    AQS is a great company. Every employee is highly professional and very well trained. My old furnace was red lined at 10 in the morning and at noon a new furnace was being installed. I will never trust anyone but AQS with my heating/cooling work. They are simply the best.Richard Anderson.

    The technician was on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He quickly figured out the issue with my fireplace and repaired it. He even cleaned the glass. It looks, and works, like new again.The total cost was very reasonable!I highly recommend this company. I will call them again, if I have trouble with any fireplace in the future!

    Absolutely fantastic service. They were very responsive on the phone got someone out to my relatively remote location very quickly because it was hot in the AC didnt work. We have geothermal and it took him some time to diagnose he took the time to really pay attention to the system check everything out Tell me what was going on and found the problem and fixed it. I couldnt be more impressed with the professionalism.

    Had our old gas burner singing a happy tune in short order. Service person was very instructive in letting us know what was wrong with the unit, and letting us know why each part needed to be replaced! We would, without hesitation, call Comfort by Design for all our heating and cooling needs.

    Tony arrived early and went to work, assessing my stated problem with my fireplace. He soon learned the problem and went about fixing it, explaining it to me. Throughout his visit Tony was polite and friendly. I could not have asked for more!

    I had my furnace go out over night, called them when I woke up in the morning and they had someone out in a few hours to look at it. Curtis explained to me what was wrong, and how he fixed it. I definitely recommend them if you ever have any trouble with your furnace!

    We installed a fireplace this past winter that we purchased from another dealer. Last night the power switch was accidentally shut off and we were unsure of the correct pilot re-lighting instructions. The dealer that we purchased the fireplace from is closed and we were unable to get ahold of anyone there, so an automated call system from the fireplace manufacturer instructed us to this business. They answered our call immediately, walked us through the re-start, and were incredibly kind! Wonderful customer service and we hadn’t even purchased from them. They have earned our business and we will gladly drive the distance there In the future! Thank You - you are appreciated and highly recommended!

    Furnace was not wanting to start up and it was negative outside. Called comfort by design and they were incredibly friendly and were there in about 45 min without and extra emergency charge! Tech was great as well. They are not the cheapest place out there BUT you get what you pay for....

    I had them come out to finish installing the propane hookup to my garage heater and also electrical and my furnished thermostat. Over the winter my thermostat didnt shut my heater off by itself. I thought it was the thermostat so I called company and had it warranted. Then my new one did the same thing. So I called Comfort by design to have them come out and see if it was on their end or something they hooked up. The tech told me it was shorted out in the unit where the first tech hooked it up and thats why it was damaging my thermostats. He installed a new one he had in his truck and took my two I had already. Said he would see what he could do for a warranty. Just got the bill. It is nothing like he said it was going to be. He said it was going to cost me $79.00 with new thermostat with hookup and he would see what he could do for a warranty for the old thermostats I had already. The salesman I spoke with also said if it was something they did they would not charge me. I just got the bill and its $251.00. This is the last time Im going to use this company. They also schedule you and then when they dont show up on time you call just for them to say that either he is behind or there was a priority ahead of me. No sorry and no call ahead as a heads up to let you know. Thats the second time that has happened to me with them. I will be calling corporate about this to see what can be done. Update > I did receive a call from them and everything was straightened out and taken care of. I am changing my review from 1 star to 4 because they called me to help fix the problem. Thanks Chuck!
