    We had heard amazing things about Price Family Homes. When we found out there was an opportunity to buy a Price home when we were house hunting we were ecstatic. Their attention to detail, their standard upgrades and the quality of materials used in Price homes are incredible. Not to mention the interior and exterior of the home is far superior than any other builders we have looked at. We know we have purchased a well built beautiful home. We can’t thank Price Family Homes for building an excellent quality home for our family.

    One of the only parks I would bring my kids. You have a toddler play structure and an older kids area as well. The kids can feed the animals with bird seed and fish food and if you have dogs or just like to walk, there is a whole walking path! I cant say enough great things about this park.

    Price built us a great home, great office team to work with and field staff has good working relationships as well. At times it seems as nothing is being done but they finished start to CO in about 8 months.     Price Family Homes is the only builder to go with and I did my homework it was down to two and I now know I made the right choice from the agent Ned to Michelle in the office and Max the super. Even Mr.Price himself was wonderful. They could not have done more or been anymore professional. The quality speaks for itself but even beyond that there was no anxiety. We signed first week July and closed Dec 23. Amazing!!! I also bought a spec house and my advice is leave it to the professionals. I would have chosen everything they did. I have the Willow and it is beautiful. I have lived here for 6 months and the workmanship is great. So for me and others I’ve met since Price Family Homes is the only builder I would use again

The staff from the office to the model and those in the field were great to work with. The experience and the process was an outstanding journey. We would highly recommend Price Family Homes to anyone thats looking for a quality built home , customer focused, rewarding experience. From the moment we walked into the model and meeting Ned, who went out of his way,and with his experience we knew we found the right builder. Our home was built with above average materials and is very energy efficient. Also, our home was completed on time and under budget.     I would give them a 3.5. They were nice and polite through the initial phases but, once I started asking questions about prices of items and receipts, I guess that made them feel uncomfortable. It may not be a typical question that 1 may ask but as a first timer to all of this, I wanted to know how it all worked. I am fully aware that prices fluctuate. Some questions were ignored which bothered me because I was not there to be physically present for my questions and answers. It took almost 3 weeks to finish with the issues that arised during the final walk through. I was reassured that it was looked over 2 times but when reach there, right away they realized that items like the screen for 2 windows still were not installed. Fans were making noise and little things that had paint over them was still the same. My professionalism would not allow me to call names on here but if I speak to the right person, I will. 2 screens were brought and one was warped which the person was aware of. They told me 2 weeks from the 7th of November that I would have in a good screen and I have reached out to no avail. Even to hand me my little blue bag, they just rest it on the counter and never even informed me that it was mines and thank you for doing business with the company. I can only imagine how many people they are dealing with at once but Im pretty sure that they have years of experience with this. I was even being sent back and forth on who I have to talk to with the closing date which was crazy.EDIT: I now give them a 4.5. The owner of the company called me and after 2 weeks I received the screen for the window.

    Price family homes is building a new home next to my current house, and I am not currently a customer of theirs. While they were clearing out the trees next to my house, the equipment they used mistakenly broke the drainpipe going out to the sewer. This had happened the week prior and no one knew it was broken till the water from our toilets backed up into our showers yesterday morning. I called Price that same morning after I realized the drain wash out cap was broken and leaking water. They sent out someone to look at the damage and had the plumber out to fix it that same day. The issue was resolved before I was home from work. The people I dealt with were polite, friendly, professional and above all sympathetic to my familys situation. Thanks so much for your quick response and help!

    Wonderful company to work with. They build a BEAUTIFUL home. Their basic package comes with gorgeous upgrades such as granite counter tops. I can definitely recommend them if youre looking for a new home.

    This builder met all my needs prior to moving in and afterwards. Starting with the first person I had to deal with and ending with the owner. They take pride with the homes they build. I know with a new home everything will not be perfect, but they try their best in getting close.

    Hi,Having purchased three previous newly constructed homes in CA in excess of $1.5 million, I definitely feel that my Price Family Home here in Palm Bay has been the value buy of my lifetime. Communication with the builder to client has always been understanding and immediate. Their homes are absolutely beautiful and the most energy efficient possible. I have evaluated every other builder in area and Price Family Homes offered the best value for my money. Unquestionably, I would recommend them for your new home.
