish the project, from demolition to finished project. Don was the lead-carpenter while Jordan assisted Don. They worked very well together and we often heard Don explaining, in detail, various aspects of the project. At the end of everyday, they would cleanup and organize their tools and products so as minimize any impact on our daily living.We are very happy with the end result. We especially appreciate the quality of the products and workmanship (Don & Jordan), as well as their polite professionalism including sales (Tyler) and office staff / scheduling (Jamie).Several people have visited our house since the job was done and we have received many compliments. We would gladly hire Kelley Construction again should we have any more remodeling jobs in the future and we have already recommended them to family and friends.

Kelley did a fantastic job start to finish. Alex listened to us well. Jamie communicated faithfully and consistently. Don’s actual construction work was outstanding along with his assistants. Phil’s supervision and tweaking was appreciated. Only downer in the project was the subcontractor Tom Murray Cabinetry’s installation work. Rich Murray Granite did a masterful job with our quartz countertops. While we got our cabinets Tom Murray failed to install completely and finish his work before his company fell apart. But Kelley stepped in and did his work, completing our new kitchen which looks and works fantastically. I highly recommend them.

Jeremy and Jacob were here for the majority of the work, and we are very happy with what they did. Jeremy listened to all my concerns during the process and went above and beyond in addressing them. He was very patient and understanding, and responded in a way that made me feel that he was truly listening to what I was saying.

Back on July 15 when we received that torrential rainfall, I called Kelley to come clean up my basement of all the water that had entered my house. They showed up promptly when they said they would. With that day being my last straw with water coming into my basement I elected to have Kelley install a french drain and dewatering system. I was very happy with the whole process and the crew members that worked on the project (Jeremy, Trebor, Maison, and Dan). I was especially happy with Jeremy who I heard very good reviews of before the project. He took the time to listen to me describe my water issues and where it was coming in. He based the design of everything on where I was having issues and I feel he went way above what was planned. I will definitely call on Kelley for future projects.March 16, 2023 Jeremy and Austin came out and braced the wall in my basement. Still to this day I recommend Jeremy, his crew, and the work that they do.

Weve been so pleased working with Kelley Construction to repair a bathroom that the plumber fixed, but was left unusable. Matthew Williams gave a respectable bid. They offered to start earlier than we thought possible. Don and Jordan asked plenty of questions so they would know how we wanted the space finished. They left the job site immaculate every evening. The work is beautiful and we feel lucky to have had these tradesmen available.

From the start, I could tell that Alex the estimator was interested in taking the job, and provided a quote in a very timely fashion.Then the field work started, and I was equally happy with my experience. I had a concrete patio and sidewalk replaced, in addition to having a deck built. Jeremy was especially accommodating when I had a question or made a request. The remaining crew, Trebor, Skyler, Matt, and Dacota were great to interact with, and did honest, quality work.Another nice touch, was a daily phone call from Jamie at the office letting me know the crew’s plans for the next day every afternoon.I am glad that I selected Kelley Construction, and am excited to begin enjoying the patio and deck!

We recently had a major plumbing issue in the main level of our home, which flooded the entire house. After being terribly unhappy with the company that did the initial dry out, we decided to have Kelley Construction do our repairs. When they came into our home they discovered that the other company didnt dry it out properly and we were left with a home that was uninhabitable. Jeff and Mike helped us prove our home was unsafe and made sure we were immediately removed to a place that was safe while our home was properly dried out and repairs were being made. Jeff has been available to answer all of my questions promptly and make the process much less stressful than it could have been. Clint and Andrew were amazing to work with and our home is now more beautiful than we could have ever imagined!

Love this company! Very professional, excellent quality. I had massive damage to the house due to storm. Jeremy and his team (Austin and Jacob) built trusses, repaired roof, removed deck and sun room then rebuilt both. Jeremy gave great attention to detail. He was customer focused, easy to work with! Kelley Construction repaired our home after the 2013 tornado. The work is done, and our home looks fantastic. We were one of the fortunate few, to not lose our entire home, and we were still able to live in the home. I expect this complicated some of the repair work, and our stuff had to be draped-over and shifted, but the work got done. They crew was respectful and clean.As repairs were in process, there were a few items we were not happy with. We called, and the owner, Mike, was here the next day. He agreed, and had the crew fix all immediately to our satisfaction.The work done included new siding, windows, doors, tile-work, drywall, painting, and trim. Everything looks fantastic, and in many areas is better than new.I’m very surprised to see any negative feedback here. We all know the dissatisfied few are the ones who speak up, but I expect Kelley’s has done hundreds if not thousands of local projects, so 3-4 negatives ain’t so bad :)A+ in our book. We will use them again.

