    My family and I cannot say enough nice things about Wright Restoration.     Wright Restoration was a pleasure to work with and the quality of their work is top notch. I had water damage after a leak and they prioritized giving me a quote as I was concerned about mold due to severe allergies. They redid my floor, backsplash, fixed my ceiling, and installed new cabinets. Brian is thorough with his quotes, friendly, and knows his trade. Bill, and a few other workers, were detail-oriented, efficient and always left my house spotless.     We woke up to significant water damage in our home due to severe storms. We didn’t even know where to start so I just started Googling for a local company who could identify the issues, remove the water, and repair/restore (essentially, “do it all”) Thank goodness we found Wright Restoration Services. Michael took my call and Craige (the owner) was at our home that afternoon. Within a day, Tyler (who is fantastic and skilled in so many areas) was at our home and started removing damaged drywall, and getting our rooms setup to dry out before restoration. Thanks to Niall, Gina, and Michael for keeping in constant contact throughout the process and helping us work through paperwork with insurance. When the crew came out for the full restoration (sorry I don’t know all of your names!) they were all fantastic. So courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled. We are back good as new. They were even able to save our new carpeting which had just been replaced a few months ago! If you are considering Wright Restoration I would highly recommend - such a well run company with great staff who care about their customers!

    Wright Restoration responded in a timely manner to our crawl space problems. Received a complete quote detailing items to be completed. Signed contract and received dates that were within dates of first calling. The crew came to work on the items on the contract dates. The workers than completed the work as detailed in the contracted to our satisfaction. They went way beyond to make sure we’re happy with the completed work. We would recommend Wright Restoration if you have any water, etc work to be done.

    We were so thrilled by the work that was completed by Wright Restoration Services. We had a major water damage incident and they immediately responded with a plan for remediation. We thought that we would need to micromanage the situation, but Brian took control putting together a project plan, timeline, and held weekly checkpoint meetings to keep us informed of the progress. He personally inspected and managed the situation to ensure our complete satisfaction.     Wright Restoration Inc. could not have been more professional and caring. I especially want to acknowledge Michael Goldberg who made things as easy for me and my busy work schedule. This was a smoke removal situation. The house is entirely new and refreshed thanks to them. The owner himself came to inspect the job twice. Very reasonably priced for the amount of work and time they spent. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.

    Great team! They came out very quickly to give me an analysis and proposal for water damage restoration (we had water come into the attic and living room through our chimney, which needed to be repaired.) Craig spent extra time explaining about mold and how it grows and what to look for, which was greatly appreciated. He found additional water damage from the same event that I hadnt yet seen, and which needed to be dried out.Michael Goldberg was the primary point of contact and he was incredibly professional, responsive, and clear. He followed up on emails with text messages to confirm receipt. He sent text messages alerting me to when the crew was on the way each day they worked. Any time I asked a question he responded within minutes. Ive worked with many contractors over the past 10 years on a variety of projects, and this level of responsiveness is something I hadnt experienced before! Its exactly what I would have hoped for in a company that has 24/7 emergency services and deals with damage restoration, but it seemed unreal.The crew that did the work also did a great job. It wasnt a huge job, but they replaced a couple of sections of drywall and certainly restored it to you would never have known condition in just a few days. The work was in the center of our home (living room) and they kept the dust and disruption limited. All the guys were professional and courteous.Highly recommended!

    Office staff was very helpful and accommodating with reminders including texts and phone calls. I needed to change the date of my service a few times and the staff was easy to work with. The guys were at my house right on time. They worked hard all day and did not leave a mess of any kind. They seemed trustworthy to leave your house while they worked. They were pleasant and very helpful to me with some suggestions for future cleaning. I decided to work with this company after a complete kitchen renovation. Glad I did. My indoor allergies with dust was bad post remodeling. Highly recommend. A little more expensive, but a thorough cleaning with the right equipment. 👍

    Words cant express how much this company has done for us. When you feel you have no one else left Wright Restoration steps in and makes life worth living again.     I would highly recommend Wright Restoration Services for any water damage restoration services. We used them to address some mold issues due to storm/water damaged in our attic/ceiling. They were great to work with, provide expert guidance on how to address and remediate our problem and delivered the work in the most professional manner. The team they sent out to so the work were fantastic, great to work with and very detail oriented and conscientious. Best experience I have had with a home service provider. Highly recommend them and would continue to use them going forward.

    We were referred to Wright Restoration from our insurance company. We had a tree fall on our garage roof during a Noreaster in February 2018. I had multiple estimates that were all over the spectrum. We were confused how to deal with this matter. Wright Restoration worked with the insurance company to get us the proper repair. They worked closely with us. We received weekly updates about the time frame the repairs would be performed. Craige Wright and his executive assistant Natalie were extremely professional and easy to work with. We were always in touch via phone and email. Their roofers workmanship was meticulous, professional and friendly. I need to give a shout out to Steve and the other roofers. I highly recommend Wright Restoration to anyone who has a catastrophic injury to their home.

