    I highly recommend Cooper Mechanical. The entire team is honest, courteous, and very accommodating. The prices are on point with local rates, but the service is absolutely stellar. The work done by the installers and technicians was clean, detailed, and they were very respectful of our home. Our house has never felt this comfortable in the 6 years we have owned our home. Its unfortunate that I cannot go after the shotty work done by the original home builder as he is out of business now. But I am extremely grateful that Cooper mechanical was able to get us back up and running better than ever.

    We had Cooper Mechanical replace our old central AC system. Andrew and Kyle who did the installation were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The first day of the install it was extremely hot & humid but with their exceptional effort and working through the extreme heat in the attic they made sure we AC before left for the day. The second day they finished up with the additional duct work we were having added. Their attention to detail and neat work habits were appreciated.

    I have been a client of Cooper Mechanical for at least 5 years now and have always had positive experiences. They installed a heat pump at one property and performed routine maintenance. I also use them for any plumbing issues I have. I currently use them for yearly furnace cleaning and maintenance, and plumbing. I have had them do everything from set a toilet and plumb in a sink, to snaking a drain, and addressing sewage problems.The phone is always answered, Dan in scheduling always get me in same day if I have an emergency, or within 1-2 days for something more routine. Everything is done electronically, including notes from each job, and billing. I have had to call to obtain records for service done 5 years ago and it wasn’t an issue. The records were emailed to me the next day.I highly recommend Cooper Mechanical! Now if they would only also do electric… 😉

    Ive used Cooper Mechanical for multiple years for a variety of Heating and Cooling maintenance and repair work. Always a very professional job with courteous and helpful employees. Multiple instances where I had after hours needs and they were able to help. I recently needed to replace my AC and I used Cooper for this bigger job. Matt C (Sales Consultant) was very helpful in assisting the process when it came time to make the decision to replace and the 2 employees who did the installation were knowledgable and professional. They did a great job installing the unit, they made some adjustments to my piping to help water drainage, and they worked in a very professional and respectful manner to my house / also adhering to COVID measures. They also installed the new thermostat that I purchased as part of the install. Overall, a tremendously positive experience. Very happy.

    Had AC system replaced 3 years ago. They replaced all the ducting in attic, the evaporator in attic and the external unit. Did a very thorough and professional job. The workmanship was excellent. Three years on everything works fine. Never got a chance to review previously, but I wanted to put in my two cents worth in regards to this being a good company.

    Our air conditioning unit stopped working on one of the hottest days of the week. Although we chose not to have an emergency service call, the next business day John came out to the house, fixed the problem in about 20 minutes and left two very happy customers cooling off. I can recommend Cooper not only for their ability to fix any problems we have had but I also appreciate the pleasant attitude that their service people arrive with.

    We have used Cooper Mechanical for everything plumbing/heating/air for 15 years. They have installed all of our plumbing, installed a sump pump backup, fixed a toilets mechanics that just went over time, installed and services our heater and air conditioner. Dan in the Service Department even helped us with advice on our sewer line a few years back and made sure that we got the help we needed. They are out to our home in emergencies within hours even during Covid fully protecting us and themselves. Recently, we needed some special pieces for our claw foot tub and shower ring. Norm in the supply department went above ABOVE and beyond to make sure even during Covid that we got what we needed. Followed up more than once to ensure everything was as we expected and then to confirm installation went smoothly. We cannot say enough good things about the staff at Cooper Mechanical. Excellent customer service. Excellent human beings who care.

    I called at 9pm on a Saturday night bc my oil furnace Wouldn’t fire and it was going to be in the. twenties overnight. I had never used Cooper before, so I was concerned they may not come out for an emergency service call on a Saturday night since I wasn’t an existing client. I needn’t have been concerned. The contact person promptly took my info; then the repairman on call called me back within 20 minutes and was at my home about an hour later! Abel diagnosed the problem promptly, had the necessary replacement parts, and had my heat back on before midnight! I was thoroughly impressed by Cooper Mechanical’s prompt and professional response.     What a great group of people. The front office always answered my calls, messages were always returned, the price was fair and the work was stellar. When there were issues they addressed them immediately, and the techs were polite, creative, flexible and worked hard to fit a complete HVAC system and all new plumbing into a VERY small house with little room for maneuverability. One of the things that made a huge impression on me was when the techs had to return to move the condenser unit after a misunderstanding--only to find that the electrical wiring was not complete--not only did they patiently wait for the electrician, they spent their free time CLEANING THEIR TRUCK. To me that speaks to a work culture of responsibility, respect and excellence.

I called them with an issue we were having with severe, decreased water pressure - Dan in Service, over the phone, correctly diagnosed our problem after a short discussion (bad well pump). He could have sent his guys out, costing us a service call. He told me exactly what needed to be done, made the right referral (Raab Well Drilling in Perkasie, PA), and the issue was completely fixed within 3 hours! I will now be reaching out to Cooper with ANY internal plumbing issues that I have in our home. Ive also heard nothing but great things about this company too! Many thanks!

    DO NOT HIRE ANYONE BUT COOPER. VALUE VALUE VALUE!Use my research and experience to help you: Let me start my saying that your system is only as good as the install job. A Goodman Unit installed right is better, cheaper to run, cheaper to buy, and more efficient than a Trane not installed well. I knew I needed a good installer...One who will get the ductwork neat, clean, and tight. Brand is secondary.I just purchased this (large, upscale) house in June and the upstairs AC was not cooling the house. It ran all day, didnt cool, and my electric bill was $642 for the first month here. So first I called a different |HVAC company. They did a $99 diagnostic and said the system was charged with coolant and fine, just old. Yet another week of a heat wave went by and no relief with it running all week. So I decided to get estimates from three reputable companies. One was a Trane providing company. Another was Lowes, and the other was Cooper, who my next door neighbor recommended. I gathered from the three estimators that my old upstairs system was leaking, rotted, and the duct work was decomposing and full of gaps. They showed me leaks, stained wood, and gaps. The $99 diagnostic local company was wrong saying the system was fine! Cooper was the ONLY company that wanted to replace ALL of the ductwork. The other two were going to only replace some and if I was lucky tape over the holes. I got all new ductwork with a new, higher R value, and two Carrier systems installed for less than my other estimates. They are the only company to include a whole house air filter for each system (April Aire). I heard them working, they ran into problems where they found other issues and I heard the guys talking and they called the shop to have more sheet metal delivered and took care of any problems they found. This is while they were up in a 120 degree attic covered in sweat and could have rushed to get out of there. They started the job by running carpet protector up the stairs and along the carpeted work path and drop cloths on the hardwood.The job was done really neatly and I have attached photos. PS I have never taken all this time to write a long review like this.

    Cooper has become our go to. We have an old house and have struggled to find good contractors who can deal with the unique situations it presents. Weve used cooper twice now, once for a hot water tank replacement and now for AC install patching old duct work and installing a new return.Matt and Pete helped us figure out how to get a return to our second floor (which is difficult in an old house) and Andy and Kyle did our install. They were all awesome to work with, very knowledgeable and just straight, honest people. Andy and Kyle did a fantastic job we are very pleased with the result.