Don & Jordan from Kelley Construction replaced my basement egress window.It’s custom-sized, double-paned, and metal-framed. Other contractors said they weren’t able to replace it - explaining I need a “foundation” contractor. Kelley construction took measurements and ordered my new window without batting an eye.They explained that it would likely be 3 months due to the supply, delivery, and people impacts from COVID plus the 6/29/21flooding that caused my window to burst. They contacted me by email every 2-3 weeks to let me know I wasn’t forgotten!When they arrived yesterday, they were extremely professional and respectful to me and my place. When they finished, I had a new window and you couldn’t tell anyone had been there. They cleaned up all the debris inside & outside my house created from removing the old window and installing the new one.THANK-YOU, Kelly Construction!!

The crew was very good in the work including once they took out the wall and found the extent of damage. Everything went back together like it never happened.The other project was for my mom at her place. They were able to repair the overhang that was falling down and poured new porch and steps. We had siding ripped off our house from some high winds and we had a damaged door, gutters, roof and vents. Alex came and met with the insurance gal and they looked at everything. We asked them to come for the siding but he noticed a lot more damage to other things that we couldnt see from the ground. Our insurance gal was impressed and agreed with him about what repairs were needed. Matt Tommy and Dakota finished the work up today. I have to say, they were very professional, polite, explained exactly what they were doing and why they were doing it, and they made sure we were happy with the work they had done before they packed up to leave. They were on time too! They were professional, yes, but also friendly enough that we found ourselves hanging out and having good conversation during their breaks. And, Matt was very helpful with finding the exact color of siding that we had already, even though the previous siding was 10 years old. He went above and beyond for sure. We are very happy with the end result.

My experience with Kelley construction was great !!!The teardown and rebuilding crew consisted of Don , Skylar , Davie , Dakota , Phil , and Dan . These guys did a hell of a job of covering the floors and taking out walls and brick . They were professional and friendly .They took care with the house and furniture . They cleaned up afterwards and we did not have to pickup anything when they finished the jobs we had . Their drywall person was Justin and he is an artist with his work !!Don did the tile work and finishing work and did a great wonderfully job !!!The price was a little high , but after seeing the finished work , we paid for quality !!!

Specifically, Jeremy and Dakota installed a pole light in our front yard for us yesterday and went above and beyond! On a very hot and humid day, they dug a trench under a bed of rocks and installed the required electrical lines underground, including that they had to navigate under a sidewalk and remove tree stumps that were in the way! We got new basement windows put in a few weeks ago the first person they sent us did a terrible job. We called the office and they sent us Don and Dan. They did a fantastic job, fixed all of the problems the first crew did wrong. The windows look amazing, Don and Dan are both nice and hard workers. My 5 star rating is for them NOT the company. I had a few other problems not related to this project. So if we decide to do any other projects with this company it will have to be done by Don and Dan only or I will not get anything done. Lol

Once the floor started to sag and creek - we made the call, and BOY are we ever glad that it was to Kelley Construction!They gutted the room down to the wood and rebuilt everything with upgrades all around using high quality products, custom designs, and an extreme attention to detail.They were dilligent with Covid protocols and maintained an immaculate and secure work-area.Don was a shining star who truly made us feel like we were taken care of. Dakota, Justin, Dan and Trebor were also wizards of their crafts.We will strongly consider Kelley Construction for future projects and request Don and his brilliant team when we do.

The 5 stars is for Skylar specifically. He was very thorough and professional. Kelley construction remodeled out basement dewatering system, reinforced the foundation and added an egress window. There were a few other workers that tried to cut corners and neglect some of our needs but he took care of everything and worked well with my husband. Also cleaned up after the crew. There were some issues with timeliness but that is unfortunately the mode everywhere today.

