    Swezey Fuel is the best!I came home after working a 12 hr shift to the overwhelming smell of oil in my home! I’ve had a contract with Swezey for a few years so when I went down to my basement and saw that my oil tank had a huge leak, I called them and they came immediately; assessed and explained every step necessary along with my new tank options! All the technicians went above and beyond to make this awful situation better, and the cleanup afterward exceeded my expectation! Great employees, Swezey Fuel!Thank you!

    I changed this year from one of the monopoly oil companies. I did not realize that several of the long island companies now are under one major company - this explains the high prices on oil and service. We moved to patchogue 5 years ago.We visit many establishments in patchogue and noticed they sponsor and advertise locally. They’ve been in business for years. I called and received very fair price for oil and service contract.The service technician came to perform annual maintenance, he was on time, professional, and thorough. He did not rush the job.I’m keeping them.

    Fairly new with Swezey and all of my experience so far has been very positive. Had a service call yesterday and Tim arrived in about an hour. He got the burner up and running even though a replacement part needs to be ordered. Thanks Tim ! Very happy with Swezey service. Just a follow up....Ray returned with the part right on schedule. He had the burner back in service quickly. Plus he patiently answered all my questions about my System 2000 unit. Very happy I signed up with Swezey.

    We have a service contract with Swezey. We recently had an issue with our boiler that proved to be complicated. They sent 4 technicians to our house (separately) within about 18 hours to resolve the problem. Everyone was great, communicated with us about the problem, and didn’t stop until our boiler was fixed. Everything was covered by our contract. Great company, great service.

    10 years ago I had a new high efficiency oil burning installed. It was priced fairly and has not only decreased my oil consumption but had few service call in those ten years.     We are very pleased with the service we receive from Sweezy’s for our home and pool. We had lost our hot water and Sweezy repair man showed up very quickly and got out problem repaired and restored our hot water for us.     I had an issue with my burner at 8 pm and called them. Someone came within one hour after calling and identified the issue. He fixed it right away and had the part on truck.     One of the best companies we have dealt with here in the Stony Brook area. Competent, attentive, reliable, will act immediately in case of an emergency. I recommend a service contract with your boiler: this means you commit to buy the oil from them and they will service your boiler for free or for a nominal sum. Especially beneficial if you have an old boiler.

    Every step was terrific, from my original phone call to the finished job. The associates at Swezey Fuel were wonderful. I never felt like my issues were burdensome to any of them. I had a urgent situation and they all were very happy to help me resolve it. Because it was the dead of winter I assumed that it might be difficult of get help but they were ready and able to prioritize my home. They were all friendly and their attitudes toward their jobs and workplace very very positive.     I recently left Slomin’s because their customer service was horrible and their lack of fuel at peak needs caused me to not have oil several times over the past two winters.     I scheduled a small plumbing job at my house. I needed a leak repaired in my kitchen as well as needing a new faucet. I was going to replace the faucet myself but thats when I discovered I had different problems with each of the shut off valves.Russ was professional, friendly and very neat! He was able to fix all the valve issues and placed the faucet beautifully! He gave me pointers on how to save $$ in the future by suggesting I call Delta if I have issues with the faucet as most have limited lifetime warrantees on parts.I have been a Swezey Oil customer for years now. I have always been happy with their service. They are a family-owned business and it shows each time I call them, usually because something stupid I did. LOL They replaced my ancient boiler saving me $$ on oil in the long run. They replaced my tank and set me up for an environmentally friendly abandonment of the in-ground monstrosity. Every job has been an easy one for them and for me. No troubles, no problems, no bullsh*t. I highly recommend Swezey Fuel for heating and now for plumbing as well.

    Problem fixed very efficiently. The technician was able to locate the problem in my ductless air conditioning unit on the wall and found the part in stock.     I have been a Swezey customer for about 20 years now. Swezey has always been reliable, knowledgeable and competitive. We were closing on my mother-in-laws house and at 11:30 AM the new owners called me after their walk through. They said the upstairs heat would not turn on. I called Swezey and told them about the problem and that we were going to closing in 3 hours. So this was the last day Swezeys was taken care of the house under our contract. About a half hour after I called a technician was at the house and resolved the problem. What a wonderful company. Thank-you Swezeys. I went to the closing looking like a hero thanks to Swezeys.

