    Tech arrived within a couple hours, though all their crews were busy all over. We had a kitchen clog, and decided that now was a good time to take care of a slow shower and another slow bathroom sink. Plumber Jesus was efficient, clean, tidy, respectful. He showed us quickly how all the repairs were working, and moved right along. Gave us options to do some more work, but did not push it. Good experience, fair price.

    So I used Chavez plumbing for my garbage disposal not working. Gabriel was the technician and he listened to my issue and checked it out and gave me a quote.     I needed a busted pipe under the house repaired/replaced! I turned to google for referrals because Im an avid Google Reviewer. They had a 5 star rating and I took a chance and called for service!     Gabriel Rivera was my plumber he was very professional and had good quality work ethics. He took care of a few issues we had around the house. He upgraded the pipes that needed to be changed and gave good & efficient suggestions on a bar sink that needed to be fixed as well.     My shower was having trouble draining water if the water ran a bit too long. Knowing the issue was progressively getting worse, I decided to reach out to plumbing companies. Chavez Plumbing and Rooter was fast to respond to my message and sent technician Eli out within the hour. Eli was very friendly and knows what hes talking about. After explaining my issue, Eli already knew, based on the large tree along the main pipeline in my yard, that my problem was likely roots. Remaining optimistic that snaking or, at most, hydrojetting, would be needed, he ran his camera through the pipe only to discover terribly severe damage caused by the tree roots. He showed me the video monitor so I could see for myself the 25ft of broken, cracked, sinking pipe that was being held together by snarls of roots. Eli offered to proceed just with hydrojetting but recommended the pipe be replaced instead to ensure the problem is fixed. He was transparent about what the process would be, the length of time it would take and the cost and I didnt feel at all pressured or like he was trying to sell me something I didnt need. He even offered for me to think it over and he would come back out in a few days. However, I knew the pipe had to be replaced so I agreed to the replacement and Eli called out his crew. They replaced the 25ft of pipe the same day and I was only unable to run the water or use the drains for about 2 hours while they worked. Eli called me out from time to time to give me updates on their progress and to show me big broken pieces of my old pipe, as well as what they had replaced. I really felt like Eli wanted me to feel comfortable with the entire process. Before filling the trench back in with dirt, Eli showed me the length of the new pipe and that they even replaced the clean out, free of charge, to ensure the roots dont stand a chance of breaking back in. Im so appreciative of Eli and his crew. I feel like I got fantastic, professional service and at a great price. They are my go-to plumbers from now on and I will recommend them to everyone

    I needed a plumber to unclog my bathtub. I called a plumber and after 4 hours of waiting I canceled the appointment. I called Chavez Plumbing on a Saturday. and within an hour of my call Gabriel was at my door. He was fast, efficient and informative. What I appreciated the most is that he cleaned up after himself.     I contacted Jesus with Chavez Plumbing Rooter service and also talked with Junior Chavez to come and repair my under foundation water leak. I had a water leak detection company come first to mark the place but they were off and had to come back. Chavez returned and dug up the foundation and completed the repair. They filled in all cement work in and out and I was very pleased with their diligent work. A very pleasant respectful workmen. I would highly recommend them. Nice people.

    The float in our upstairs toilet broke. We couldnt turn the water off because the spigot behind it froze up. It happened about 4:30pm on the Monday after Thanksgiving so we called our usual plumber but they were closed. We searched the internet and found two ads with same day emergency service but neither company could get here today. What the...?We noticed Chavez Plumbing had 4.9 out of 5 stars so we called them. It was about 4:50pm by then and their estimated arrival time was between 6:00pm and 6:30pm which was great. Incredibly, they got here at 5:10pm wearing masks due to COVID-19. They replaced the old float, answered some questions and were on their way.We were very impressed with the incredibly fast arrival, their professionalism, knowledge and experience. We expected such amazing service to be expensive but their prices are reasonable even in an emergency. We highly recommend Chavez Plumbing & Rooter Inc!

    We had an emergency, our water heater busted and started leaking under the house. I looked on-line for a local plumber and found Chavez Plumber, it had good review so I decided to give them a call even though it was getting late in the evening. I was able to get of hold of Gabriel and he was actually down the street finishing another job about to head home but he turned around and checked out our situation. He confirmed our busted water heater and was able to order and install the new heater the next day! BUT, I had a previous engagement with my sons baseball game and he said dont worry, the heater is on the outside of the house, and we can start the install and if you have to go we can connect after the game to finalize service...amazing customer service! By the time we got home the service was complete and hot water was back on! I would definitely recommend Chavez Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

    This guys are very good at their work. I had to get some professional plumber to do some simple to difficult plumbing at my house. I thought they would not come because of the distance but they did and the price was ok in my opinion, plus they do speak spanish too, so my mother and father in law who were home, they were able to check on the work and communicate without a problem.     I was in a pinch when I could not get the water valve to the refrigerator to stop flowing the day before I was due to close on my house sale. Luckily, Gabriel came to the rescue! What a honest and hard-working plumber! From the start Gabriel was punctual and gave great recommendations on how to fix the problem.     Let me start by saying that the Chavez Plumbing leaders, Jesus and Gabriel are extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Their crew was very friendly, hard working and worked very well as a team. Jesus, Gabriel and the team worked seamlessly through several unplanned events, maintained the right amount of progress communication and kept their promises including not leaving my house without water. Most importantly, Chavez Plumbing did what they said they were going to do and held to their bid. I highly recommend Chavez Plumbing and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to my closest friends.

    First of all, the reviews are very accurate! I called Chavez Plumbing & Rooter based on the reviews. I live out of state and my father is 91 years old and really needed good and honest work. They were all of that and more. They answered my call immediately, saw the property and gave us a quote the same day and did the work the following day. Gabriel did a face time call with me to show me the work. My father is so happy with his new shower and sink and the team they sent were very nice and professional.     I do not often write reviews, but I find it impossible not to share my great experience with Chavez Plumbing & Rooter Inc. Jesus Chavez and his assistant Maggie came out to take care of my problem late in the day and were at my home within 45 minutes. I had a backup in my plumbing in both bathrooms, both in the shower and tub. Both Jesus and Maggie were extremely knowledgeable, clean, courteous, and I could not recommend them more to anyone who is looking for a great plumbing service for any home or office repair. On a scale of 1 to 5, five being best, I would give Chavez Plumbing a 6.
