GREAT work. Showed up exactly when expected for the quote and the work. Every single person involved was so pleasant and made the process a breeze. I dont think we have an easy house to work on, and I felt they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They even alerted me to a non-electric issue that I want to take care of - and they get nothing from doing so, other than my gratitude! I will certainly use again.

The positive reviews here all match my experience. Ben was very conscientious about aesthetics and careful laying out our ceiling lights precisely in a chaotic basement ceiling with lots of pipes. It looks great and he left things clean when he packed up. Also good at sussing out wiring issues in an old house with a century of hit and miss electrical work.

I moved to Ossining a few years ago and needed some electrical work done in my home. I called High Q and received excellent service the first time. Since then, Ive relied on High Q for several other electrical issues that have come up over the years. They are reliable each and every time and theyve always addressed my issues. Cindy always takes good care of me wheh scheduling appointments and Luis is always on time and professional. I will continue to use their services as long as I live in their service area.

I have used High Q electric three times now, over the last year and a half, and they have been responsive and understanding to what I needed showed up when they said they would and done the job that I expected.This last time, just after they came in and took care of a couple of switches and safety plugs another 3 way switch died and they returned to replace it with no additional invoicing.Great service company..

Finally! After other electricians have worked in my home, High Q Electrics Luis came to repair the heat light in my bathroom. He immediately put me at ease. He knew what he was doing, was professional and professionally personable. There were a couple of other issues Ive been living with for 7 years that I felt comfortable asking him to repair. He did everything perfectly and left each work area spotless. There is larger project I will have High Q take care of for me that I had previously given up on.

I recently experienced power surge issues on my first floor steaming from the boiler turning on. I called High Q Electric with the emergency call. My experience with this company was amazing. Cindy in the office was so reassuring and professional. She was able to quckly place us on the days schedule and had someone dispatched that same afternoon. The electrician was amazing as well, so thorough and knowledgeable. As a new homeowner its great a find a company you can count on and trust. They went above and beyond and explained everything that was happening. All was fixed within the hour. Definitely will be calling High Q Electric for any future needs. Highly Recommended!!!

Raf and his team are excellent and responsive. Ben took care of replacing 5 fixtures in one day, some of which still had old gas-light components and needed all new boxes and wiring. He was amazing, quick, affable and professional. Also High Q helped us out of a bind last summer when a tree-fall ripped the power lines off the house. They repaired immediately same day as damage. Great service all around. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

We had a lot of little repairs and upgrades to be done including adding and repairing outlets and light fixtures, installing a smart thermostat, etc. Ben and his assistant showed up on time and work efficiently throughout the day to get the jobs done. High Q is awesome. Ben came right on time to check out two exterior light fixtures that werent working, explained clearly what the issue with them was and why, and replaced them. When I asked about the cost of replacing old outlets with new ones, he offered to switch those out right then, had the parts on hand, and did so quickly and cheerfully. Even cleaned up afterwards. Super efficient and much more reasonably priced than other electricians Ive used. I am so happy to have found them. I wish they did plumbing too!

Used them in summer 2015. They were great- replaced a panel, rewired kitchen, moved outlets, etc. Honest about how what would make sense for us and also what would be an unnecessary expense. Also- they have a great & communicative office manager, can use email, and are flexible with scheduling. Planning to call them again soon!

We live in a 1930 house that is fully built out in the basement. With great cheer and expertise High Q Electric spent the best part of a day navigating wiring between two floor and many massive wooden beams to install lighting in two closets and two outlets. And they stayed true to their estimate when we got the invoice even though it turned out to be much more difficult than estimated. They constantly looked for ways to string the wires without damaging the house (very few holes) and did a full cleanup afterwards including spackling any holes. I highly recommend their services.

Eddie came today and did a fantastic job to fix a series of issues that another electrician balked at, didn’t realize were actual issues, or couldn’t fix. I had open grounds, faulty wiring in light switches, reversed hot/neutral wires, and GFCI outlets that needed to be installed. Eddie took his time to find the source of the issue (a painful process), and there was not ONE HOLE made in any of our walls. It was remarkable. He also took the time to explain to me where a previous electrician had gone wrong, why things were not up to code, and his process for troubleshooting in a non-disruptive and efficient manner.The next time someone is looking for an electrician, please don’t hesitate to contact High Q.
