    Mark and Maria were exceptionally responsive from beginning to end. They replaced my kitchen faucet in under an hour and they have BEYOND fair pricing.     Had an issue with a running toilet. Ricco’s came out the next day and fixed it in minutes flat! They were both personable and courteous.     We needed a new hot water heater, and decided to get a new toilet, as we had an older one in the guest bathroom that used too much water. I contacted Ricco’s and Maria got back to me quickly. I sent her pictures and she came up with a very reasonable estimate to install both the heater and toilet. We bought the toilet from Home Depot. They bought the hot water heater. The communication was great during this time of waiting for the appointment. She and Mark showed up on time, worked quickly and left no mess. Plus, they are super nice and friendly. They hauled away the old hot water heater. We will dispose of the toilet once we get rebate from Manatee County.We will have them come back in the future to install a new kitchen sink and faucet.All in all, a pleasant experience. It’s nice to meet honest, hardworking people.

    I am completely amazed by my experience with Riccos Plumbing! First off, The level of customer experience that Maria provides you Is unparallel to anything I’ve experienced before. From setting up the appointment to booking the appointment she was absolute wonderful GEM to deal with.Now for Mark- What an outstanding plumber.He was the only plumber that came to our house, That acknowledged the hard work that my husband already did. My husband works in construction and he did a lot of the trench work himself, And Mark thanked him and told him he did a great job. On top of that, Mark was the only plumber, Who gave a genius recommendation… on how to route my pipes for the bathtub, After he left, my husband said “ i can’t believe I didn’t think of that” then we said “no other plumber said that!”I also also want to comment, That the overall price was beyond fair. Mark Realized my husband could do a lot of the work himself, most of the other plumbers wouldn’t Let my husband do work in his own home (I’m talking about putting the finishes up) I even had a different plumber try to put pest control on my Estimate, to spray the lines?! Which I thought was totally unnecessary and a waste of money - especially when I already have pest control!In a very stressful Home renovation project, I’m very thankful for Mark and Maria.Riccos Plumbing is now my go to plumber if I need any plumbing work done on my house in the future.     Needed a new gas water heater to satisfy homeowners insurance. Called a lot of plumbers and home stores for prices. Prices averaged $2,200. Rocco’s came in at a whole lot less! Even gave me a quote over the phone based on the photos I sent. Communication with Maria was the best. In and out, no mess and took the old water away! Call this husband and wife team.     I found Riccos on Yelp because I needed a plumber for a few small items that needed to be done at my house. They had 5 Star reviews on Yelp as well.     I had several quotes to install a tankless hot water system. Riccos was by far the cheapest, but that didnt negate the quality. Impeccable service. Great, constant communication. They even coordinated with my electrician to make sure everything was done correctly and all went smooth.

    Mark & Maria are amazing! We were in a pickle when we found out Lowes does not install gas appliances. Since we were moving into a newly renovated home, we needed them hooked up pretty quickly. They responded on a Sunday and squeezed us in on Monday for the install. They also replaced the pressure tank on the hot water heater as well. I have nothing but great things to say about their work and their customer service. I would recommend them hands down for any plumbing service!

    Riccos Reliable Plumbing came to my rescue! One of our pipes outside of house was broken on a Friday evening. Water was gushing everywhere and we had to turn the water off to the house.     Absolute heroes! After being up for 24+ hrs and at the hospital with a relative I came home to a very leaky water heater.     Riccos Plumbing arrived on schedule, reviewed the job and the work they were going to carry out, and were very efficient and professional. Once the job was completed, they proceeded with cleanup and removed any and all debris and boxing material. Maria was very responsive with scheduling and her and her husband Mark were both out the very next day. With marks knowledge, they fixed a molded pipe section that others said would be an issue.     Small, family business with integrity. A few months ago another plumber had disconnected my lanai sink from my kitchen sink, stating there was a complicated problem that he couldnt do. Ricco came in and gave me two options, a quick fix or a more complicated one with advantages to both. He then proceeded to fix it in less than an hour. He was nice and professional with reasonable rates.

    I strongly recommend Riccos Reliable Plumbing for anyone with residential plumbing needs. I contacted Riccos late one afternoon to inquire about the possibility of replacing a leaking water heater in my home. Within an hour, they stopped by my house, diagnosed what needed to be done, and quoted me a very reasonable price. I also asked them for a quote to replace a leaky garbage disposal beneath my kitchen sink. After agreeing on the price and scope of work, they worked hard to fit me into their schedule as quickly as possible so Id have a functioning water heater again. They showed up promptly as scheduled on the day of service and replaced both items in short order. They were very professional in their work, yet courteous and friendly the entire time they were at my house. I cant imagine calling anyone else but Riccos next time I have a plumbing issue that requires professional attention.
