    I have had a great experience with Dog town heating and cooling in Paxton IllinoisMatt was my service tech from the time I called and made the appointment Matt text me let me when he was coming and when he was on his way.When he got here I had questions and while he was serving my furnace he answered all my questions.     I own an aged 2-dwelling rental property in Urbana and am looking to remodel an apartment there.I called DogTown Heating, Air & Plumbing on a Monday evening and Craig and Jacob were with me formulating a plan 1st appointment Tuesday morning.Craig Corbin is a friendly, experienced plumber and straight talking man. He accomplished our project very efficiently and expeditiously getting the new bathroom pipes and drains aligned and vented.Will certainly call on him again.😉👍

    The guys from Dogtown were great! They were all very professional and were able to finish work that started by our previous contractor but never finished. And they were able to install our thermostat within 48 hrs!!! We would recommend them with no hesitation.

    I had a clogged sink, I knew it is likely something deep in the drainage pipeline so I called them. They booked me an appointment immediately after 2 hours, they tried a 50 feet drain cleaner machine and when it didn’t do the job they brought a larger one which fixed the issue. They are knowledgeable and explained how the drainage system works. Their price was very reasonable and offered me a discount. I highly recommend them for any plumbing service.

    My furnace went out Saturday and Ian came out right away, diagnosed the problem. Even got the furnace to run one more time to warm up the house. Made me a priority today to get the control module in and have my furnace running! Ian showed up right on time, he was fast, efficient and very professional!     We used Dogtown at a flip house in Fisher, IL and they did wonderful work. They created a second bath on a one story foundation. They were in tight spaces and made our vision come true with this project. We also coupled a small project at our house and they were priced very reasonably. Thank you for the A+ work, I would highly recommend and use them again!

    Dogtown just replaced our 1980’s vintage furnace and A/C. Excellent job. Made the new high efficiency Lennox fit in a rather small closet. The install guys were top notch, very clean concious. Looking forward to a long term relationship with Dogtown.

He even came out to our house twice to do a second quote when I asked about a different area to install one. The installation process was just as smooth and all employees were polite and considerate - and loved our dog! She loved the attention.

    We scheduled our annual furnace inspection earlier than usual because we were having issues with our thermostat. We were given a timeframe of 8 to 10 am. We were notified at 7:45 am that Ian was en route, and he arrived promptly at 8 am. Ian performed the furnace inspection, then spent the majority of his time troubleshooting the thermostat. He worked efficiently and systematically, eventually calling Jeremy (his boss) and doing a hard reset of the system, then Lennox and speaking with both the HVAC team and the wi-fi department. After all troubleshooting failed, it was determined that the thermostat needs replaced. We appreciate all of Ians efforts, his diligence, and his patience. He was very personable and respectful of our property. Ian and Dogtown are #1 in our book!

    Dustin and another gentleman show up to repair my gas water heater with supplied parts from the manufacture under warranty, within 30 minutes after the water heater drained for repairs, i had hot water again.First class service, very polite and very knowledgeable.I recommend Dogtown heating, air and plumbing with a 5 star rating!

    My old HVAC system failed, I called Jeremy with Dogtown to get a quote for replacement of the geothermal unit and the water heater. I called late in the day on Thursday he came out Friday morning and provided me with a quote same day. I approved the quote and in just over a week the new system was installed (which was faster than I expected). The crew showed up on time and they worked together very efficiently which allowed them to complete the job in one day. The plumbing looks excellent and the geothermal installation is very clean. I am very happy with how the process went. They are great at communicating the plan and I would recommend doing business with Dogtown.

    Dogtown provided an estimate on a new furnace and air conditioner. We went with the company that had already been servicing our old ones, but found Dogtown easy to to work with. And they noticed that our front hose faucet was leaking, so I made an appointment with Dogtown to get that fixed. They took replaced it and also reconfigured the piping for our hot water heater which was decades old and overly complicated.

They were very knowledgeable about the issues I have had. I was very surprised as to how fast they were able to come out to fix my issue. I have a large dog that requires cooler weather and they were at my house within a few hours to get my air conditioning back up and running. Prices are very competitive and affordable as well!     I called Dogtown H,A,and,P for 2 reasons. We had a new furnace put in about 4 years ago by a company in Gibson City. Suddenly we had water running down the outside and inside of the cabinet. They had broken the connector that drains water from the A coil on top of the furnace. They did not tell us about this. While trying to do a make shift repair I also discovered they had drilled out 4 or 5 panel screw holes and just put the screws back in. I had to replace the with larger screws. So after that I wanted a company in town where we live, Paxton. Amber the receptionist is very professional( as was everyone there we dealt with ) on the phone and kept us abreast of just when the repairman would be here. We were told our options and they even gave us their opinion on what they would do, and that is just patch it up and use the A/C until it simply cannot be repaired due to the high cost of replacement. The repairs were made and the A/C is working great. They could not replace the drain pan due to the age of the unit. Even the places online that say they have it actually do not when you contact them. We will be using DT from now on.

    Jeremy at Dogtown was an absolute godsend for our family. We had originally scheduled to have a new AC system put in through a different company and when that fell through, Dogtown was recommended to us and not only did Jeremy call us to talk us through everything, he scheduled a quote for the very next day and showed up on time and was extremely professional. We have an infant so getting AC and heat in our home quickly was important and as I am typing this, it’s getting installed…not even two weeks after the quote.     I had been out of town and my daughter called because she smelled gas (she has an unusually sensitive nose). Ameren came out and found 4 small leaks and shut off the gas in the middle of winter. It was not expected to be below freezing before I returned home so, I finished my trip and had planned to fix the leaks myself when I returned but, Ameren had a lock out on the gas meter so, It was not possible to even turn it back on to verify the leaks. The guys came out on short notice and did the work in a little over an hour. I dont use the trades very often so, there is always a little sticker shock. The total was $364 including an $89 service charge. Im not a big fan of service charges unless a customer is just on a fishing expedition and not actually going to have the work done but, all in all they did a professional job in a short window of time. I got the gas turned back on (and my furnace and hot water heater) a couple of hours later when Ameren came back out and removed their lock out pin.

    Day before Christmas we woke up to 51 degrees in our house.Furnace would not kick on!Dogtown owner was at our house in 20 minutes.Our vent pipe had frozen in the subzero temperatures our area had been experiencing.Jeremy happily solved our problem.(He had not slept very much from the busy night before ... but he was friendly and helpful!)

    The first company to give a 2 hr window of arrival and shoes up at the very beginning of the 2hr window.Impressive!Then the Technician was very professional in his mannerisms. Professional in his approach in explaining the technical issues so the laymen can comprehend. Lastly, he worked quick and had us cooling down within 1 and a half hrs since his prompt arrival.Wouldnt call anyone else after experiencing Dogtown professionalism.😎

    Most professional company in the business. Had a new HVAC system installed two years ago. We had an after market whole house humidifier installed at the time. This unit failed and ruined the internal coils. Dogtown did not have to fix this as it was out of warranty but chose to do the right thing and took care of me at no charge. Will never use anyone else and I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

    Dogtown Heating & Air just completed installing a new air conditioner for us. This was the most honest, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and dependable company I have ever worked with. Other companies stated that our ductwork was bad, our furnace was on its way out and more. Dogtown Heating & Air could have easily done the same, but instead they offered honest feedback for every question asked with the patience of saints. I would recommend their work (art!) to anyone. We are so grateful we found them!
