We highly recommend Lotzco, Inc. for your remodeling projects. We hired Lucas and Russ to remodel our primary bathroom - we reconfigured our shower, replaced the cabinets, tile, floor, and toilet and had them install an exhaust fan.Our decision to hire Lotzco, Inc. was influenced by their sharing their insights on the details (both big and small) on our vision for our new bathroom. Their knowledge and experience kept us from making poor design decisions and that knowledge and experience created a beautiful new bathroom with very few hiccups.Lotzco, Inc. has a team of professionals that show up as scheduled, and Lucas himself was here several times a day. Lucas pays attention to the details like tile placement and fixture placement, always including us in decisions. He patiently answered all questions and concerns. He and his team were a pleasure to work with. -

We have worked with LotzCo on two major renovations. The first was our Master Bathroom, and after such a great experience we went back to them for a Kitchen renovation. Their communication, collaboration and expert guidance ensured our project was completed on time, with minimal disruption, and the outcome we envisioned. They went above and beyond to ensure the rooms were secured to minimize dust, and the areas leading to those rooms had proper floor protection. Every person that worked on our project with LotzCo was clean, neat, respectable, and a pleasure to have in our home. We cant say enough great things about Russell and Lucas superior oversight, and highly recommend them. -

Lotzco was there for me when I really needed them for some home repairs and indoor painting. I was feeling desperate because I couldnt get a regular handyman to call me back, show up, or charge a reasonable rate for the work needed. Lotzco swooped in and saved the day. Their team was reliable, professional, friendly and prompt. They were unusually quiet during their work (in a great way), and they somehow left the space they were working in cleaner than how they found it. I would recommend them for the smallest job or the largest job; you can trust they will do what they say and get the job done! -

Lotzco worked for my parents as their home watch co. and handyman for about 15 years. Provided invaluable guidance on small -medium sized contracting projects, helped with regular home maintenance, opened and closed hurricane shutters during the season, and importantly kept a watchful eye on the house when homeowner was away. After my parents passed away and I was an absentee owner, Russ was my go to guy for all maintenance and repair projects. He either fixed things himself or provided quality recommendations. Hes been in the area for a long time and is very well connected in the residential contracting world. Would highly recommend him/his company, especially for anyone who is new to the area and/or needs a helping handy hand. -

We cannot say enough positive things about Lotzco, Inc. and in particular Russ and Lucas. We were having significant construction done on a house purchased in 2024 in BallenIsles, FL and were unable to be present in FL during when all of the work was done. They were so professional, so responsive, excellent work on bathrooms, flooring, painting, etc. ... even hanging TVs and working with a subcontractor on a screened-in porch area. Adding to this was time pressure that we put on them since the work had to be done for a significant birthday celebration with many couples coming from NY. Bottom Line: they are trustworthy, professional, detail and quality focused, and just wonderful to work with...we HIGHLY recommend Lotzco, Inc. -

We used Lotzco for a monthly home watch service. In addition, we used Lotzco to effect repairs when selling our home. While doing home watch they immediately noted deficiencies in the house and repaired immediately. They are responsive, their work was fairly priced and professionally accomplished. I would strongly recommend their service to caretake any home and use them for general repairs. The owner has been a pleasure to work with. -

We are very happy with the renovation of our bathrooms. The owner Russell made suggestions with the design and where to shop for materials. He periodically stopped by to check on the progress. The project manager Lucas informed us about who would be coming each day and what they would be doing. Their tile installer, plumber, electrician, drywall installers, and glass installer were all very professional and neat. We would highly recommend them to others. -

I’ve always been worried about who to use as a contractor, even for small projects. But Lotz Co. was definitely the right pick. The entire process was simple and well-communicated to me. Every step of the way I felt my home was in the right hands, and the end result was FLAWLESS. Lucas and his team are true professionals and very courteous. Pricing is very reasonable. I had a security system installed above my garage. Everything from the electrical wiring to drilling into the stucco was done efficiently and with care. I would recommend Lotz Co. to everyone!!!
