    Had an estimate visit from Michael Rich for Water heater replacement and Softener. Fantastic guy, answered all my questions and explained through the solutions. Well prepared, took all pictures and water tests right off for the job, provided the quote with several options in minutes.

    Everyone at the Dream Team is friendly, efficient and very customer service oriented. I had to schedule a washer/ dryer installation at short notice and then realized there was an issue with the outlet. Customer service made it a point to schedule their electrician, Jamal, ASAP so we wouldn’t delay the plumbing installation. Both Jamal and customer service let me know the estimated arrival time. Jamal was extremely professional, made sure I understood all possible options, and also proactively looked at my new washer dryer and did some additional electrical work on the unit to be sure the plumber wouldn’t need to delay the work scheduled later this week. Great communication all around, and everyone worked together to be sure I had a positive experience with their company.

    Best customer experience we’ve had compared to 3 other plumbing companies we used in the past month. Sebastian is by far one of the best employee one can have. Walked in our home at 10:00am and worked continuously until 10:00 pm, WITH A CONSTANT SMILE AND A KIND AND COURTEOUS ATTITUDE THROUGHOUT! He not only fixed everything that we signed up for - premium drain package - but also identified a sewer issue outside our home and even quickly fixed our Washer hoses and a shaking basement toilet seat for us! Our experiences with Tracy and Michelle (?) on the phone was also exceptional! Something different about this company!! Looking forward to other services!!
