I give them my highest recommendation!The team bid the project, described in detail how the process would unfold, set pricing and kept to the budget, managed all of the permit process and inspections with the city, sent out a crew of hard-working, polite and skilled workers, completed the job on schedule, and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. If I could give more stars in this review, I would!This roof job was complicated, and family emergencies interrupted and further complicated the timeline for the job. Yet, DRC provided me with unwavering support and excellent service. DRC graciously changed the projects start date several times to accommodate my schedule.Without fail, the DRC team was compassionate, understanding, professional and flexible. I am very happy with the job Alber and his team did on the installation of my foam roof.Office staff was friendly and helpful when I called for a quote. He was responsive to my questions and concerns. He followed up and resolved an issue I had. His team was knowledgeable and nice.After the foam insulation I noticed the inside temperature doesn’t fluctuate as much and there are no drafts.Thank you Desert Roof Concepts!

I was so glad I called Desert Roof Concepts. They did excellent work on my now brand new roof. This company is amazing and efficient. I had two companies work on my roof prior to Desert Concepts Inc. If I had called them first. I would have saved time and money. This company is extremely talented and knowledgeable. If you need a new roof? Please don’t hesitate to call Desert Concepts Inc. Exceptional work! Great communication, friendly, knowledgeable and on time. Albert and his team were fantastic to work with. Albert was also accommodating with the other vendors working on the house at the same time, which made my life much easier. I love my new roof, total game changer for me. Albert is awesome 😎! He responded when I called, and showed up on time. Its not everyday you need the services of a roof contractor. Theres many in the area, and many dont engage or overly boast. Albert showed us what needed to occur, and inspected the completed work with supporting evidence. We asked him if he used subs, and he stated he does not. His crew even shows when stated, and do the project effortlessly. I hired Desert Roof Concepts in February 2023, and have already told a couple friends about Alberts business. In my opinion, hes doing it right. Thank you Albert!

Alber and team did a great job on our roof! We’ve had it refinished a couple times and it was in need of a full foam reroof. They had a reasonable estimate and even worked with us on potential areas for savings. Desert Roof Concepts also works closely with the city on permits making sure inspections run smoothly. They provide a high level of professionalism that we were looking for and definitely delivered on that. Each day they were respectful of our property and kept everything clean. The project ran on schedule with constant communication from Alber and team. Our roof just went through one of the heavier rain seasons in recent years without any issues providing the peace of mind we wanted. We would highly recommend them for your project and we plan to use them for any future refinishing!
