    Our A/C stopped working, of course on one of the hottest days of the year. Called Stryker Electric & Air for help, I was connected to Mariam, who was able to arrange a service rep to come to our house that day. Chris, the technician, arrived right on time and started to check our A/C unit. With-end the first hour, he found the problem and repaired it. I was impressed with the speed and professionalism of the service. Their motto is “Service when you need it…Done right the first time!!” Highly recommending this business for your A/C repairs, maintenance or replacement. ❄️

    Very professional! The tech was great, he tested my mothers entire AC system, took the time to explain everything, and then fixed the system. I also signed my mother and me up for their reasonably priced maintenance program and will recommend this company to friends.Update: 10/31/23 - I had their maintenance service come out today to check my AC unit today. Chis Malin, the technician, was very professional and detailed in checking my entire system. He made recommendations to consider in the future and provided a reasonable quote for the work.It was also great that the company already had my payment information on file so the maintenance fee was paid automatically. This allowed me and the tech to focus on my AC system instead of the billing.In both service visits with my mother’s AC repair and my AC maintenance, the AC technicians were very thorough, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Having a good AC company in Florida is a must! I am so glad my friend referred me to Stryker Electric & Air to rely on now and in the future.

    Every part of our experience with the Stryker team was great! From the initial calls with Yaritza and Jessica to the appointment with technicians John and Eyan, we were blown away by their professionalism and work!     My A/C broke down during an extreme heat spell and I was trying to get it repaired. I called a different company first. The technician was late, checked the problem and said he could fix it the next day. When I contacted the company the next morning, they had a bunch of excuses for not coming out to repair it. Fortunately, a friend recommended Stryker. I canceled the other service call once I talked to them. They were very sympathetic and helpful with my problem. Chris arrived on time the next day and was the most professional, efficient technician Ive seen in a long time. He quickly rectified the problem and now my house has cooled down. I would highly recommend both Chris and Stryker.

    I had my first experience with Stryker Feb. 21 when my home AC unit stopped cooling. I was outside when Jeff Mejia from Stryker came walking by. I asked Jeff who was servicing another unit next door if he could take a look at it. Best move I could have made. He worked on my unit for a good hour when he brought the news it was time to change. I made the calls and set up 4 other companies to come out and give us bids, but it was a waste of time. I couldnt get the professional service I had received from Jeff off my mind and it was a quick decision. We went with Stryler and Jeff was back the next day when we called them back. He did a awesome job of explaining the issue and he was professional and courteous. Jeff had the support of a team that have displayed the service qualities that makes it easy when your hot Vary hot. So if your looking for a AC company with service, who are professional call Stryker and get the team that does it right.

    From the beginning to the end, the entire experience we had with Stryker was nothing less than stellar! Miriam in the office was friendly, professional and communicated everything so well...she was on top of every last detail.     Last year, we had Stryker install a REME halo system and service our A/C. They did a great job and were very professional. This year, we had a home EV charger installed. Once again, the guys (Ben and Ian) were professional and we were very pleased with their service. The office always phoned ahead of time to verify the date and time of service.     My a/c went down for the final count. I was referred by a friend to Stryker A/C as one of my three estimates. I was lucky enough to be connected to Mariam, a servicecoordinator who was most helpful and referred me to Chris Malin, a service technician who came out to my house the very next day for consult and estimate for new a/c replacement. Chris explained all my options and went over the total price for installation. I felt that his proposal was the best for me and I scheduled the installation. He and Carl (who was also excellent) came out on a Saturday and arrived even before the 8am appointment time to start the project. Chris kept me informed of what the status was the entire day. By the end of the day my air was up and running! The proposal came out to be the true figure without any hidden added fees or problems.I can’t say enough about this company, the employees or the excellent service.A satisfied customer,Bette Jones

    Lets just say Stryker was there when I needed them, on a Thursday night my AC cut out. I called the guys you are supposed to love and they wanted me to wait over the weekend just to look at the problem, and they installed my system! Well just one call to Stryker and Chris to the rescue. Long story short, he diagnosed the problem and was out early the next day and replaced the compressor and multiple electrical gizmos, he finished up quick, he was professional and had a mad skill set.     We have been using Stryker since moving to Palm City. I have been very happy with Stryker mainly for two reasons, Miriam and Eddie. Miriam is great on scheduling and verify parts to be ordered before hand. And Eddie .....is a superstar. When he comes for a PM visit he works like he is working on his own home. A PM visit is NOT a quick in and out. He spent over two hours inspecting and changing filters. He answers any questions and teaches you how to properly clean drain pipes. Always has the time for any questions. And very respectful! Eddie is the real deal and you can take that to the bank. Thank you Eddie!!!

    Chris M. and his team were excellent in every way!!! The worked tirelessly to install a new air conditioning unit in my home and did a perfect job!!     If you are looking for an honest a/c company then this is the company for you! They have been serving my a/c for about two years. Jonathan is the tech who usually comes out and he always takes his time to do the job right. He is also super nice. I have had some emergency calls and someone always calls back within 5 minutes and someone is always at my house within 2 hours.I could go on and on but what really told me that this company cared was a positive experience I had today, 3/30/19. My a/c was turning on and not blowing air. Brady came out and replaced a bad fan motor. Unfortunately, an hour later no air was blowing again. I called and they sent him right on back to my house. Found out the new motor was bad from the factory which of course it not their fault. Bill Parks the service manager was with Brady, on a Saturday!! After they left I said to myself, now that is how to keep a customer happy! I am impressed and will absolutely tell others to use Stryker.My a/c does need to be replaced so the only people that I will trust to do that is Stryker.

    I was highly recommended to use Stryker by several friends at our gated community. I had recently lost my husband and they wanted to make sure i was getting good service. I know nothing about how house systems work, and of course my main a/c stopped working. A call to Stryket got action and Jak was over that aft. Jonathan came the next day to replace a part and sign me up with a service/maint contract. All was back to normal.     I switched to Stryker after several terrible experiences with Engineered Air, LLC, which I initially used because the developer used them to install the 2 zones in my house. Jonathan did my initial service with Stryker a few months ago, and he was outstanding. He’s professional, on-time, extremely knowledgeable, and actually takes pride in his work (which seems to be rare in HVAC techs these days).Today I needed a service call because of an electrical issue caused by Engineered Air, LLC when they originally installed the units for the developer. Jonathan came out again, within an hour or two of my non-urgent call, and he very quickly identified and fixed the problem. I am back up and running, and couldnt be happier with the service. I’d also like to mention that every time I’ve called Stryker I have dealt with Rebecca, who remembered me and delivers exceptional customer service. I highly recommend the company as a whole.

    Our AC was installed in a tight spot by some other company. It made it difficult to work on. We called Stryker and they came out the next day with the part in hand. Chris was a freakin magician and swapped out our busted coil like he was David Copperfield swapping the Statue of Liberty with a stack of ten elephants! The price was half of what someone else quoted us. I cant say enough great things about Chris and Stryker. If you want your AC done right just give them a call!

    I really cant say enough good things about this company! Rebecca on the phone is great to deal with. Super friendly and helpful as I have found all their technicians to be as well. Called this morning and they were here in the afternoon. Bill Parks Fixed my AC quickly and explained what the problem was. He also fixed another problem I had with the insulation too. And listened to a couple other questions I had and suggested some solutions. I renewed our maintenance plan today as well which by the way is very reasonably priced. I have never been disappointed after one of their visits and would highly recommend Stryker to anyone looking for Air Conditioning or Electric service.
