    Dustin and his techs are the best! He has been taking care of our heat and air service for several years now even installing a new unit when it was needed. Always prompt and efficient we definitely recommend them! They recently even cleaned our dryer vent which was much needed.

    I trust Anderson Mechanical to take care of my HVAC. Dustin made an emergency call to my house during the winter and got our heater functioning. When it came time to replace the heater, after consulting with Josh, a family friend, we decided it was time to upgrade the whole system. We received a quote from them and never thought twice about getting other quotes, because we trusted their experience and how well they have treated us in the past few years. I cannot praise them enough. Every technician that has worked on our system are thorough and professional. Everyone we have spoken with at Anderson Mechanical has been professional and treated us well. I would not hesitate to use them.

    Josh, our technician, was very professional, courteous and on time. I was not present but my mother in law was here for the appt and she was very happy with Josh and the service performed. He explained everything to her very well so it could be relayed to me. Our a/c system was thoroughly checked and he did not try to sell us unnecessary parts or services.     Let me just say this I had to revisit with Anderson electric the next day because it wasnt working so they got immediately back with me and was going to schedule someone for Friday evening luckily the weather was nice so we were gonna be OK so they were there 1st thing Saturday morning. realizing it was my breaker that had caused my problem....Let me just preface this I work for an electric company and the very 1st thing that we ask when someone calls with an outage or an issue has have you checked your breakers..... I guess that should have been my 1st thought for myself as well......🙄Thank You...Corey and Dustin

    I was so impressed with Josh Greiner from Anderson, who came by promptly to give us a second opinion on a repair for our A/C system. He came highly recommended by a trusted acquaintance. Josh quickly determined that the issue was relatively minor and that an expensive repair recommended by another company was overkill. He took the time to explain what was happening, showed photos of the issue with the unit upstairs, and even suggested ways we could reduce future problems and prolong the life of our existing unit. He was patient in answering all of our questions. Needless to say, Josh earned our confidence and trust. We will be using Anderson Mechanical for all of our HVAC needs going forward.

    I will say I have only had to call repairs 2-3 times since I’ve owned my Speed Queen set. Most of the time the administration is prompt and scheduling is on point. However, before holiday break began I put in a request for my dryer to be looked at due to a loud noise and it was rescheduled twice because administration was not aware of the technicians schedule. They finally got to it last week but my family had to deal with a lot of noise throughout the holidays. The technician was very thorough and well mannered and got the job completed in less than an hour. He stated I would receive a receipt from the office for my payment but I still have not received one. Overall, I would do business with them again.
