    I am blown away by the work these folks did! They reglazed a tub, tub tile, and sink for me, turning a 70s-era blue into a beautiful, shiny white that looks brand new! They were great in working with me on pricing; super responsive, from my first inquiry through the end of the project; the work is impeccable, done on the date they said it would be done, in the amount of time they said it take. This was 1st class service and work all around -and a special shout out to Eliseo who did the whole job solo in a single day! Not only do I highly recommend them to others, Ive already started planning my budget so they can do another sink and tile job for me!I generally only give reviews for work that is either especially excellent or especially poor - this was DEFINITELY the former. I would write 20 reviews, thats how good this work was!

    Absolutely blown away by the work our tech Elio did for our bathtub and tile walls today! My whole experience from the consultation to the finished results were smooth and stress free. I spoke with Alex and he was incredibly kind, knowledgeable in the company and informative about the process. The price was a bit too high for me but Alex reassured me that the work Tub Coaters does is top of the line and would be so worth it. Even so, he was INCREDIBLY gracious enough to understand my financial situation and we discussed a lower price that BOTH of us were comfortable with. Not only was Tub Coaters so understanding throughout this process, but I was scheduled in within a week of calling them. Elio, showed up right on time and gave us all the information we needed to know from updates of his progress to how to make sure our tub and tile last.Thank you so much to the Tub Coaters team in Baltimore for making our bathroom look brand new!We will definitely be reaching out for future projects in the years to come.(I couldn’t wait to share the results, so here are some pictures of Elio’s wonderful work!)

    They made my bathtub/shower look new. It looks good. Time had taken its toll on my bathroom. Most contractors wanted to remodel the entire room and didnt want to do just the bathtub/shower. They were not only willing to redo my bathtub/shower, they also installed new fixtures. It looks modern now.

    Tub Coaters did an excellent job repairing and refinishing my old fiberglass tub. It was cracked pretty bad in three places since the tub wasn’t properly supported underneath. And I wasn’t sure if it was going to be able to be repaired. When setting up the service appointment, Alex was very professional and it was clear that he was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the repair and refinishing. This gave me confidence in the company and the type of work they were going to perform. Hendrick did amazing work to fix the cracks, add support under the tub, and refinish the tub. It looks better than ever! He was very professional and used drop cloths and barriers to keep the area clean and protected. Overall Tub Coaters does amazing work at a good price and I would use their services again!!

    I had an excellent experience start to finish with TubCoaters! We accidentally had a chip/crack in a new tub that was causing a leak through our ceiling.After submitting an inquiry over their website, a representative contacted me and carefully explained the product and process. Once we were confident that TubCoaters could fix the crack with a patch and reglaze, we were able to schedule the service within a few days.All of the work was complete in one day. They carefully prepared to protect all surfaces in my bathroom. They used a heavy fan to help with any odors while working. The tub dried perfectly overnight and was back in use the next day.I highly recommend this company as reputable, helpful, and a good value.

    I can enjoy taking baths again! My tub looks amazing, like new. Pablo did an awesome job. He explained how to clean the tub and not to use any harsh chemicals on it. It took about 3 hours and he was on time and professional. He answered my questions. There are mild fumes but not too bad. Should be gone in a couple of hours. Would absolutely recommend Tub Coaters!!

    I had Tub Coaters refinish my bathtub on 1/8. We had Elisio do the work and he did an excellent job! He made sure to cover everything in the bathroom carefully, so that nothing else was accidentally damaged or stained. He remained courteous and helpful the whole time. He was patient with me, even when I had a lot of questions. He is also very skilled with his craft. By the time he was finished the tub went from having a bit of a yellow tone and some stains to looking brand new! We also had them replace our drain and I would highly recommend it, especially if yours is looking old and worn out. If we decide to do any more refinishing in the future, Tub Coaters will be who we call!

    Had my tub reglazed. Hendrick and Henrique called when they were on their way and when they arrived, were very friendly and reviewed the information about the service before they began. As Id been told on the phone when I booked the appointment, it took the 3 hours to sand down the tub and spray the layers of glaze. They were very professional and were great to work with. I will say, the person I booked with had told me it would dry in 5 hours, but they recommended letting it dry for a full 24 hours - so it would have been nice to have been given that recommendation over the phone so I could tell my tenants that in advance. Ultimately, I think the service was affordable, quick (booked 1 week prior), and convenient. I would work with them again.

    I was prepping my huge master bathtub for paint the next day. I was going to do it myself with a Tub & Tile Refinishing Kit. I thought better of it and started Googling in the middle of the night. I ran across this company and saw that they had great reviews. I called them the next morning thinking I was going to have to wait at least a week to get an estimate. They quoted me a price over the phone and got me on the schedule that day because they were working on a bathroom a few blocks over. I first talked to them around 9am. By 12 noon, the contractor pulled up. He finished my tub before 5pm. The tub looks BEAUTIFUL. It looks like I purchased a brand new tub. I got the tub done because I remodeled the master bath and everything was grey and white but the tub was cream. Tub Coaters turned the tub bright white and I cant stop peeking into the bathroom to stare at it. Go with these guys! Theyre awesome and they saved me thousands of dollars!

    Hendrick was great!! LOVE this company and had an amazing experience with them. From the beginning when I called to set up the appointment, they were kind, courteous, and professional. They were also flexible in scheduling as I had to reschedule and they were more than happy to oblige. The technician called 30 minutes prior to arrival, arrived on time, explained the process, kept everything clean and finished on time. The tub looks AMAZING and I would highly recommend them.
