    We are very pleased with Scott Wagner Heating and Plumbing. The price to replace our furnace and central air was fair and reasonable. With in a few days of the quote and because of the hot weather the company was able to get employees out to our house to install the new equipment. It took one day for them to install the new furnace and AC unit. Very impressive! They were friendly, respectful and the work area was kept clean and picked up.     I had an issue with my A/C unit over the weekend, Called them first thing Monday and scheduled me for the next day. Logan come to the house to check unit and ran leak test. He found a small leak inside and a major leak outside at unit. He was very knowledgeable and gave me my options since was under warranty. Since they were not a lennox dealer he advised to contact them for warranty work and if not covered, they would be more than willing to fix the unit.

    We have used Wagner for heating and air conditioning repairs in the past. This summer we had to replace everything. They were prompt, thorough, and fully professional. This was a jolt to our budget and lives but Wagner did it extraordinarily well. I will continue to use and refer folks to them in the future.EDIT. We just had a minor problem but one that threatened to knock out our heat entiterly. A call got a serviceman here in under two hours and the multiple issues promptly corrected. No charge as it was still in warranty. Excellent

    Scott Wagner Company had serviced the AC and Heating system for my home even before I purchased the home 8 yrs. ago. I continued to utilize their services after I purchased the home. Twice yearly theyd do preventative maintenance on both the AC and the furnace. They were always dependable. Once I realized my furnace and AC were over 24 yrs. old, I decided to have new installed rather than chance a breakdown in either peak winter or summer use. Their price was right and the service on installation of both the new furnace and AC was done impeccably. I count on Scott Wagner company and I highly recommend them to friends and family. Theyre there when you need them.

    We woke up to a VERY COLD house this morning. Called Scott Wagner Plumbing and Heating at 7 am, expecting to leave a message. was pleasantly surprised when Miss Doris answered the phone. She gathered necessary information, told me that she could have someone out between 9-12. Service Technician arrived at 9:30 ish. Hayden introduced himself. Within 15 minutes he identified the issue. He told us that our furnace would need a new Infuser Motor Assembly. Knowing that he had this motor in inventory, he would need to return to the shop, come back and finish repair. Hayden had diagnosed exactly what was wrong with our furnace, repaired it, and was out the door by noon. Couldn’t be more pleased.

    Duane and Izzy were at my house in less than an hour after I called to say we had no water flow. They were both very polite and professional. Diagnosed several different things that led to the problem and had the repair done quickly. Showed me the parts and explained the conditions of them, offered for me to keep them to show my spouse.     I purchased a 5 ton Carrier heat pump to replace my aging Coleman 5 ton unit. While the Coleman unit never once broke down in the 15 years it was in service and the Carrier unit has went down twice now; the crew at Scott Wagners has kept their word on the 10 year warranty so far and have fixed the unit at no cost to me. Their people are respectful, knowledgeable, and prompt. Maybe in another 5-6 years I will upgrade this unit. This is a good company, and the saying is true, You get what you pay for

    Had a Grundfos installed on our water heater. Working ok. i need to get use to having hot water at sink faster but also have warm water in cold unit. May take a getting use to. Worker did a great job. He even checked all out faucets for buildup and removed build up in them. I Now have a lot more water coming out. Nice bonus. Very good and checked out our whole system.
