I called to schedule an appointment with an electrician due to an outrageous spike in my electricity bill. I explained to Karlee what the issue was, and she helped me with getting a better understanding of the situation. She was 100% caring, honest, and understanding of my situation. Here is where Karlee went above and beyond for me....she spoke with one of the master electricians and returned my call with even greater detail of the situation. She also provided a starting point to hopefully correct the issue Im experiencing. Based on the information I gave Karlee, it was determined that my most cost efficient route at the moment is to notify the electric company. Definitely recommend Right Touch.

We had a power surge that destroyed several TVs, appliances, etc in our home. Sunday morning, I sent an email to Right Touch and Monday morning by 8:00 am I received a phone call from Karlee. Ms Karlee was very helpful and scheduled an inspection of our damage for 10:00am that day.Levi and Kendrick arrived at 10:00am and inspected our damage. They also conducted a whole house electrical inspection. After their inspection, we met and discussed their recommendations. After reviewing their estimate, we decided to go forward with their proposal.Tuesday, Kendrick got Alex and Jeremiah lined up to start the process/work. Alex and Jeremiah worked the next two 1/2 weeks at our home. They were excellent to work with and always contacted us 30 minutes before they arrived.You might be thinking, 2 1/2 weeks? But they replaced everything in our home but the actual wiring. (And we have a larger home). I feel confident it was money well spent after a major power surge.Right Touch has finished up their work, now our claim goes back to Karlee. She is working with our insurance adjuster. She provided a 5 page detailed report, while dealing with a family emergence, and has submitted her documentation to our adjuster. Ms Karlee has also offered to meet personally with our adjuster or send a licensed technician if desired by our insurance company.Needs less to say, we are very pleased with the entire process. As I look back on the events that took place, I would not have changed anything we did. Right Touch definitely responds, reacts, and delivers a superior service.Thank you Will, Karlee, Levi, Kendrick, Alex and Jeremiah for assisting us on our time of need.

After two trees came down and ripped my line off my house, Right Touch Electrical provided a professional and quick response! Only two days after my initial phone call, they sent a crew out in the wake of Hurricane Beryl. They answered all my questions and offered several options, not a one size fits all solution. The owner, Master Electrician Will Burns, came out to the job site, addressed my concerns and helped explain the various issues to restore the power. The pricing was very fair, great warranty, the installation was very well done, and the crew spent the day making sure it was done right. I desperately needed power restored after 8 days with no electricity. They also honor the military with discounts for those who serve or have served. Everyone I dealt with was very kind and helpful. Excellent customer service. Thanks to Kendrick for setting up the service. Alex and Jeremiah did a fantastic job! I was referred by Tom Tynan, HomeShow Radio, with high praise for the owner and company and they really came through for me. Thank you Right Touch Electrical!

Theses guys are awesome. Reached out to Right Touch Electrical for support on a home generator project. The scope included replacing the electrical panel, installation of the power inlet and installing a soft start on the A/C. The electrician called 30 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive to let me know he was on the way. Job was completed in a single day and stayed to make sure the generator would power the house. Courteous and professional; neat and tidy work. Any future electrical work I need will go to Right Touch Electrical

Right Touch Electrical is a very professional company. I called on a Saturday because a faulty breaker was preventing my A/C from working in August! The phone service was professional and explained everything thoroughly. The assigned electrician, Isaac, called and texted when he was 30 minutes away as promised. Isaac was in a company van, in uniform, and was very professional. He identified the problem, demonstrated it, quoted me the price to correct it, and upon my approval, fixed the issue quickly. Overall, I had a great experience with Right Touch Electrical, and I will use them for my future electrical needs.

I originally hired this company to install an electrical outlet. But when Kendrick checked the electrical panel outside he noticed that it wasn’t up to code and posed a potential fire hazard. The problem with the electrical panel also caused the AC to shut off. (Luckily Kendrick got it working so we would be comfortable that night.) So what started off as a small job became a big job. The entire electrical panel and meter had to replaced. They were able to perform this job the next morning. The meter was burned badly and I was told that in a couple of months it could have caused fire damage to parts of the house. The two technicians were polite and very hardworking and were able to perform the installations within the allotted time. They even found time to install the electrical outlet. I asked the lead technician about the price and he said it was very fair for this type of job. Highly recommended and five star service!

As all call in orders it was great at the beginning but then you never know. The techs came and assessed the concerns that I had with no power in the living room and within one hour it was fix and everything was working then I had to call them back out due to another concern and with there understanding and concern they came back out and fixed a wiring issue with no charge. I would like to say I have them on my speed dial for my future work and life fixes!!!!

(I could stress my gratitude even more!)We own a Mom & Pop restaurant called Mogul Indian Restaurant that had a power outage.When we couldnt get in touch on a Saturday with the original Electricians who did the electrical work last year, I called the Right Touch Electrical, Chris, another excellent Residential electrician, who did some electrical work at my home. He immediately put me in touch with their commercial personnel, who came out promptly on a SATURDAY.Once the problem was quickly discovered, they promptly did the necessary work all day, then waited till 10pm for the CenterPoint Tech to check and turn on the power. The Manager, Wes, came the next day to check if everything was in a working condition/order!Ive added them on my contacts for any future electrical needs at the business. There are many competent electricians out there but one thing RTE has is Integrity, Integrity, Integrity! i called for a routine electrical panel replacement + when my AC malfunctioned after the power was restored, technician ISAAC RUIZ + dispatcher KARLEE went above n beyond to make sure that we solved the problemboth of them talked me through potential possibilities for what went wrong + recommended a trusted HVAC company to help complete the repairs. during the appointment process w/ the HVAC company (shout out Du-West!), both isaac + karlee kept in touch w/ the techs over there to make sure my ticket was flagged priority!this is what RTE will do that no one else will: volunteer to pay for a mistake that they might have caused. in the end, we couldnt determine if it was a coincidence or a result of the repairs but karlee still personally volunteered to go halfsies w/ me. i say this not as a warning to future customers about what could go wrong, but to show that RTE will do literally Everything to make sure youre Goodcall isaac + karlee!!

