    After our dishwasher unexpectedly flooded and caused a lot of damage, our insurance assigned us to FCR. I have always been a bit skeptic of why people chose to go through contractors, but now I get it. Cory was great. He was super responsive, very kind, and always willing to help us with anything we needed. He assigned us Wilmers Painting crew and they did AMAZING on our cabinets. Never in a million years did I think my cabinets would look this good. They were also very kind and worked HARD. We are so happy with our cabinets! Then we were assigned Marianos flooring crew and all I have to say is WOW! They were precise and worked just as hard as the painters. I cannot believe the transformation in my house, and I cannot believe how good of an experience we had. Thank you FCR, and especially thanks to Cory for being so helpful throughout this entire process. We didnt make it easy! We were so stressed, and FCR really took the stress off. Thank you to Wilmer & Mariano for your great work and for turning our home into OUR home. We just love it!!

    FCR has taken such good care of us. After a tree fell on our house during a storm, our insurance company recommended FCR. Cory worked seamlessly with our carrier, keeping me informed every step of the way. They patched our roof quickly. Then replaced our roof as well. They also replaced damaged windows and siding. Carlos and George have done absolutely beautiful work and are top notch professionals. It has been a pleasure to work with everyone at FCR. I now understand why they are so highly recommended by our carrier.

    We had a great experience with FCR Home Improvement regarding an ongoing issue with our gutters. I talked to Frank who was extremely helpful on my first call and he was able to send someone out the next day. Joey came to check it out and was very personable and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the problem, explain it and offer a variety of solutions that we could choose to resolve the problem. I am highly impressed with FCR’s responsiveness, problem solving and honesty about the best solutions based on cost. I would not hesitate to recommend or use FCR again in the future.

    We had an issue with snakes and mice getting into our house through the bottom of an addition that was added on by the previous owners. We didn’t know who to call so we ended up looking up home construction contractors and after calling multiple places and leaving messages with them all, FCR was the only company that called us back or even offered to come out to look at our issue.We worked with Joey and Frank and they were amazing to work with, Frank was patient and answered all my questions, and I had a lot since this is the first home I’ve owned and I am not a fix it yourself kind of homeowner. I’m satisfied what was done was done correctly and it looks amazing!

    Frank and his crews at FCR were great to work with. Prior to our window install, we found that the sheathing (hidden behind the vinyl siding) and studs were rotten. Frank sent a crew out to replace the rim joist, underlayment, studs, drywall and siding. They did great. Then they were able to install 2 large windows which look exactly like we hoped . I would definitely use FCR again.

    We used FCR Roofing and Construction for repairs to our deck due to age as well as rot caused by guttering water drip. Cory was the project manager that came to our home - on time - and discussed many options with me on 1) how to prolong the life of my current deck with some cost effective repairs and 2) options for the eventual replacement with man-made materials. My husband and I have recently had some bad experiences with other projects and researched FCR before asking for them to come and offer a bid for work. We are so pleased with the results and service provided! The crew that came to do the work did an exceptional job that exceeded our expectations. We have extended the life of our deck and will call on Cory and FCR when were ready to design and replace our deck. Highly recommend them!

    Pipes burst and toilet overflowed. After mitigation I met with Cory. He eased all my fears as a new homeowner who knows almost nothing about home repairs. Cory was always quick to answer any messages I sent and stayed on top of the job. Made this arduous task seem more manageable. The crews worked quickly and diligently to get my home back in order. This included drywall, painting, and installing flooring. The job was finished a little before I thought it would be and I am thrilled with the outcome.     They did a fantastic job, a totally worry free experience! They handled everything from my insurance claim to the final installation, taking the worry out of dealing with my insurance company and getting my house repaired. They dealt with my insurance company and made sure that the claim was correct, and that my insurance company was paying for the repairs of everything needed. I am incredibly happy with my roof, it looks great, they advised me on my best options and had fantastic selection. They explained everything they were going to do each step of the way thoroughly, and showed me their roofing system before they began. Everyone that I dealt with in the entire company was courteous and professional, you could tell they really care about the customer and the craftsmanship of their projects.

All of their people have been professional, the work has been high quality, and they’ve been responsive to us as well as flexible with our schedule. We had a roof leak on an addition over the weekend and they sent a team out to assess the situation and give an estimate to replace immediately. They had a crew out to to replace the roof the morning after the rain stopped and finished up right before the next storm rolled in. They’ve also worked with us to keep within our budget.     Just had new windows installed at our commercial office building. The communication from the company was outstanding. So many times when dealing with contractors they either dont show up or dont return calls. FCR runs a professional operation and delivers professional results.     What an awesome company. Dave the salesmen that came was so honest and helpful with his suggestions, but also gave me a great price for new windows. No pressure or BS from him. Then the installers came out and I was blown away at how efficient, hardworking, and nice they were. I own a construction company and know how hard it is to find a good crew of guys. Jack and his crew were amazing. I wish we could find a crew that worked as hard as they did. They left no mess, and everything was done brilliantly. We have already called them back to do new garage doors and well talk to them about HVAC when we need one. I cannot say enough good things about this company!!!

    I was referred to FCR through a Sam’s Club offer for a new system after our old AC and Furnace went out.     I contacted FCR to replace the siding on my house. David came out to provide the estimate and did a great job with capturing exactly what we needed done. He provided me with several options on colors for siding and facia board. I explained to him that I wanted the best installer available to come out and he made sure we had a guy name Rambo who performed the installation. Rambo came out on the scheduled date, got started right away and showed up every single day on time and did a EXCELLENT job. We also initially placed an order for windows with FCR along with the siding. My wife and I had some unforeseen financial changes occur and when I reached out to Frank the owner to explain to him what was going on, he understood the situation and graciously voided our contract for the windows which was VERY appreciated. I’d highly recommend FCR as these guys are pretty solid and stand behind their work and brand.

    After a huge hail storm hit our house in Olathe, KS on April, 13th of this year. I talking with a neighbor who suggested I call my Insurance company to check for any hail damage and file a claim. I had picked a company whom I won’t name and then was offered a second quote from FCR Roofing & Construction company. I choose to go with FCR Roofing & Construction company because they have outstanding customer services and a great sales team who explain thing clearly; so your not left with questions when they leave. I had my roof installed yesterday and it looks amazing. I’m not done bragging we asked the other company about other repairs we where wanting done and they couldn’t offer us those services. FCR Home Improvements could from new gutters, down spots, a new sliding glass door and a new storm door installed. This is a company that can truly do it all. I highly recommend them to anyone who want a company that cares about the customer and all their needs.

They were one of the few that got back with me very quickly to give me a bid and were not pushy to buy a gutter guard as well. They did not try to up sell and their price was very competitive. Gutters are not the most exciting thing to get but they do look great and so far seem perfect.

    FCR roofing and Joey (Knowledgeable, Straight forward and pleasant) took care of our roof issues after we had numerous consults with other roofers. They were able to stop the leak and patiently waited until we battled with our insurance provider for coverage.
