We had a plug in a drain in our basement and called Roto-Rooter. The person answering the phone was very nice and knew exactly what I was talking about when I explained what was going on. They got to us fast and solved our problem immediately. The guy that came was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Thank you for your amazing service and would recommend anybody who is having issues to call them!

We’ve used Roto-Rooter a few times and they’ve done a good job.It seems the receptionist dropped the ball once saying a technician would be with us in a couple of days but five business days later I called back and another receptionist sent someone that day.The technicians have always been knowledgeable and friendly.

2 gentlemen came to the house today and did a super job! Very polite and friendly. They knew exactly what to do to fix our sewer problems. Would recommend them again if needed. The office girl that took our call was very polite as well.

True customer Care here! First off the receptionist qualified us in terms of what we needed and got us prompt action in service. Wonderful woman., I don’t recall her name, I am sorry to say but was probably frantic a little bit when I called as we had lots of water in our basement and it just came home from a funeral of a friend. Eddie came to us in the evening. It was Sunday was dark and they were so busy that day. He was so professional and had to re-rig the machine it was using a couple different times. He didn’t complain and he stayed afterwards and chatted with us he’s a good man. we learned that he recently adopted a child and works hard and even stayed after to rig up a fishing pole type of system with some tape to pull out a final stick. This is something Roto router doesn’t normally do possibly but he did it. This man is a good good representation of what good customer services! Eddie this review is long overdue Roto router we love you and we will be calling you again! Thank you thank you thank you!

Two gentlemen from Roto Rooter spent 2 1/2 hours unplugging a sewer line for us. They worked after dark and kept at it til it was unplugged. After this experience, Im scheduling a yearly clean-out. Thank you very much for your hard work!

They are a company that is spread pretty thin so it does take them some time to arrive, however. The gentleman that showed up, Bill. Very professional, fast, and great sense of humor. They are not the cheapest but, you definitely get what you pay for!

I called up and the guys came out within a couple of hours. They were friendly and worked on my system for quite a while. Turned out the main needed to be replaced so I had to call a construction company. The guy from Roto router even told me about a financing program for low income people to help me out with home repairs.

Kinda got the run around for a few days before they sent someone out that was just beginning he had to call in his boss 6 hours without toilet or water but once the boss got there it took him no time to unplug my drain! 400$ later...
