I wish I could give them more than a million stars! Utility technicians punctured a pipe in our yard.Pence came out and replaced the punctured PVC pipe and was very helpful. He was so professional and communicated very well. We are so thankful he was able to make it out to us and get it done so fast.

After moving into a new-to-us house, we noticed a slow under-sink leak that could be stopped only by shutting off the entire house. Ken came over quickly and fixed it (replaced a sink shut-off valve). He also installed an instant hot water system for us and found and fixed a bunch of small problems. Installed two bidet seats as well. Super nice guy.Ken also found some issues in the faucet and diverter in an upstairs bathroom. Instead of doing the easy thing by saying replace them, he did the research to find some spare parts to change internally, which saves a lot of money and also the decor.Ken works quickly and charges a reasonable price.

Wow! What a great experience with Pence Plumbing! Ken came out within hours of my call to replace our broken toilet. He quoted a fair price, worked hard, and finished fast. He saved me so much stress and is also such a nice person. I hope to never need a plumber again, but I will certainly use Pence Plumbing again if I do!

Pence plumbing responded quickly to my call regarding a pipe leak in the wall of my bathroom. Everyone that came out to make the repairs was knowledgeable and courteous. Ken even took his shoes off when he came to reconnect the bathroom faucet because it was raining outside. Wonderful company to do business with.

The owner Ken and his partner Philip are super responsive, very thorough, and diligent in completing whatever plumbing tasks that have arisen. I have to also add patience because my mom’s condo is taking longer than expected to renovate and during the renovations, we had a main water pipe leak at our own home that they took care of as well! It definitely was an unusual situation with the main line crossing with the FPL electric line and water was coming out of the transformer. Once they installed a new water main line the pressure in the house wasn’t the same so they also had to come up with a workaround which solved that problem. Professional, knowledgeable, fairly priced, and just overall good guys! We highly recommend them!

We were in the process of remodeling our master bathroom and had an issue with the sink valves not shutting off the water, as well as a shower valve update and replacement of the shower drain. We called our normal plumber and he couldn’t get to us for two weeks. We called another company and received no callback. We were thrilled when Ken returned our call, kept in touch via text and made time to fix all our plumbing problems so we could continue our remodel. He was extremely helpful with suggestions and was very professional. He is our new go-to plumber due to his customer service and work ethic. Thank you Ken for fitting us in your busy schedule.