Having been in the business of dealing with construction contractors for over 40 years, I have dealt with many contractors and have found that Kelley Construction is one of the best that I have ever dealt with. After a major hail storm in central Illinois, we asked Kelly Construction to inspect our house as well as a rental home for damage. Not only did they respond rapidly but also developed a realistic estimate for the insurance company to ensure total and complete repairs were performed in a timely manner.Communication with the project manager Taylor Carr, was outstanding and he provided a timely and accurate answer to all questions. All the craftsmen were extremely qualified and competent and never left the job site unsafe at the end of the day. During the final stages of repair on one house, they found some additional damage and were able to make temporary repairs until the insurance company and Kelley Construction could work out terms for final repairs. The insurance was also bulking at paying for some of the larger repairs, i.e. roof on our house and necessary matching siding repairs on the rental house and Taylor worked with them and the reinspections until they agreed to what we felt was necessary to put us back in the position we were in prior to the storm. We would recommend anyone thinking of renovation and/or storm damage repairs to us Kelley Construction and especially our Project Manager, Taylor Carr.

Due to the covid pandemic supplies delayed the addition to our house but it is finished! All the construction workers from the framers, roofers, electricians did a fantastic job. But Justin, Mark and Phil where always respectful of our home and pets. They always made sure things where done correctly and did not cut corners. Communication was shared because everytime we had a question Kim responded with a response.

Weve been having a leak in the roof in our laundry room, especially when it rains heavily. Taylor Carr & his associate (Griffin, I think) came out and took a look. They found a small hole in the roofing and patched it up with silicone, free of charge. Taylor said it should fix it temporarily and then gave me his card in case there are any problems or if we want to do any work in the future. They seemed very polite and very knowledgeable, would recommend.

So if you do your homework on roofing companies in Peoria, Kelley Construction is a BBB rated co with highly positive customer feedback. You can trust that they will do a great job. I am currently living in Iowa and hired then to work on my rental property in chillicothe. The only negative I had was that they completed the job and I did not know they went to my house. I found out only when I got a letter in the mail that the work was finished. We were able to resolve every thing and they were very open to work with me until I was completely satisfied with them. PS before Kelley construction I hired someone who stole all my insurance money for the roof and didnt do the work. Go with Kelley!

A call got Jeremy Spracklen to our house quickly to start the draining and abatement. A good size team appeared and started the removal and clean up process. From the estimate to the job completion, they were professional and prompt. Their prices are fair, and they make it easier to deal with insurance companies.Alex and Jemmy were very helpful when I called the office. They kept me informed. The contractors Don, Jessie, Phil, and Justin were wonderful and accommodating. Don managed to build siding logs that completely blend in with the rest of the house.My deduction of one star is not a reflection on the quality of the work but on the decision of the owner to add an extra, although small, charge when a new garage door opener wouldnt sync with an existing keypad. I’ve decided to replace the keypad myself.So, you can rely on getting quality job from Kelley Constitution, but make sure that when getting an estimate, you went through every expense for an upcoming work and every point is listed in writing.

Trevor and Jeremy have been here 7 days. The work went faster than I anticipated. They completed some renovation in my lower level. It looks beautiful my son was here last Saturday and while they had some small things to finish today he was impressed with the work. We had a brick corner in our living room which had settled and cracked apart. Kelly Construction took out the brick and put up a new corner wall, and it looks so much better. They also cut a hole in a ceiling to gain access to our dryer vent which had come apart. The repair looks great and is not noticeable at all. Todd, Amanda, and Jeremy did outstanding work and were very personable, even vacuuming up after they were done. We would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

They kept the work site clean and safe, and Phil communicated daily with what Was completed and what the following day would bring, they completed the job with out incident.The second project was our main floor plan minus the kitchen, we requested Phil for the project, he showed up on day one with Justin, the professionalism, communication, and care of our property was the best any homeowner could dream of.Phil and Justin ensured all dry wall repairs were made, texture applied to 5 rooms, primed and painted, they also changed the trim on 10 windows including a picture window, they also had to change base trim throughout the main floor, and install 3 lights and 12 doors.They showed up everyday ready fo work and not lolly-gag around.Its good to know a local contractor can provide awesome results.Thanks to Taylor with an honest bid, and to Phil, Justin, and Skylar for doing professional work.
