    Strait Gate Homes built our house in 2021 and were great throughout the whole process! From the beginning stages of planning, designing, budgeting, picking out finishes, construction, and even after the build was complete, Bryan and Chris have been very kind, responsive and helpful. They treat you like family and we would definitely recommend them.

    My husband and I met with several other builders before choosing to work with Bryan. We knew as soon as we met with him that he was the builder for us! He helped us with our design and the process was smooth! He was always available to answer questions and to explain things.When we first met with him he jokingly said when you build with me it is like a marriage - I will always be there for you! Well we have been in our home almost 9 years now and anytime I call him to ask a question about the type of stone we have or the color of something we have in our home, he is always so quick to respond. He is still there for us 9 years later and that says a lot!! We love our home and would recommend Strait Gate to our family and friends!

    Strait Gate Homes helped my wife & I design our home from the dream stage until the day we moved in and beyond! We settled on Strait Gate Homes (Bryan Price) after touring many new homes. The obvious quality and verbal reviews from ALL the new homeowners made our builder choice easy. Bryan is a man of faith which he always shows with his positive attitude and smile. We were never nervous during the building process. We would on occasion talk Bryan into plan changes and the opposite would happen other times.... it was a true partnership. Bryan called it a marriage. The building process took about a year from the hole until we turned the key. This included a delayed start because of winter and heavy spring rains. We were always in the know with our situation... Bryan is an excellent communicator. On the occasion when a problem came up... we would express our concerns with Bryan and he would take care of it. An example... we were unhappy with 4 large floor tiles in the master bath. The tile master had to replace these tiles which were in the middle of the floor. Two days and one unhappy contractor later our master bath was perfect! You expect quality and you get it. All the sub-contractors that Strait Gate Homes employee are top notch and stand behind their product. Another benefit with Bryan is the itemized contract. If you save on a particular cost (lighting fixtures for example), you can apply that savings on an overbudget item (like composite decking). Another example of Bryans business practice, when a raw materials quote runs over the cost on your building contract, (concrete in our case) Strait Gate Homes absorbed the difference in cost. The same is true if the owners make a change that is over contract price, you will pay the difference. You will know in advance- remember I mentioned the excellent communication. Final thoughts, we were so happy with our building adventure that we are now finishing our basement with Bryan at the controls. Our overall Strait Gate Homes building experience was a 10+, A+, or just plain fantastic! Do yourself right and choose Bryan and his team.
