    I almost dont want to say how great Tri-County is because I want to keep them all to myself. Haha. Seriously though - they came in with a quote that was less than two other quotes I got from competitors. They rearranged their schedule to accommodate an emergency I had. And theyre really generous with their knowledge. Both reps from the company who came out to my house shared the whys and hows of what they were doing. I felt so confident in their work because of this. Incredibly positive experience. Theyre my plumbers now. No question.

    I noticed the ground was wet around my well and called Tri-County Water right away. They were quick in helping me diagnose the issue and its severity. We were able to schedule time and they promptly came out and fixed my pitiless adapter valve in a few hours! Tri-County had excellent and friendly customer service from the moment I called until the job was done. Very Professional! I will use Tri-County Water Services again! Thank you!

    I contacted Tri-County Water Services, Inc. regarding a leak in my main water supply located before the main shut off valve. The receptionist was very polite and able to accommodate our needs immediate. She scheduled us for service within hours of my initial call. The plumber, who arrived within the original time frame, was professional and courteous. He repaired the leaking section of pipe and added a new shut off valve. He took the time to explain the cause of the issue and provided suggestions for future potential concerns. Additionally, he flushed the pipes and addressed a clog that formed in the kitchen faucet. The initial quote was reasonable and the repair invoice was fair. I would highly recommend Tri-County Water Service, Inc. for consult and plumbing repairs.

    After experiencing air in my water lines, I contacted Tri-County Water Services to diagnose and repair the problem. Quinton arrived promptly at the appointed time and performed a quick assessment. As there could be several causes, an appointment was made to return to further assess each potential cause. Unfortunately there was a leak between well head and the house, which required the line be dug up and replaced. Quinton, along with his helper, took care to remove perennials and shrubs before digging. He subsequently checked and re-checked the lines for leaks and properly adjusted the pressure tank, switch, etc. to ensure all was functioning properly. After back filling the area, he carefully raked, seeded and covered the effected area with straw, minimizing damage from excavation. Quinton was, at all times, very professional and respectful toward an anxious homeowner. I sincerely appreciate his honesty and competency and will certainly use this company again in the future. I highly recommend Tri-County Water Services to anyone experiencing well/plumbing problems. (Third pic taken 9 days later..grass is up)

    The technician was on time and even though I had lost electricity a few minutes before he arrived, he checked what he could and began to bring in the bags of salt. Luckily electricity was restored and he thoroughly gave my system a check-up. They were able to get me scheduled in a few days and everything is working as it should. Tri-County is a great company.

    After speaking with Jordan via phone and having services confirmed which was a very professional experience. He took the time to confirm all the work that would take place for two days and assured me my water would be restored until the next day which would be Part II of the work. The representatives that completed the work were timely and showed up early, however I watched them wait for about 10 minutes which would be closer to my confirmed time. They too shared the process with me and finished it all in ONE day. They made sure all spickets ran correctly and waited until the air cleared in pipes and discoloration of water returned to normalcy. They were even kind to my neighbors when requesting 2 cars to be moved back a little. In closing, they were literally outside with brooms cleaning up my sidewalk and parking area in front of my house. Id have them back to provide service again!! Great job!!!

    I have been using Tri County for over 4 years and they have been great to work with. I bought a house last year and they have been here multiple times for a new kitchen sink install, sump pump install, water neutralizer install, dishwasher install, septic back up and various other things as they come up.     I am extremely satisfied with this company! They start your interaction with them by having incredibly polite and helpful staff (I spoke with Natalie) and I was lucky enough to have someone out quickly considering I called with an emergency.I have used their services twice now and was lucky enough to have Quinton (their tech) out each time. He was professional, full of information, and there to help you as a homeowner. Nothing extra was pushed onto me because they want to FIX YOUR PROBLEM, not scam you into things you dont need (Which is a breath of fresh air). One of my fixes even came with an included follow up appointment covered by the initial installation. (AMAZING!!!) I definitely feel like my money was well spent with this company and even though I hope to not have any other emergencies in the near future I know that I have a reliable group I can depend on. I plan to use Tri-County Water Services for a long time to come, you cannot go wrong calling them in for your plumbing needs!

    We had a great experience with Tri-County Water Services . We contacted them about a water treatment system, but they ended up doing much more for us, including some plumbing repairs and moving a hot water baseboard for us. The team was very personable and diligent! They arrived when they said they would and put in 2 long days of work until all the work was completed. They answered all of our questions, and were very conscientious about covering shoes before they went through our house.     Jimmy was great! He arrived within about an hour of my initial call! He was respectful of our home on a rainy day wearing shoe coverings. The invoice was detailed and honest, even listing the things we already had (our own pipe fittings and already had the access panel removed.) They let me know upfront the emergency fee which was nice! Not bad pricing for the labor either! Jimmy was very knowledgable! We will definitely be calling TriCounty for our next plumbing needs!