    I have used Swezey Fuel for three years, just like their site states, they are family owned and operated and you get that feel. Staff is always friendly and professional. They check systems and oil tank to make sure everything is working perfectly. Do yourself a favor and give them a call, you wont regret it. Price wise they may be a couple cents more expensive, this may not even be true, but believe me that you see it in the quality of service! They are 10/10.

    Swezeys oil burner service techs put my prior oil burner company to shame. We had Swezey install a new boiler and the team was great. Timely, neat, professional install. There was no discussions needed when the old fuel line from the tank was toast. It was replaced. Now one year later I am very pleased with the routine oil burner service. I was able to schedule a visits weeks in advance (prior company promised to call when they were starting their service season, but it never happened). Brain arrived at the predetermined time slot, he was knowledgeable, professional, through and clean. I feel great about the support and have no reservations regarding recommending them to anyone.

He let us know when next maintenance was due (not until May, whew!) and made some recommendations, but was not pushy. He also noted we were very low on oil, so he scheduled oil to be delivered in the next few days. Well done.

Over many years they have always provided great oil burner/water heater maintenance and repair service. Sweezy service personnel arrive at our home within 2 to 6 hours after our call for a repair. In addition, Sweezy staff installed a complete A/C system in our home, and to date we never had any problems with the installation, compressor, and condenser systems.

    Well what can I say other than I had an exceptional experience. I am a volunteer fire fighter that was called out for an oil leak at a home that the interior tank blew out the bottom while getting a delivery. Not knowing how old the tank was in my house I decided to call Swezey to have it inspected. Low and behold it began leaking during the inspection.Right from that moment Swezey went into high gear, pumped the oil out of my tank hooked it back up to my boiler using drums and never lost heat in the house. They removed my old oil tank and replaced it with a brand new tank, they were great!! Put down drop cloths so to not track dirt through the basement, we’re very responsible and clean!     Chose Sweezy based on google reviews and made the right choice. Signed up for one year contract including burner inspection, service and fuel price lock. They have honored my price on auto deliveries even though prices have jumped tremendously. Had a small fuel leak from a bad o ring(didn’t know the cause at the time), called them for a service visit and they had someone here within the hour. Fixed the problem and cleaned up spilled fuel. I highly recommend them.

    Very impressive service!! We lost heat on a Saturday night- and on Sunday morning got right through to the emergency line where a very capable woman was able to schedule an emergency visit. Sweetly was at our house by noon (we were the third call) and immediately found we were out of oil because we were never before using oil in the winter - but because of Covit we were living at the house. He brought in oil, got us up and running and scheduled a delivery for the next day.

    I have been with Swezey oil for over 20 years and have never been disappointed in any aspect of their service. Recently we have had an ongoing issue with our heating system and Swezey Oil and their Service Field Supervisor, Nick, never gave up on getting our heating system working 100%! Turns out the repair was an odd one caused by an exposed wire which was very difficult to troubleshoot and Swezey spared no expense trying to track down the elusive problem while always being courteous and professional.I would not ever consider using another oil company and I hope Swezey will continue to stay a family owned company that always places the customer first.3/2021 Once again after an oil leak developed from the filter and all the gaskets were changed still resulting in the leak, Joe G. came and corrected the issue. Joe didnt bother taking the easy way out by throwing in another set of gaskets and O rings, he changed the complete filter housing and resealed any threaded couplings that could have been a cause to the leak as well.This is the professionalism and personal service that makes me a happy 24 year customer of Swezey. As long as they maintain their level of service I will continue to be a faithful customer.