    Excellent Service ! Had a large sewer back -up Thursday night, call Wrights at 8am Friday morning, and they were at my home by 9:30am to take a look. Barry was very knowledgeable, and provided me with several options. In the end it turned into a home owners claim. Wrights completed the clean up, and worked with my Insurance adjuster to make sure everything was done correctly. Wrights also did the remodel portion which was extensive.     Niles and Wright Restoration we’re by far the best company, from soup to nuts, I have ever dealt with. From day one Niles was at my house going over everything that needed to be done and executing it flawlessly. He would call and text after each step letting me know where we stood.     We contacted Wright Restoration for home inspection of air quality and mold concerns. Craige spent significant one on one time with me throughout the entire home explaining his findings and concerns. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He offered his companies services when appropriate, but did not push and did not hesitate to point out work that could be DIY (sign of an honest company in my opinion). Their group hasn’t actually done work for me, but I wouldn’t hesitate to do so in the future.

First of all, the owner is very honest and the estimate of cost is very reasonable. That is why I didnt even ask about the price when I asked them to do some additional work later on. Second, they are professional and their repair work is in high quality. In addition, everyone I met from the company is polite and addressed all of my questions or requests. It was nice to work with Wright.

    We recently contracted Wright Restoration to take care of a mold issue in our garage and basement. We chose Wright after receiving estimates from three companies. The owner, Craige Wright came to our house to assess our situation and provided an estimate in a timely manner. We were very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of safe mold removal “best practices” and felt that he had our best interest at heart. Our removal/treatment technicians, (Mike, Brad, Matt and Steve) were absolutely great! They were highly respectful, professional, knowledgeable, careful and hard-working. The office manager, Natalie, was awesome and super easy to get a hold of (even during the wee hours of the AM). She kept in close communication during our project keeping us up-to-date on the process. I highly recommend Wright Restoration if you find yourself in need of mold remediation or other home restoration projects. Excellent, excellent work!

    AMAZING and wonderful company! Wright Restoration Services, Inc in Parkseburg, PA was an absolute pleasure to work. Lets start with this - mold is NO FUN to deal with. It makes me feel as thought I dont clean my home well and left me very weary having my pets in the home. Thankfully, Wright Restoration is no only a remediation services company but they educate you as well. Their team really treated the home and my belongings and pets with the utmost respect. They scrubbed everything and were extremely meticulous about their work. From setting up an appointment with Natalie (who is amazing) to the team (Craige, Mike and Brad just to name a few) this process has been very well managed and executed. I really recommend them as they are just good people who do a great job - what more can you as for!

    We used Write Restoration to remove a small mold problem around the windows in our newly purchased home. We were able to schedule an estimate pretty quickly after our initial phone call and the owner, Craig, came out and broke down what he thought may have been the issue and the necessary steps needed to remedy the issue.     After a hot water heater leaked in the office above me, Wright Restoration came to dry/replace the carpets, replace the ceiling tiles and drywall, and spray to prohibit mold growth. The crew was professional and personable. They used herb based solutions to deter mold growth. This was extremely important to me being that I was due to deliver my first child the every next day.     My basement had groundwater come in over the rainy Spring/Summer of 2019. I did not find it until mid September when I went to retrieve fall decorations and was having upper respiratory problems.Wright restoration immediately came out when contacted to help me and remediated was done in a timely manner. Once completed my upper respiratory issues resolved significantly and left me feeling much better.I then chose to have them restore the area and they worked with me to select a comparable carpet and doors and now my basement looks and smells like it should.

    I called Wright because another contractor alerted me to mold in part of our attic. From the first call to the completion of the project was ten days; though this was not an emergency.     Back in September my wife & I purchased our first home together! While doing the walk through we realized our new basement had a mold issue!!!! Wright Restoration understood the timelessness as closing was in the afternoon & they immediately came to check it out prior to closing!!! They explained everything to us & even prepared a quote for the remedies to take to closing :-).... Once we settled everything out at closing, the crew started working right away... the completed job made our basement a clean livable area.... talk about spring cleaning of a basement! The gentleman were exactly that, gentleman!!! The job they did was outstanding, and they will be my first choice shall I ever have a problem again!     Five stars for what they DIDNT do. My wife was concerned we had mold from a past roof leak, I knew we didnt. She eventually scheduled a free inspection and I was very apprehensive, being experienced in the manipulation and hard-sell tactics of many home repair salesmen. well, James shattered that stereotype. He was friendly, professional and thorough and informed us that, indeed, I was right and we have no sign of mold whatsoever. You can be assured that Wright will be honest and straightforward with you!

    Wed been noticing a moldy smell in our home for several days, and after a local company sent two technicians who didnt seem to know what they were doing, we contacted Wright Restoration, based on the many glowing online reviews. Brian was polite and knowledgeable, checking our house inside and out, as well as explaining what he was doing each step of the way. The smell was not as noticeable on the day he came out, and he wasnt able to locate the source and therefore didnt charge us for the visit, even though he spent quite a bit of time checking it out. He also spent a significant amount of time explaining various options for our next steps, including, Call me if you notice the smell again and Ill try to come right out to check it. (Did I mention we live close to an hour away?) We so appreciate the peace of mind in knowing we do have someone to call if problems crop up again, and we dont have to worry about being taken. Ive already told two friends about Wright Restoration, and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs mold remediation or restoration after water damage. A++ company!

