    Last Sunday, there was a sudden failure of our garage door torsion spring, causing the garage door to be stuck in the closed position, with both cars isolated. I called Precision Garage Doors here in Yucca Valley, and left message with my urgent service request. Monday morning I spoke with Becca, and she scheduled service for same day, ASAP. Very helpful! John Ferguson arrived early afternoon to make repairs, very knowledgeable , and thorough job with complete inspection test post repairs. Thank-you Precision Garage Doors for your excellent Service!

    This company is amazing. I highly recommend. I was selling my house and closing the next day and my wrought iron gate quit working, not allowing the buzzer to open. The company sent someone out immediately. Ryan fixed it so fast, he was amazing!!. A bug was inside the box causing the lack of connection. Ryan cleaned it out and made a clean electric connection with the wires. I love you guys. I will recommend you to all my friends. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

    They came out a month ago and installed a new garage door for us. Looks great, they were very friendly and efficient did an excellent job. Yesterday I adjusted my opener and accidently messed up the door mechanism, they came back and fixed everything under warranty. Great folks to do business with. Highly recommend

    Precision, garage doors and gates install my door several years ago and has maintained it over the years with updates such as the my GQ app installation. There has been little maintenance required. Most of the maintenance per perform was damage caused by me driving in and out of the garage door. Over the years I have never had an issue they has Gone out of their way to make sure that everything has been done properly and most of all cause which I was totally shocked at how small the charges were for each incident. Again, I have had no issues with any of the technicians that has came out and they all has , perform in a timely manner no issue I should said that my technician of choice is John

    The service and technical expertise is excellent. I had issues with my Liftmaster existing gate opener. I called Patton Gate in Palm Springs, they told me that I needed to replace the entire unit at a cost of $3,900.00. I called Precision Garage Doors and Gates for a second opinion. They had my unit serviced and like new within 40 minutes! The cost to fix was the normal service charge. Highly recommend Ryan Moore at Precision for any gate needs.

    Second job site today by Dakota on 10/3/23 for me. It was the 1st time I had to call Precision back for a job previously done about 1 month ago. I dont think it was their problem but Dakota adjusted my sensor to make the garage door operational. It was a quick fix and besides having the door working again, there was no charge. He arrived on time and let me know he was outside. He is very polite and respectful. He kindly answered all my questions and made several maintenance recommendations.     Our garage door wouldnt close and we had to leave town the next morning. I called Precision that morning and explained the situation. Even though they were not in the area that day, they rerouted one of their technicians (Dakota) who arrived at 9:00 and fixed the problem. He also did the annual servicing at that time which we were going to have done the next month - all for $110. We have been very happy with them in the past and couldnt have asked for better or quicker service in our time of need.

    We are repeat customers after three services; first to replace the motor, second for spring replacement. A little pricy, but everything seems to be more expensive these days. Third visit was because the garage door was noisy after spring replacement. A wheel came off the track a few months later. The third visit was not charged and the friendly tech put the service under warranty, which offset the previous expenses and rendered them as justified.
