Professional, honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working! I contacted Brian with an emergency and he worked with us over the holiday weekend to solve it. I needed an old corroded faucet stem in my bathtub replaced. It was easy to schedule an appointment with very fast response time and great communication as to to when the technician arrived at the residence. Brian is a very nice guy who took the time to explain things to me about the repair. I will be using him for all my future plumbing. We were extremely happy with our service.

I had an emergency plumbing issue. Woke up to take a shower to go to work. No water came out the shower. In a frantic I called Brian Alexander. He was at my house in a few hours. He is very knowledgeable, through, and OCD with his work. My plumbing issue resulted in a major piping repair. After 8 hours the work was beautifully done. I have my shower back with more water pressure than ever before. My bill should of been waaay higher than it actually was. This is your guy to call. You CANNOT go wrong with this guy.

I called a couple of BSL plumbers but they didnt return multiple calls. Brian actually answered my call and set up an appointment for the next afternoon. He called in the morning to say he could come out sooner than expected and showed up right on time. He fixed the sink drain quickly and in a clean, efficient manner. Will definitely call him again.

We had Brian replace a kitchen sink faucet after having the countertop replaced. He was recommended by the countertop company. He did an excellent job. While he was at our home, I also had him replace the inner workings of both commodes. He cleans up after he is finished with the job and double checks for leakage. I highly recommend him as he does a very good job for a reasonable price.
