    Called was told they were backed up with calls and it would be a day or two, which was fine with me.(12Β°F this am) When the schedule did change a bit they called to let me know of the change.(I really appreciate the communication) Arrived on time, didnt leave any mess for me to lean up. Their technician was knowledgeable and friendly and the cost was reasonable for the service. Positive experience all the way around.

    Nathan Theel with Theel heating, plumbing, and electrical are top notch! I have him and his company work on my house in Emporia and they are always quick to respond, reasonably priced, and quick to get a job completed.     AC went out late Saturday night. Placed a call in and very early Sunday morning I received a call from Nathan informing me he was on his way. Talk about prompt service. AC was fixed in a matter of minutes totally professional.Theel employees are very kind professional and knowledgeable.     These guys are the best! They went to bat for us with our homeowners insurance and got our AC fixed right. After the previous company abondoned the job for over a month, Theel came out and fixed it within hours. We cant say enough good things about them!

    Have used these guys on several occasions. AC unit repair, had a frozen pipe in January it was 20 below wind chills and they still came out and had the pipe fixed in 30 minutes. Good honest hard working group of guys , with a very reasonable price.

    Just had them come out to fix my HVAC which I had to shut off because it sounded like the motor was going to take off for Mars.On a friends recommendation, I called Theel, they fit me in by noon today and got the A/C working again. Turns out the last company that came out either didnt screw the motor back securely, or the screws worked themselves loose and thus the motor blades were hitting the housing! Quick Fix for $112.50!! Im Thrilled with the honesty and price.My regular company that charges me an annual service fee couldnt work me in ! Mmmmm, say good bye to them and Hello to Theel!

    In the heat of summer our A/C went out. We called and Nathan came right over and counselled on what would best serve our heating and A/C needs.The work was done before we had time to suffer from the heat. Theel Plumbing and Heating has always been especially considerate about gettingour A/C working; we are considered senior citizens and vulnerable to the heat. I give them five stars.
