Heritage Village Retirement Community in Payson, Utah is one of the best senior living communities you can find in Utah County. I was planning to find one good one for my mom for last 2 months & she just loved it. She is happy with all the amenities they are offering and every thing looks very modern. If you are looking for good retirement homes then this is one of the best place you can find in Utah. I highly recommend this place.

The Heritage Village Retirement Community looks like an ideal 55+ retirement community in Payson. My mother and her new spouse met at the Payson Veterans home last September. They are both doing really well living in an apartment together and are now considering using their V.A. home mortgage benefits to have their own house built. We attended the Payson Temple open house and all commented on what a nice community that would be, so close to the Temple! We noticed you have open house events every Wednesday when we did a web search. It was nice to see photos on your page here and all the wonderful amenities. I will check with them about a little visit to learn more. This looks just perfect for them!

This is a best retirement community in Payson, Utah. New & superb assisted living facilities. The staff is very caring & attentive. My grandma is there for 2years & she is enjoying her life very well in there. Highly recommend Heritage Village Retirement Community to anyone.

Very impressive retirement community. Have been doing some research and find Payson, Utah to be a quiet place near beautiful countryside, and yet close to the convenience of the city. Am interested in paying a visit as I travel this summer. The views and custom homes are quite fabulous. I have some ideas for a build out.

Heritage Village is a community that has been Built with quality in mind. Its a very unique project with all the homes detached. Heritage Village has an indoor swimming pool that is heated year around. Definitely one of the best 55 and older communities in the county.

Oh My Goodness! This place looks just awesome. Cant think of another thing I would need the rest of my life. Certainly worth checking into. The homes look just beautiful, and well constructed. I can appreciate the quality time and expertise spent in building these homes and payson retirement community. I have been doing some research on utah 55+ communities, and this one certainly does stand out above the rest.

Almost two years ago we decided to make the move from our cherished home in the California bay area to Utah County. We knew it would be our final home, so we wanted to choose a very high quality builder. We were so fortunate to find Bentley and Devin at Bastian Homes.This was our first new build and Devin put in countless hours to help us with an architectural design that would meet all of our likes and needs. They provided many 5 star subcontractors who were equally as concerned about quality and service.No matter how finicky we were or how many times we changed our minds, they were patient, supportive and attentive to all the details. It seemed like they cared just as much as if it was their own home they were building.So many times we leaned on Bentley and Devin, asking them for advice as the process moved along and they were so willing to share their knowledge and expertise.We couldnt be happier with our forever home!A wholehearted thank you goes to Bentley and Devin!

We shopped from Herriman to Payson for a home, & chose a custom home in Payson. It is close to Payson Temple, Wal-Mart, & Rowleys Red Barn (ice cream). The builders got our house done on time, under budget, & with us living in another state. We didnt have to worry if the work was done right. When we needed outside stairs from the patio, they put them in. The workmanship is very good, and the common area is nice and green. I have removed 106 gophers from the area to keep it pretty. The clubhouse has been very useful for family gatherings.
