I have always been able to count on them. Over the last 5 years we have had a few winter months begin where my furnace wouldn’t turn on. They came out same day and had my furnaces repaired the same day. This was so appreciated as my family takes care of our elderly father in law who has major medical issues and can’t be without heat. Scott and Adam have been great to work with and gone above and beyond. Thank you!

UPDATED::Fast forward it is now 2022 and they have been out and have done great work for our commercial building so I’m changing my review to a higher star. Thank you Lamphere’s!!Old review:Called and had no time for me to even give an estimate for installing a new sink, because they are too busy the person said they only do estimates on furnaces! :( Asked if she could send a quote for their hourly rate and she refused and said over the phone only!

Everyone that I came into contact was great. Sent them a picture of the part and was called back immediately. When I went in to get the part everyone was friendly, professional and quite cheery, considering that they were without heat and electricity at the shop. When I had a problem with my part, I had no trouble reaching someone and again I feel like this business goes above and beyond, Lamphere, I will call for all of my heating and cooling issues. You have won a loyal customer with one experience. Happy Holidays too all of you there.

Not sure why this company doesnt have 5 stars. Every time I call them they arrive quickly, are always friendly, and do great work. Recently my water heater sprung a leak. They were at my house within an hour of calling them. Another hour later and we had a brand new water heater. Andy was great. Poor guy had to work in my spider infested, musty basement. He did an amazing job. Thank you again Andy. Ill be a customer for life.

These guys knocked it put of the park, not only did they get here in no time for my call, they found the leak and got it fixed in between a very busy day and at a reasonable rate. Dan was awesome, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things which was great. These guys are on the call list from now on and I’ll definitely recommend them.

Big thanks to Scott Lamphere for getting mom’s ac working again. He installed furnace and ac in 99 . Never had a problem today control board was fried. Out and fixed within 24 hours. Can’t beat that service. Keep it local folks
