    Had them out to my house. then my sons house. have used them in the past. they are excellent to deal with. 1st time I met Adrian. he is a pleasure to deal with. just like the rest of their crew. but Adrian has a very positive energy. Great guy, great company. highly recommend.

    Had an emergency 30 minutes before they closed. The women who answered our call went above and beyond to get a driver to us that day. The truck was here in 20 minutes and pumped our tank at a very reasonable rate. Will definitely use this company again!

    Just purchased a home in July last year and never had a septic system. Lets just say Im learning the hard way. I called this company to come pump out my septic and they came the same day! Very professional and knowledgeable. While they pumped that out they checked my dry wells and found one of my pipes were collapsed. Well they are scheduled tomorrow and gave me a great deal. I will be calling this company for all my septic needs. Owner was very nice and just down to earth and I loved that. Thumbs up !!!!!

    Excellent customer service. Brian has been doing this for a very very long time and knows what he is doing. They fit me in last minute and helped me out with somewhat of an emergency. He also did some more work for me a year later to my satisfaction. Good local guy. Highly recommend!

    I was concerned the inspection procedure was not completed properly. I called and left a message. Brian, the owner, called within a half an hour and came out to my home to assess my questions in person. He gave me a very thorough explanation of my septic system, as well as, the condition the system was currently in. He also provided many tips for improving the life of my field. Extremely knowledgeable, very professional, with a quick response time. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

    Customer service was outstanding!!! I called two weeks ago about a problem I was having. The owner of the company got on the phone and talked to me about what was wrong. At that time, I had a blocked pipe. He referred me to another company that came out the same day to snake the pipe. Today, I had my tank emptied. Tyler and Adrian were very polite, respectful and knowledgeable about septic care. I will recommend this company to anyone that needs their septic tank emptied.

    I had an excellent experience with that company. The receptionist was very friendly and it was easy to schedule an appointment. The technicians did an awesome job. They arrived within the two hour window and gave general septic system recommendations. They even made sure that there was no sewage spilled in the yard after they were done. I will use them again.

    I have used this company twice and was pleased with the service on both occasions. Through email they answered many of my questions before coming out and arrived within the appointment window. Everything was clean when they left and did a good job filling back in holes. Will use this company again in a few years when I get septic tank pumped again.

    After discovering my recently purchased home was having a sewer problem I asked several coworkers whom I should call for repairs. Everyone said Harrison Hoe! After feeling upset that I may need a severely expensive repair, the owner personally met me at my home and explained my problem and what may be necessary in order to repair my drainage concern and on a Saturday to boot!     Brian was great and very knowable about how a septic system works. My system was put in 1950 and Brian understood how to deal with our system and its difficult access. Great family business that prides itself in doing a good gob! It was also really nice to deal with Celia who took the time to explain what expect when the guys came to service our tank.