    Tri-County Water is a very responsive and professional company. All of the people are always friendly and courteous. Its so nice to have an actual human answer the phone too!I needed to have a pressure reducing valve (PRV) replaced and have some of the plumbing around it and my water meter reconfigured so everything would nicely fit in the available real estate, which was inside a wall cavity. Quinton did a very nice job with the work. Everything is working well and Im happy with Tri-Countys services.

    Update 3 year later: still having great experiences with Tri Country Water Services. They have improved their technology so its even easier to get updates and work with them. Quinton has been an enormous help providing service and occasional repairs to our house. I highly recommend them.Original review:Tri-County are amazing. Theyve done several jobs for us, including installing a water softener system, and replacing the sewer pipe connecting the house to the sewer. Their work is done to very high standards, their employees are promt and respectful, and they are very transparent. Bottom line, they take very good care of their customers.     Very professional, extremely nice and thorough. They installed a berm filter and a new water softener for my home today. They are very nice people and even called hours later to check up on how everything was doing. I can highly recommend them. They did an excellent job and explained everything in great detail.

    We had extensive septic issues. We initially thought it was a clog, come to find out there was a collapse in the piping and we needed about 100 feet of new piping done. My husband and I are new homeowners as well as new parents, also expecting a second in the fall, so we have limited experience as well as limited resources for this situation so far. However, the guys that we worked with were not only patient with us, they explained everything happening, made sure we understand, and always checked with us to get an okay before moving forward. Not only that, with our limited means, we werent entirely prepared to dish out the expenses needed for this type of repair, and while the cost wasnt nearly as bas as we thought it would be, it was still more than we had. However, we were able to work out a payment plan with the company in order to make sure the work got done, they got paid, and we didnt go under. This company is more family friendly than I ever would have expected, and they are definitely in my book in case we ever have future work to do.

    Second time using them. First time was 2020. Needed new pump. Whole transaction was quick and easy and not too costly. This time pump was humming and running all the time. Service man came quickly. Problem had stopped but system was checked out. Only reason could find. This time of season well water level is low. Axis tilt of earth and all that. So pump went without water for small time causing the humming and pump to run. By time I had reported it pump was already fixing itself. Pumping til system got back to normal. Was just a normal service charge and no major problem. Glad they where here to help with this problem. Eased the wifes worries.

    I have had the pleasure of working with Tri-County on many projects throughout our facilities. They have installed kitchen cabinets and sinks, replaced a leaking water heater, investigated a sewer gas smell and found a dry drain trap above one of our bathroom ceilings, repaired and replaced outdoor lights, installed electrical receptacles and lighting and repaired and performed maintenance on our emergency generator. Every one of the Tri-County staff have been very professional and great to work with. Most of our contact has been with Joe Fisher, who has not only worked with us through Tri-County, but is a previous board member and taught electrical classes to our students. I highly recommend Tri-County for any plumbing and electrical needs.

    I was looking to address my hard water problem, contacting Tri-County and another company. After hearing the sales pitch from the other guys, I talked to Brent at Tri-County. He was informative and asked me a lot of questions, rather than trying to make a sale. When Dan came out to test my water, he was friendly and knowledgeable. He also asked me questions to get a good understanding of what I need. I never once felt pressured to buy anything from them. Finally, when James came to install my system, he was clean, courteous and very capable.I thoroughly enjoyed working with Tri-County Water Services and will return to have additional work done in the future.

    I was referred to Tri-County Water by a friend and was happy that I called them. I spoke with Brent and explained that my water has a strong chlorine smell that I wanted to get rid of. He set up an appointment for me to meet his dad, Dan at my home the very next day for him to have a look and give me an estimate. By the end of that afternoon, I had a very reasonable estimate and Brent followed up to go over everything and answer my questions. We set up the installation of a carbon filter for the next week. On the day of installation, the technicians arrived on time and were careful to cover their feet and put tarps down on my floors. The installation was done in the amount of time specified, the guys were very friendly and explained everything to me in detail. I had a great experience with everyone I dealt with at Tri-County Water and am very happy that they solved my water problem.

