    I recently had the pleasure of working with Carey, a master plumber from Honest Abe Home Services. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly nice and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, which I really appreciated. He was able to complete three different projects on the same day he came out for the estimate. That was an awesome surprise. I am very satisfied with the service provided and will definitely choose Honest Abe Home Services for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

    I have known Cruise for awhile because hes a customer at the donut shop where I work. I had issues with the sump pump in my basement and just about everyone I called either didnt return call or was busy. I get that. But for my age (55), going up and down the basement to manually drain the sump pump was really breath taking. Thankfully when I called Honest Abe, the company was quick to reply. Not only did Cruise fix the major problem, he also fixed the flush of my toilet and the drainage issue of the bath tub. The best part is, they have easy terms of payment. Something I have never heard before. But I tell you, if you need some fixing and you cant afford it yet, you can negotiate!

    Cruise was an AMAZING, helpful, common knowledgeable and personal technician. We have never been anything but 100% happy with anybody that Honest Abes sends out. They are dependable and they definitely know their stuff! They have fixed our air conditioner, our furnace, installed our sinks, water lines, repaired plumbing, put in new plumbing, everything you can imagine and everything has been done to perfection.Their communication is stellar, and they are absolutely 100% dependable!

    After hours on a freezing night Honest Abe came and fixed my HVAC. Cooper was very polite, thorough, knowledgeable and knew what he was doing even for being a younger technician. It was the blower motor that went out. Furnace was humming and not turning on and smelled burnt plastic. Since he fixed it I have now noticed my furnace dont constantly run and turns off when it is suppose to now. Which means my electric bill will go down as well! Thank you very much! I really appreciate it and I am happy to be a member for all my future needs for heating, plumbing and appliances.

    Quick, tidy, and timely. The team at Honest Abeā€™s did a good job connecting the water to our new dock, setting things up for a sink and refrigerator in the Dock Bar, and added an outdoor shower. I suspect the cost was on the high-end, but the service was excellent and they got the job done immediately after bidding it. There is a value to that!

    I have had Honest Abe for years since my husband died. They are usually early when schedule. They come on holidays too. I had a problem with my pump on Thanksgiving and they were out 11:00 at night and it the next day. Michael was great today. Excellent

    Technician was fantastic. He was relentless in diagnosing the problem until he had it fixed. Documented the process to give to Condo Association because of issue causing the problems is in the main drainage. Only issue I had was with technician arriving at assigned time and company not calling me and letting me know of the delays. Once tech was assigned the job he texted when he was on the way. Very professional and a true dedication to his trade.

    We showed up to our Lake House to discover a burst pipe- called Honest Abe and they were out within 2 hours. Tech Julian came out and was just wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and got our problem fixed. He made sure everything was working properly. His customer service and super friendly attitude was a breath of fresh air. He had already been working since 8:00 am on another job and didnā€™t finish up with us til after 8:00 pm. He said more than once he loved his job! Highly recommend Honest Abe and if you can request Julian!

    Cruise from Honest Abeā€™s went above and beyond this weekend to come out on a Saturday evening and install a new water heater and softener at the lake house when I woke up to water all over the floor on Saturday morning. The water heater had a slow leak that I may have missed had it not been for the softener completely dumping all of the water through the overflow when it gave out.Cruise was knowledgeable and professional and knew exactly what we needed and was willing to make it happen on Saturday so I wouldnā€™t have to be without water all weekend.If I could give more than 5 stars I would! If you need any skilled trade services call Honest Abeā€™s first! They are top notch!!!

    My AC decided to go out right as we hit a heat wave. It went out Sunday afternoon and Honest Abe was able to get a tech out first thing Monday morning. The tech knew exactly what he was doing, he was very communicative and explained what had happened. Best thing was he was able to fix it in a short amount of time. He even went out of his way to fix other smaller issues. Thank you so much for getting my AC back up and running. I donā€™t know what I would have done if I had to wait any longer, having 2 babies and 3 dogs at home. Thank you!

    Upon buying our beautiful new home, we were puzzled to find a constant swamp just outside our house. Not knowing what to make of it, we called Honest Abeā€™s Home Service to investigate. We were impressed by their flexible scheduling and prompt communication, which ensured no surprises. Hours before the appointed time, they sent out communication informing us that Cruise Trube would be coming to inspect and resolve our swamp problem. From Mr. Trubeā€™s expertise, he discovered our swamp was coming from a leaking pipe connected to one of our outdoor hydrants. After several hours of digging with an industrial sized digger, he resolved the leak and verified it wouldnā€™t leak again. Finally, he filled in the giant hole and made sure the ground was leveled. Days later, weā€™ve reviewed his work and our swampy outdoor puddle is nice and dry! Thank you Mr. Trube and Honest Abe for resolving our problem!

    OUTSTANDING!!! From the initial call at 10:00 pm after hours on a Saturday night throughout the entire process all the way up to the end what an unbelievably smooth process. Julian at the beginning, Tim the General Manger in the middle, finally Stan and his team with both the Brains and the Braun knocked it out of the park.     Cooper did a great job. He explained our AC issue and quickly called his supervisor Tim to verify what he thought needed to happen. Tim was at our condo within 20 minutes and explained our old unit had seen its last day. He offered us several options and Cooper was one of the installers. This all happened within 3 days of the service call. The install went smoothly and all 3 employees were courteous and knowledgeable of the task of removing the old furnace and AC unit. I highly recommend Honest Abe. Everyone we came in contact with from the phone staff to the service techs were courteous and quick to respond to our needs.

    Jon came and cleaned my dryer and washing machine. He was very professional and on time. He took pictures of the before and after and showed me where my dryer lent on the inside of the dryer was starting to burn. He cleaned it back to new. 10 out of 10 recommend!!