    I rarely take the time to write reviews, but after my awesome experience with Wright Restoration Services, I feel compelled to leave my review. I left a frantic message on a holiday weekend. Laura called me back in short order. She let me know that once she got into the office on Monday that she would find someone to come out that day, if possible. First thing Monday morning Laura arranged for Brian, Director of Operations to come to our home. I had an additional need to contact the company and my experience was the same -– Laura had Brian out the same day and I had the estimate before the end of the day. Brian is extremely knowledgeable and he takes the time to discuss all options. I am so appreciative of the excellent suggestions he provided. I received the estimate the same day. I feel their pricing is more than fair compared to other similar service companies. I now know why so many customers rate Wright Restoration Services five stars.

    Outstanding service!After water got into my basement, I asked them to assess for mold and requested a solution to prevent future water intrusion. Not only did they tell me there was NO mold; when it came time to make the repairs the estimate was adjusted to reflect the scope of what was actually done.I couldve easily been taken advantage of and paid for mold removal and the original estimation amount; instead I was charged CONSIDERABLY LESS. I believe my interaction with Brian Maggs and the rest of the Wright Restoration Services team (Sunny from the office included!) speaks to the remarkable integrity of this company. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this company.

    The most honest, dependable, fair company you could ever hire! They remediated the mold and storm damage after Hurricane Ida. Actually, we initially hired another company. They did a poor job and charged us a fortune. Wright Restoration fixed their botched work and negotiated a lower price with initial company that scammed my parents.     Every interaction with each member of the staff at Wright was very positive and professional. I was given several recommendations from the firm that did the testing. Wrights price, while reasonable, was not the lowest. However, I did not get the same confident feeling from the other contractors that they would provide the best service.     There was no comparison between Wright Restoration and other companies I contacted. Not only did Craige evaluate the damage from a shower leak, he looked at the entire home - inside and out - for possible issues. We are so thankful to have found this company. Additionally, Natalie communicated daily with arrival times and kept the job on schedule.

    We couldnt have been more impressed by the guys at Wright Restoration. They came in the fall of 2013 to check out some mold that I had growing under a window in our finished basement. We had an odor down there, but to me, it just smelled like a basement. But my wife had allergy symptoms every time she spent any amount of time downstairs (which was a problem, because we have an office down there). They did a thorough check and found that the problem was more widespread than we thought. Craig and Jason explained everything in plain English, got us on the schedule, and in just a few days had the whole basement cleaned. They diagnosed our issue and now our basement smells like the rest of our house. Meticulously clean and were never in our way. They left our house in much better condition than they found it.

    This company and its employees’, at all levels, are exceptional. We had mold issues that were remediated by others at an unacceptable level. We consider ourselves to be very fortunate to have found the services of Wright Restoration. They were willing to explain the mold remediation process in detail so that before the project started, we had a complete understanding of the process and the expected final outcome. After the remediation was completed, we were satisfied that the work performed was more than satisfactory. The estimates were in line with our expectations, they were timely in starting and finishing the job, but more importantly when it was finished, there weren’t lingering or minor open items that needed to be addressed. Unlike many other experiences we have encountered, we didn’t have to make repeated calls to finish the job or get “in line”. Without reservation, we would recommend Wright Restoration.

    We had a house fire with little physical damage but enormous smoke and soot damage. To see our home the day after was to believe it could never be back to normal. Much to our pleasure we experienced positive results in a short time and a fantastic restoration when completed. The team work relentlessly and exhibited a sincere desire and drive to put our home and lives back together as quickly as possible. They were more concerned about us than they were about punching the clock or taking a break. We actually had to muscle them into taking a much deserved lunch or little break. In this day and age it is refreshing to work with people who have a company mission statement and not treat it as a promotion but actually demonstrate it. Wrights did a wonderful job for us and we are 100% satisfied.

    Ill admit, being a retired service member, I can be a bit on the OCD and critical side. But I cannot find a complaint about these guys. I was highly impressed. I recently purchased a older stone home in Chester County which utilizes the original duct system for forced air heat. The registers and air returns were completely clogged with 60 years of crap, essentially I was paying to heat the dirt in the ducts, and not really getting any airflow into the house. I found Wright Restoration Services through a recommendation of a friend and gave them a call. Within a day that had come out to do a meet and greet, inspect the situation, and offer me some options on what would fit my budget and what really had to be addressed. Coordinating a time to execute the scope of work provided was easy and extremely hassle free. Wright showed up on time, preped the entire house to keep it clean, and started sucking out some impressive volumes of crap from my ducts. They were friendly, talkative, and very engaging during the entire event. While I hope that I dont need to use them again, for obvious reasons, I will certainly be calling them for future services, and recommending them to my friends without hesitation.