I left Petro for lack of quality service and this is my first year with Swezeys. So far not impressed. As a follow up, I was contacted by management who was genuinely concerned about my issues, and the waived charges and gave me contacts numbers in case of future issues I mat have.     I moved into a new home and quickly discovered more than a few plumbing issues from minor to major. I called Swezey fuel co. as they now offer plumbing service and they had already been my fuel service provider. Swezey sent someone over right away, unlike the other three plumbers I had contacted who were competely unresponsive. Joe G., Don and Russ came to my house and fixed multiple plumbing issues for me. Joe(the master plumber) was able to give me a complete breakdown of what was needed to get all my issues fixed properly and was beyond nice and professional. Don and Russ were working under him during the day and were great guys and hard working. They arrived at 8am and finished by 5pm, spending that whole time working with few breaks other than maybe 20minutes for lunch. I wasn’t thrilled about having to do plumbing work and spending $ right after moving in but Joe and his crew made it as painless as they could. Professional, hard working, and honest. Super efficient andknowledgeable, he has a throwback work ethic which I loveWhen the new burner/boiler combo had a problem with a part that was leaking, he said hed stay to ensure it was installed and all operating systems were okay.     After 4 previous calls for no heat, Weve had a very difficult problem to diagnose and Tom N. finally determined that it was a intermittent Transformer which as I know from being an Electronics Tech for 40 yrs , it can be very difficult to figure out. Tom came in the beginning of the storm ( even had to drive to Riverhead from Miller Place to get parts) and stayed throughout the storm until he knew the system was working 100%. He was super professional and friendly as well not to mention his system knowledge. Swezey is lucky to have Tom N in their employ and he represents the company as well as anyone could. Thanks Tom for all your hard work. Me and my 85 yr old mother in law appreciate you!

    I was in Florida and was notified electronically that the temp had gone down to 47 degrees and the temperature was going to be below freezing that night. The service man came late at night and used a code to enter the basement from outside and fixed it. He called after the repair was made and assured me that everything was working and the door had been secured. Very comforting to know that even from so far away Swezey takes such good care of their customers.

    Swezey has always been extremely responsive when I’ve encountered heatongmproblems in my newly purchased house. Even on the coldest of days they’ve been there within a couple of hours.Our most recent visit occurred because the Water Authority accidentally turned our water off at the meter and when we got it back on, we got air bubbles in our heating system that prevented the hot water from getting to the air blowers - thus, no heat.Enter Kevin (who had also visited us on Xmas Eve, three days after we bought the house to resolve a problem with our water heater). Kevin immediately knew what the issue was, drained all of our pipes and then refilled them...for the first time in the two months since we’d owned the place, the heat starting working on our second floor!Kevin is knowledgeable, friendly and gets the job done!

    All fuel companies sell essentially the same fuel at more or less the same price. What makes Swezey the best fuel company out there is their people. Every technician that has services our boilers and central air units has been a complete professional, knowledgeable, friendly and arrived quickly.There are very few companies that I would endorse. Swezey is one of them. I actually dont mind paying their bill.

    I have been a customer of Swezey Fuel Co. for quite a few years.I always found them to be reliable when it came to automatic deliveries or servicing my oil burner. This summer was a whole new experience with Swezey Fuel Co., I have a ductless split air conditioning system, but it is NOT the brand Swezeys installs. Inspite of that, a repairman Scott came to my home to try and troubleshoot the problem..He was not successful, but not for lack of trying, he gave it his very best. I phoned the office, and spoke with Lance, who said he was going to send me a second man to look at my unit as he had more experience with my model..Ray, after spending quite a bit of time on my unit, felt the mother board was burnt and I needed a whole new unit..Swezey, Lance, Ray, were kind enough to put this on their letterhead, allowing me to get an entirly new unit from the company it was made by. Then, they went one step further, and Ray and another gentleman returned to install the new unit, which was NOT Swezey Fuel Co. product! Now THAT is going ABOVE and BEYOND which I truly appreciate...and which in my book, makes SWEZEY FUEL CO. stand out as a really GREAT! company...Thank You Lance, Scott, Ray and all the Swezey staff.