    Communication from the beginning was shaky. We were at home expecting someone with a scheduled time that was also emailed to my wife and I and they didnā€™t show. So we called and the service rep told us someone sent the plumber home. And we had to be scheduled again. Had we not called we wouldā€™ve have known anything. The gentleman that came out had the best customer service one could receive. Very professional and clean. Friendly with my family and patient. Once he saw where the leak was coming from he fixed it immediately. He did have to return to patch up the walls he went into on a later date. My only downsides were I felt as if he was trying to sell me a service package I really may or may not need. And to understand the invoice you have to call in to see what you were being charged for. Itā€™ll be good also for them to try to match your house paint as close as possible especially if they come back another day giving them time too. Also by mistake and we all make mistakes, he left the basement tub on when he had the house water cut off. So when he was done and he cut the water on the basement tub was on full blast running water and we didnā€™t know for some time later that night. But the dude was great.

He did a fantastic job explaining the potential issue and all of the options we had in terms of a solution. He stayed with us while equipment was delivered from Osage Beach to our home in Jefferson City and then worked at our house until 10:45pm removing what ended up being roots that had grown through our sewage pipe in MANY different spots.     I had a pretty tough job, a busted pipe. The toughest part was gaining access to the pipe as the crawl space is too small. Ive had 2 companies come here and said they couldnt do the job.     We were blessed to be the recipients of the System for a Soldier this year. Michael Orrell and Cooper Deters were the technicians who did the installation. As is usual in all of our previous interactions with Honest Abes, we received a text letting us know what time they would be out, a text when they were on their way, and a text with the technicians photo and a brief bio. We have always been very comfortable having techs from Honest Abes in our home. They are always friendly, professional, in uniform, and they wear shoe covers to help keep our home clean.A total HVAC system replacement is a huge job, and Michael and Cooper handled it flawlessly. The work was completed in one day with very minimum interruption to our household activities, the work sites were cleaned up, and we were thrilled.Previous to this work, weve been with Honest Abes on a contract where they would come do HVAC and home inspections quarterly.     I cant speak as to quality of service or anything so I gave 5 stars. Im trying to contact the company regarding job postings and pay offered to certain technicians of certain levels. Im currently journeyman - master level but do not have the license of journeyman or masters due to financial reasons. A company should, honestly, provide the license fees for such technicians or hold the license themselves for their technicians to work under. Please stop asking technicians to aquire financial burden via journeyman or masters licenses. Please refrain from placing technicians without these licenses on a sub-par pay schedule that involves commission. Commission is for sales jobs. We are technicians not salesman. Sure sales often becomes a necessary part of our day to day routine, but as a technician, i dont want to sell something to the customer if they dont need it. Paying commission based pay doesnt support this belief.

    A/C and heating installation. Have a unique cabin off-grid and needed a heating and air conditioning solution. Adrian was fantastic! He spent nearly 2 hours with me to develop a solution to a unique timber frame house. He thoroughly explained the pros and cons of different types of systems so I avoided future pitfalls. He actually saved me several thousand dollars with his solution. He presented ideas I had never thought of that were fabulous.     Very professional company. Had a plumbing issue. When they sent tech out, they sent name and bio to my phone. Friendly and professional serviceUPDATE 7/27/23Had them fix a leak on an outside pipe in May. The leak came back and they honored warranty and made it right. I have been happy with their service.

    Tim came out on a Friday evening and by Tuesday morning Mike was here to install our new units. They were very professional and answered every question and concern we had. With a new furnace and air conditioning unit I had a few, to say the least. I will recommend them to everyone who needs any of the many services they offer. Thank you all for helping us.

    Tim, Brit and Donna were very responsive to provide home services! Fantastic communication before, during and after the job. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and on time, even arriving early. Clients will receive a text message and picture ID of technician and when he is on his way to you. I love that courtesy! You get great customer service with Honest Abes Home Services and a job very well done. Will we use them again? You bet we will!!

    The heat pump furnace for our home was not keeping us warm.Technician Tim Woody came to our home and with in a couple of hours we had approved credit and a new gas furnace and central air unit on the way to our home. 2 days later Tim along with Justin, Michael and Cruise were installing our new HVAC system and Tim had already spoke to a propane supplier to set up that service. I highly recommend if you need help with any service around the house, give Honest Abes a call, and stop worrying because help is on the way. Thank You Honest Abes, your performance is all Aces in my families book.

    The AC in my vacation rental went out with 6 guests in the unit at 10 PM on a hot July night. I called Honest Abes and spoke to Donna who was extremely personable and professional. She got George scheduled to take a look and he had figured out the problem and corrected it 2 hours later. Great communication throughout. Exceptional service all around and above and beyond for an after hours HVAC call. And all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Honest Abes Home Services. Thanks George and Donna!

    Tim and Robert have been absolutely fantastic. I called yesterday and Tim was here today and he was early! After looking at the whole system and realizing that itā€™s going to need replaced he not only helped me get great financing he called up Robert who came right over with a temporary portable AC unit for us to use in the meantime. Considering my house was 102 I couldnā€™t be more grateful. Tim explained everything that needs to be done, tracked down the units I need and scheduled my installation all while he shared the ac in his vehicle because I was dying of heat. Robert even had cold pop. They were wonderful and I will definitely be calling them for any issues I may have in the future.

    I dont even know how to find the words to explain how happy I am with Honest Abes!! Specifically their technician Tim!! I finally contacted them after about a month of trying to get a plumber on the phone to help us with a sewer repair! I contacted them Wed, on Thursday they came out and looked and figured out the issue and by Friday they had it fixed!! Couldnt have asked for better service!!! I will be using them for any issues I have with my home from now on!!!
