I contracted with Tong to do some general work for me in my home. Unfortunately, I noticed a problem with the job after they left. I was prepared for the worst when I called them back the next week to discuss it, but I couldnt have been more impressed with the response. The owner, Landon, came right out to take a look and when he assessed the situation pledged to take care of it right away. He kept his word and went above and beyond to make sure not only that everything was right but that I was happy with the result. Not every company you deal with is like that and some will even fight tooth and nail to save a dollar at your expense. Not so with Tong Electric and because of the way Landon treated my issue Ill be a customer for life. They do business the right way and I would recommend anyone to give them a call.

When I bought this house in 2014, at some point someone decided to wire the *entire* detached garage with a long extension cord powering a surge protector. We didnt really care too much because we didnt use the garage all that often, but we decided to turn part of it into an office space and needed it to be wired properly.Landon came and gave me a good quote, even giving me a discount because it was otherwise a slow week. His crew came and ran a 60 amp buried line from my houses electrical panel to a new panel installed in the garage with plenty of outlets. We also had them replace the old, failing 8ft fluorescent bulb fixtures in the garage with LED fixtures.Landon and his guys did great work, and we would recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done!

Had asked local electrical contractor to come to home to gave advise and prices, never showed up ,,,after talking to him in person, still never showed up. Called Landon and received promise to come look at needs etc, and he showed up when he said he would. Ended up having underground service, Kohler 14KW Nat gas Generator installed and Landon always answered back quickly when questions arose as had several utilities involved in this process.In the end he produced product ahead of schedule, and estimate was to the dollar, no overages. Products working as designed. Hes as good as his word, and that is almost impossible to find these days .

As with most things there is a spectrum that we’ve all come to understand in terms of overall satisfaction with a product or service. Tong Electrical, in my opinion, finds itself on the superior end of the spectrum. The professional conduct of the team, the attention to detail, the undeniable quality of the work, all met and exceeded my expectations. Could not recommend them more highly.

Tong Electrical was super responsive to our questions and concerns! They were at our house 3 times and they were always there at the time they said they would be. They made sure they knew our expectations and exceeded them with suggestions of their own to make things look better and work more efficiently. They hooked up the electrical for our new swimming pool, ran new lighting, and installed a new fan. And they also cleaned up after themselves which is a huge plus because some companies dont clean up after themselves!!
