    Cornelius installed a transfer switch for my hurricane generator in August. The people I dealt with were extremely professional from the estimator, the actual installation technician (Justin) and the follow up tech who dealt with the permit. They also gave me a veterans discount. Price was competitive. Highly recommended to anyone seeking quality work.

    We had a very heavy and sentimental hand made stained glass chandelier that we needed removed upon sale of a home. I was so apprehensive about it being damaged in the process, but Jacob and Dwayne handled the job incredibly professionally and with extreme care. Additionally, they were conscientious about every detail of the replacement fixture being hung to my satisfaction, and did a thorough cleanup after the job was finished. I highly recommend Cornelius and would certainly use them again for any electrical issue.

    Justin and Jacob came to our home in Merritt Island to install pendant lights over the kitchen bar, remove a fan/light in the kitchen and install recessed lights in the kitchen ceiling.     Excellent company. They were out next day to look at our issues and gave an estimate for the work. On the schedule day, Justin and Jacob showed up right on time and got to work. We work from home and they were very courteous and worked with us to make sure that there were no interruptions to our work day. They installed two new circuits, added rewired some switches, added new exterior lighting and cleaned up all same day. I would have loved for them to fix the drywall they had to cut but it was well communicated ahead of time that they would not. Still, I am very happy with the level of communication and the results. Would definitely recommend.

    I just received service from Cornelius Electrical Contractors. It was a very extensive job that was needed to bring my house up to code. Chad and Jacob arrived at eight in the morning as promised to get the job started. They were extremely polite and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The work was completed and all was done quickly for such an extensive job. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly to anyone that needs electrical service.

    Called Cornelius Electric to have a repair done at my house. It was easy to schedule and they came out within a couple days.     Its great doing business with a company that does what they say they are going to do! It was easy! Called for quote appointment, they arrived to do quote, sent us the quote within the same afternoon (on a Friday- imagine that!), project manager called on Monday to schedule the job, emailed us with easy pay procedure to make the deposit and tah-dah, Tommie and Jacob showed up on time this morning and did a great job installing our 220 line. Now Ozmans Air Conditioning will be here in an hour to install my new mini-split. Would definitely use Cornelius Electrical again!

    Called Cornellus after hours on Wednesday. Received a call on Thursday AM to set up an appointment and was able to get an appointment for the same day. Chad actually came earlier than expected and went to work diagnosing a complicated problem (we have solar and a generator). Gave a clear, understandable reason and plan to address. Quote was quick and fair. Included their license and insurance info up front. Chad made sure I understood the why of what needed to be done and the process. I feel I was fairly treated and satisfied with the diagnosis and quoted requirement. Will leave another review when the work is completed.

    Cornelius did an amazing job to install an irrigation pump power, and hunter timer on my property. For the estimate they came within the time window they told me and assessed the project in just a couple minutes. I even received all quote the same day!For installation date, Chad and Craig were came exactly when they said they were coming and with just started the work right away. In jest about an hour they were done. These guys are very efficient and the work is amazing. I am already thinking about other electrical work I want to do in the house and and I will not hesitate to contact them for future work.

Today Chad came by just because he didnt quite like that the one of the new lights flickered a tiny bit after he finished the installation yesterday.     Best Electrical Contractor in Brevard County. I called them Monday morning to install a wall inlet box in preparation of Hurricane Milton. Monday afternoon, they sent Dwayne Moesly to inspect the area and determine the work needed.     Needed a separate outlet for a microwave as the current one was connected to the kitchen light breaker and pulling too many amps That caused a spark to come from a side outlet when plugging the microwave in. Justin and Dwayne arrived on time and did a thorough and efficient job. Labeled everything and explained where the new breaker is on the panel. Checked the side outlet for any problems or junk in it as that was the original indicator of the problem. Thank you Justin and Dwayne, very satisfied with your work!     We hired them to for kitchen remodeling project. Rewiring and installing three new junction boxes and hang pendant lights. The estimator, Axel came on time and listened to our needs carefully and gave us a quote next day. First day, Justin and Tommy came. They were on time and did exactly what we asked.     Chad Blecha from Cornelius Electrical did an excellent job. All switches and sockets in my daughters’ bedroom and part of our family room were dead. Chad arrived promptly, was very friendly and courteous, and quickly and efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem. He also pointed some faulty and potentially dangerous connections in the bedroom’s (old) wiring. He gave me a very reasonable quote for those repairs and proceeded to do the work on the spot. Afterwards, he cleaned up the site and helped me return the furniture that I had moved out of the way earlier back into place. Overall, it was a great experience!

The job was completed on a timely basis which included securing a permit.Tommie arrived on time, answered all my questions, was extremely polite and did an outstanding job, including replacing drywall with minimum taping needed.The job:I needed to have the amperage of a subpanel upgraded to 100 Amps from 60 due to a request (more like a demand) from my insurance company.This was despite the fact that the 60 Amps to the sub panel was up to code and more than sufficient for the existing circuits.Fighting the insurance company was a no win situation.I very highly recommend both Cornelius Electrical and Tommie.