    After moving into our first family home we had some unexpected issues. The original homeowners, using a different company, had to shock the well before closing because Coliform Bacteria was found and retested clean after the shock a week before closing. The day we moved in we saw our water was dirty brown with sediment which we chalked up to the initial shock and waited for the water to clear which it never did and I had a gut feeling the bacteria was back. After first contacting the company who did the initial shock and having them come out for an assessment , I just didnt feel comfortable using them again for our issue so I searched for a company with good reviews and pricing and thank goodness we found Tri-County! I had them retest for bacteria and of course it was back so Tri-County wanted to reshock and on top of that put a bug cap on the well (which we didnt have and the bug cap keeps the insects from falling in the well which causes bacteria to grow). Our water has been bacteria free since the shock and bug cap. Also before we found Tri-County our water was brown and had sediment so after Tri-County shocked our water we tested acidic and high in iron so they went over the best options for us. We settled on a Water Softner plus Nutralizer plus a Sediment Filter, which has worked amazingly! Our water is finally clean and we arent worried about drinking and cooking with it. Tri-County has always come on-time everytime with professionalism and kindness. We cant say enough good about Tri-County and highly recommend them!!! Thank you to everyone from Tri-County including those we personally worked with: Brent, Quinton, Dan and Brianna!

    We had a pipe leak late evening, which flooded my entire basement. Luckily, we have water detector sensors in our basement, which triggered our alarm panel. Things could have been much worse, without having these sensors. Water was shut off in a timely fashion that evening and had to wait until morning to call a plumber. Reach out to Tri-County and spoke with Jordan, whom by the way was very patient and professional. She had a tech out within 2 hours of calling and given me a fair estimate for service. Quinton was the tech who performed the service, and let me tell you. This young man was very knowledgeable and on point with his work. Quinton was on time and completed job within an hour. He explained what the issue was as well as showing me. I would definitely recommend Tri-County plumbing services and if possible, request for Quinton, but Im certain all the techs at Tri-County are as talented as Quinton.     Integrity is a big deal.We hired Tri-County to install a sewer system for an in-law cottage build on our property. Things went very smoothly, and I even appreciated how patient and kind their employee was to our very inquisitive 11 year old son.As with any project, sometimes mistakes can happen. In our case, miscommunication between a Tri-County employee and another contractor that needed to use the open trench, caused the trench to be closed before it should have. Now another trench needed to be dug, as not to dig up or break the lines Tri-County had installed, and its a pricey job to dig here due to the fact that we are sitting on so much rock. This was an expensive mistake, certainly the kind of thing that would have been easy for everyone involved to just point the finger at each other, and leave us with another expense.We had never worked with Tri-County before, so I had no reference as to the kind of response I would get, but I felt like I had to call and explain to see if there was something that could be done. Not only did Brent (the owner) patiently hear me out, but he thanked me for communicating with him.After looking into it and confirming with his team what had happened, he immediately came out to see the site for himself, and make a game plan to correct it. He ended up hiring an excavator, at his own expense, to open another trench for the other contractor to use.I cannot tell you how relieved and grateful we were to have hired a company who not only does excellent work, but also has a high level of integrity. Its one thing to read reviews about the good quality work that a company does, and Tri-County has plenty of them. But its a whole other level of assurance to know that you are dealing with a company ran by a man of integrity, and that if something goes wrong, as things so often can - (we are human beings after all) - that they will be fair and honest.In summary, our experience is that Tri-County employees are kind and do great work, but you can also rest assured that by hiring them, you will be dealing with a company you can trust. Ive already hired them again for another smaller job, and highly recommend them to anyone.Thank you Tri-County for your hard work, the excellent job you did, but most of all, your integrity - its no small thing.

    Im happy I chose them to maintain my new septic. A large invent requires the right people to help you take care of it. Brent is a high class, willing to help kinda person. He will go above and beyond every time. Example, had a broken pipe for my outside faucet. They need running water to do the services to my system. The on site tech fixed my plumbing issue on the spot, got my water up and running and finished my septic service in no time at all. Prices are extremely reasonable, and they know ever situation is different. They adapt to their customers needs and make it happen. Great people!

    I will not choose another water company to service my home and properties! They are knowledgable, fast, efficient, kind, I could go on and on! They came in at a fair price and were willing to work with a budget! Their tech was clean and considerate and I felt comfortable with them working in my home. Great communication at every step of the project-they use a texting service so I was never in the dark. This is the company to call! I recommend them to everyone I know!

    From my initial phone call with Brent, I felt relieved that I had found a professional company to handle my plumbing emergency in a pinch. Quinton and another gentleman (unfortunately I did not get his name) called when they said they would and arrived to my residence on time. Being a relatively new homeowners, I didnt quite know what to expect but they far exceeded expectations! They were polite and took great care to make sure they didnt track any dirt through the house. Although it was towards the end of the business day, they answered all of my questions with patience and extensive knowledge of their field. My issue was resolved and I will happily use them again in the future. I would recommend their services to anyone in the area without hesitation. Thank you Tri-County!