Cant really express how wonderful these guys are....but Ill try. First visit was on a Saturday morning (8am on the spot). We had them come out for a partial power outage. Turned out to be a CenterPoint issue. Second visit we had them install a surge protector on our panel (newer homes typically have them already installed). At which time I was advised my panel was the cheapest on the market and we should consider an upgrade. No pressure from Levi just being a great electrician. Third visit was again partial power outrage and again it was a CenterPoint issue. Kendrick advised us to consider upgrading the panel. This is when I became extremely grateful. Kendrick let us know our panel (being the cheapest on the market) used aluminum as the main connection!! As a layman I know that aluminum is a huge no no. All I could think was fire in the future. Electrical issues in the future. So we agreed. Fourth visit was the smooth installation of our new electrical panel. Auggie and Jeremy are the perfect example of professionals. Auggie showed me his work. Perfect alignment of the wiring to each breaker before closing everything up and left with no trace of them having been there. These guys have given me arrival time frames of 8am - 10am each time I call but are typically there at 8am. Makes me feel like the top priority. From the get go top priority. I have used four different electrical companies in the past. Right Touch Electrical is now the company I will be calling. I wont see them for a really really really really long time but when I do; I know Im in good hands.

We found out the hard way that our service drop line from our house to the Center Point box was laid as cheaply as possible when we purchased our home 9 years ago brand new. With the recent downpours we lost most of our power as the line had deteriorated. This included all our major appliances except the fridge and we lost our A/C in 85-90 degree weather. We were miserable to say the least, and on top of it we found out that Center Point does not cover that line we are responsible for it. We called first thing in the morning and received three quotes, all three companies came out in the morning and provided same day quotes. Now that be saying, one quote was extremely low and the other two were definitely higher, but cheapest is NOT always best. This was a major project and we wanted it done once and done the RIGHT way. Meeting with Chris was wonderful, he took his time with us, answered all our questions, honest in his answers and wasnt trying to upsell us. He was extremely knowledgeable and I felt absolutely comfortable in choosing to go with his quote. Was this the cheapest quote, absolutely not...but this was the RIGHT quote...he sold us on his expertise, his far superior product and his strong customer service. He didnt push the sale and he didnt push the upsell. We did decide to upgrade to a higher amp level because this is our forever home and we wanted to do it once and have it done the RIGHT way. Fast forward ten minutes after we called and said we wanted to go with him...we received a call from the office, set up our easy loan with them, and had an emergency appointment scheduled with them for the VERY NEXT DAY! Within a few hours, Center Point was out marking the lines and the next morning, the crew delivered the box, piping, wires, etc and they got to work. They were amazingly efficient and worked hard. Chris came out and introduced Alex and Ethan as they were the electricians assigned to our project. They were absolutely phenomenal. They worked extremely hard and were meticulous in their work. They went above and beyond with their work, they even assisted with making sure the rock bed that was trenched was put back exactly how it was before, you would never know there was work done under it. The boxes and the piping was hung cleanly, straight and secure. They absolutely showed true craftmanship and pride in their work. My husband was blown away by their work and we are 100% confident we chose the RIGHT company for the job. We would absolutely not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for superior skilled electricians, quality craftsmanship, excellent customer service and people who take pride in their work. Chris, Alex and Ethan were amazing and we cannot thank them enough for getting us our power back the very next day after we met with them. We are sitting in our fully powered, 74 degree house again and we are absolutely confident in our choice. Isaac came when we were having flickering lights and loss of power. He replaced a bad breaker and performed troubleshooting service letting us know we had a problem with Centerpoint Energy equipment. He was correct and went over and above what was expected to make sure we knew what to tell Centerpoint. Turned a bad day into relief when everything was fixed. Would definitely recommend Right Touch Electrical.

Of special recognition, the two installers (Carlos and Chris) were exceptional. They answered all my questions, took the time to speak to me in laymans terms , and provided me with an education. Their quality was unbelievable. They worked as if it were their own house. The quote was reasonable and in certain aspects, better than competitors. Will Burns was able to provide differences between my other bids and was also very receptive to my questions. From the first call to schedule quote and service, they were prompt to answer, professional on the phone and thorough in asking questions and providing detail about what to expect when the electrician would arrive. The electrician called 30 minutes prior to arrival and when he arrived at the scheduled time he assessed several ceiling electrical boxes; provided immediate and detailed recommendations on requirements for ceilings fixtures; provided immediate quote; and, given the installation, completed everything in one day. Electrician was professional and took great care with our furniture and floors. Will definitely call Right Touch Electrical in the future and will recommend to friends and family!

Knowledge of my problems, Seans recommendations on what I need to have done to further protect my home, he didnt break from protocol when I told him that he didnt have to wear his shoe covers, and he was extremely polite and came over as honest to me. He represented Your company, in my opinion, with the highest standards of professionalism. I intend on using this company to install my Ring tone equipment on our new home whenever we purchase everything. I recently had a sub-panel installed for a generator transfer switch for emergencies/power outages. Excellent service, very professional staff, and the materials they use are premium, all at very reasonable prices.I am a return customer to RTE, I also had them replace my severely outdated and dangerous panel.Ask for Levi, he’s very friendly, patient and good at finding solutiond to unique electrical complications.Also. RTE has military discount, what more can you want?
