CCI rebuilt our educational facility after a tornado destroyed it. They did a fantastic job discussing everything with me and involving me in decisions. I was included in everything. Super bunch to interact with and very knowledgeable and very organized. How they orchestrated the sub-contractors was incredible. Totally professional all the time. The new building is perfect.

Christner Contracting Company (CCI) was our General Contractor for a build/design project, turning an 11,000 square foot building from a grocery store into administration and Day Habilitation site for Centerville Community Betterment, Inc.CCI took a scratch drawing from 9 by 13 inch piece of paper and created an architecture design/build project that has exceed our expectations. Their architecture services and Project Manager provided us with accurate projected costs with quality materials to stay within our budget capabilities. The on-site Project Supervisor communicated progress reports and kept the project on schedule. The CCI’s wealth of knowledge of quality sub-contractors and their abilities ensured a quality project.CCI has followed federally regulated procurement processes in bidding process and proper accounting processes to enable CCBI to be grant eligible for this project.Southern Iowa is lucky to have CCI as an general contractor in the area, promoting quality, honesty and accurate builds and redesigns. We recently completed a 1500 square foot addition to our state of the art eye clinic in Knoxville. CCI was professional and the quality of the work was excellent. When we had an issue they were quick to find a solution. We have had a couple small things they needed to come back for and they were there quickly to fix them. Dan and Jeremiah were who I worked with the most and they were always quick to return calls and texts when I had questions. I felt ownership was accessible if we ever needed anything from them.

CCI did phenomenal job on our kitchen and meeting room renovation at the Food Bank of Iowa - Ottumwa Distribution Center. Everything about the experience was beyond our expectations. From the sharp quote and quick start, to helping us problem solve along the way, through the final sweep up and wipe down, they were a class act! Everyone was courteous, tidy, and quiet throughout the project. For a major demo it barely interrupted our normal work schedule. We look forward to working with them in the future.

We built our new home last fall Christner Contracting was the builders. There was never a time we stopped by the site that Anthony or any or his workers never took the time to answer any of our questions.The job site inside and out was kept clean after each work day.The crew took so much pride in their workmanship and and ability to meet our needs in this new adventure. There would never be any hesitantion on having them on another project . Clear down to the office girls helping with the questions about the utilities. Top notch service all around. CCIs performance was absolutely stellar! Working with CCI means partnering with a team which fully embraces your vision. Their entire staff, from design to implementation was second to none! We are a non-profit and Anthony and his team went above and beyond our expectations of restoring our old building. They welcomed a challenge of producing one-of-a kind results. CCI absolutely does top quality work plus are meticulous in their daily and final clean-up stage! We cant say enough positive things about CCI. I had Christner Contracting perform a complete roof tear off and replacement. I have not had a single issue with their workmanship or quality. The men were respectful and a did an amazing job of making sure every thing was done right! I would use them again in a heartbeat!