    We recently hired Cornelius Electrical to install a sub panel and a quick disconnect in our home, and we couldnt be more satisfied.     I remodeled one of the bedrooms in my home and when installing the chair rail I hit the wire to my water pump and fried it. I was able to use a work around for a while but knew I would need to install new wiring for it. I called Cornelius and was able to get them out within a couple of days to come look. Chad was awesome, not only did I get a reasonable quote to rewire the pump but he also looked at an outlet that I had issues with when using my air fryer and he replaced it for me (and it hasnt had issues with the air fryer since). I called to schedule and pay for the rewiring and was able to get in the next week. Jordan and Graig came on time and did great work. They were very polite, respectful, and professional. The job got done within 2 hours and it wasnt a hindrance to me working from home at all. Id recommend them for any electrical work you need!

    Called Cornelius Electric for repair of kitchen light. Early repair time was scheduled and Chad showed up on time, was courteous and very knowledgeable on the topic. Issue was ballast was bad. Decided to have ballast removed, rewired and have the light become LED capable. Thankfully Chad had the necessary bulbs so no extra trip to HD/Lowes for me.     The HOA for the subdivision recently lost its electrical contractor (business closed). We interviewed several electrical contractors with a plan to secure the services of a new one as our preferred electrical contractor. Cornelius was the selected company for us.We had a specific issue that we needed addressed while we were interviewing electrical contractors. Axl from Cornelius came to our community pool and gave us a quote for the work. Today (8/16/2023) Chad came out and did the necessary work. They arrived exactly on time and suggested to re-wire directly and remove the ballast for a little extra cost.     We used Cornelius for two separate jobs, one adding an exterior outlet for our irrigation system and another one to identify the problem and repair a front yard light post. Both jobs were completed by Justin. He was on time, polite, professional and friendly.     I did some research on various contractors and Cornelius Electric stood out on nearly every review site I visited. They were very courteous on the phone, worked an appointment into my schedule and arrived precisely when they were supposed to. The job was hardwiring a line into my house breaker box in order to easily switch to generator power in the event of an outage. Pat and Ryan were the crewman responsible, and they were extremely friendly and professional, hearing my needs and exceeding my expectations. The final product not only works exactly as I’d liked but looks as clean as if it had been built with the house. Lastly, I’d like to mention they added an extra safety measure in the form of a lock out, making it impossible for both city power and generator power to enter the panel at the same time m, which would be quite catastrophic. Pat and Ryan are very cordial and more importantly, take the time to explain what is being done and why. I, as imagine most people do, want the best work available, especially when dealing with electricity, which can be very dangerous and confusing to us civilians, and I found that in Cornelius Electric.     My experience with Cornelius was exceptional.I called for quote to install 2 new circuit breakers, 2 exterior outlets, 2 new flood lights, and an on/off switch. The office personnel were kind, courteous, and prompt in setting up a visit for my estimate.Mike Cornelius was himself was the person who came to my home to provide the install quote and was also very professional and informative on what the installation required and would cost. Within an hour of Mike stopping by my house I received an invoice and lead time for the installation.The day of the installation Chad and Jose arrived early and walked me through the installation again and asked if I had any questions or concerns. After discussing a few options both of the installers got right to work and completed the job in a professional and timely manner.     I am having my kitchen and bathroom remodeled and the design company sent Cornelius Electrical. Recently, some additional work was needed and Justin from Cornelius came to do some minor work and repairs. In addition, the cooktop was recently installed but giving an error message. So Justin worked diligently to determine the issue and get it fixed that day. Having spent almost $2000 on a nice induction cooktop and concerned it wasn’t working properly, I was very relieved and pleased with Justin’s attentiveness and ability to take care of this. I also had another minor request for adjustment of some light switches which he took care of as well. He also took time to explain some of the other issues he was originally sent to work on as well as other actions he took to provide a thorough service. Justin is definitely a very knowledgeable individual as well as very professional, respectful, and personable.

    Pat and Seth did a fantastic job! They installed two pendant lights and a hallway light. All the new lights make the house look really nice. My wife loves her new lights.     We called this company for an emergency after we’d lost power to a few sockets in our kitchen. Mike who we spoke to on the phone was very professional and friendly, he explain their rates and exactly what would happen when the tech arrived. Dwayne arrived about 30 mins later and went straight to work fixing the issue. Not only did he fix what we called them for but also fixed a problem with our dryer and answered a million questions about miscellaneous issues around the house. He was so kind and friendly. The whole experience we had with this company was amazing and we will for sure use them for any issue we have in the future.

    Chad and Seth came out this morning to restore power in the master bedroom. They figured the problem out quickly and were efficient, polite and professional. They also allowed us to quickly clean up behind our bed, and then helped us move our heavy king size bed back against the wall.
