    I was looking in google for a roofing company in the Maple Grove area and Bold North came up and had many 5 star reviews. I called and a very pleasant lady took the call. Very quickly she had my information and said someone would be calling. Within minutes Riley called and set up an appointment to come out and look at a shed roof and our house and garage roofs. Riley was efficient and thorough. We spoke through what he saw and gave us suggestions to move forward.It is wonderful to find a company with such great employees and service.     After a recent storm we were contacted by several roofing companies. One company stopped offering a free inspection. I was told there was hail damage and to contact my insurance company. I did some research on the company and found many negative reviews. As I researched roofing companies with excellent reviews, I found Bold North. I completed their online request on a Saturday. Within hours one of the owners called me and said he would have Calvin stop over on Monday. Calvin inspected my roof, showed me several photos that supported his opinion that I did not need to replace my roof. He found some exposed nail heads that needed to be caulked and offered to stop by in a few days when he had the correct matching caulk to seal them up free of charge. A few days later he did just that. I have not seen this kind of integrity and customer service in decades! If you do your research on roofing companies, you will feel very good about choosing Bold North Roofing and Contracting for your roofing needs. I am very impressed.     I called about a possible water leak coming from a dryer vent on my roof. Bold North Roofing sent a representative out the very next day. Calvin Benedict had the ladders and equipment to access my roof and determine the problem. He was able to seal and then tack my shingles in place to take care of my leakage problem.Calvin was friendly, professional, and efficient. He made me feel comfortable about calling Bold North Roofing. Calvin took pictures and was able to explain exactly what he would do to fix the problem. He answered all my questions and assured me that he would return if not completely satisfied.I have not had troubles with water in my utility room since fixing the loose shingles.Thank you.

    I cannot recommend Bold North enough. When I had questions about the extent of damage on my roof, Calvin came out to inspect my roof the next day and did a very thorough job. He walked me through each step of the process from filing a claim, product selection, scheduling, and completing the process.     I developed a bit of a roof leak during a recent heavy storm and called BOLD NORTH first thing the following morning. I didnt have to leave a message and wonder if I would ever receive a return call; CALVIN answered the call immediately. We discussed the problem and set up a time to meet. He showed up right on time and examined the roof, then explained the problem to me in detail and made sure I understood both the problem and my options.     When we first heard that we might have roof damage from a storm we were dreading the replacement process, but Chris helped us through everything and made it a really great experience.     Tom was great! He came out for a consult on a leak we were having in our roof. He took a look at the roof, then talked us through what was wrong and walked us through potential solutions. He let us know that they don’t do the work that we needed, but he offered to refer us to others who did.     Had a leak in my upstairs bathroom fan during a heavy rainstorm. Spoke with Glen Anderson over the phone and we both thought that the situation might not require their services.As I was leaning towards leaving Bold North out of the situation Glen insisted, he come out and take a look so I could at least have some peace of mind. Glen showed up the next day and inspected my vent. Thankfully nothing was wrong.In addition to going up on my roof and inspecting my vent, Glen was extremely helpful and provided products recommendations and tips for me to take care of the water stains in my bathroom ceiling.     Honest roofing company! I was quite pleased with Christina from Bold North Roofing when she came out to inspect my roof and the roof of several of my neighbors. Some of my neighbors did in fact have hail damage but turned out I did not.     Had to reach out to a roofing company to look at a small leak. It turned out our roof had been damaged from hail nearly a year prior. They did an amazing job with with insurance company and got it all completed on their terms so the cost was covered. Super responsive, informative, not pushy and upselling.     Bold North is a very good company. They inspected my home and saw there was some damage from the recent storms in the area. After talking with insurance, I got a new roof paying only my deductible!! They took apart my roof and installed the new one same day, which was a very pleasant surprise. Figured it would take a couple days at least.All in all, I would definitely recommend checking them out if you even think you have any damage. Everyone I worked with here was very pleasant and they all cared about my home and working with me to get what I wanted!

    Piece of fascia was torn and dangling and banging against the roof. They didn’t have any immediate availability to do the repair (a month out at the soonest), yet they immediately came to the house that same day and cut the fascia away so it stopped banging in the breeze, and said there’d be no charge, and that if I could find someone else to repair it sooner that I would be welcome to do so. I scheduled with them, of course. A month later, right on schedule, they came out and did the work, as well as some additional unrelated repair work I’d asked about. There’s still another bit of work I’ve asked them to do, and it’s on the schedule, but it hasn’t been completed yet. I have full confidence they’ll do it up right great.
