Bill was wonderful the minute he walked into my house. We were just going to replace the laminate and wanted Bill to install it for us. He only asked why laminate? We told him because we didn’t think we could afford stone. Luckily he had bought some samples with him and we picked out the one we liked. He explained how when someone walks into our kitchen and they look at the top of our island their eye goes across and immediately down and asked us what we saw with the sample we had picked out. It didn’t match our flooring he put down another sample of something that we had put aside and said now what do you see in the veins in the countertop match perfectly with our floor. Bill is very patient, educator and totally trustworthy. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family. Bill if I ever win the lottery you’re getting a phone call immediately -

We had read & heard great things about Custom Millworks and after meeting with Bill, we knew immediately he was the man we wanted for our kitchen remodel. Bill listened to our preferences, incorporating and surpassing them beautifully, and walked us through every step of the process. Everything went according to schedule with Bill present each day, even overseeing his excellent skilled contractors, which really streamlined the process. Communication was never an issue, and we & our home were treated with respect, yet we unexpectantly had so much fun working with Bill and his son Aaron. He closely inspected every detail of the job, ensuring every aspect of the work and materials were up to his high standards.Bill Hussong is an honest, highly skilled professional and a true pleasure to work with. CUSTOM MILLWORKS INC. REVIEWCustom Millworks Inc. is a fabulous, local company that Michele and I hired to remodel our kitchen and three bathrooms. The first thing you will learn about Bill Hussong is his easy going nature. He truly listens to what you want as his customer and then he adds subtle suggestions as to what might enhance the overall appearance of the finished product.As part of our kitchen remodel, we originally were going to leave a pantry area as originally designed when the house was built. Bill talked about how the pantry would be so much better with pull out drawers and cabinetry doors that matched the rest of the remodel. We went with Bill’s recommendation and are we glad that we did! We love the utility the pantry drawers offer and the seamless look of the cabinets!Bill’s attention to detail is a another wonderful trait that he possesses. He accurately measures everything, draws up a floor plan, and then creates a palette with a piece of cabinet and a piece of granite countertop that we selected affixed to it. Michele and I were able to take that palette with us when we shopped for paint colors, back splash tile, mirrors, and cabinet handles. Bill’s palette made selecting these other items so much easier!The third thing that made Custom Millworks Inc. the right choice for our remodel were the attention to small details they did to make our remodel look so impressive. Bill has a special way of finishing the crown moldings that reside between the cabinet and kitchen soffit. As a former engineer, I marvel at how clean and simple his design is. The moldings look absolutely phenominal!Bill’s attention to detail also shown brightly when he built a wooden box around a stove vent duct that exists inside a cabinet above the stove. When we open the doors to get something out of this cabinet, we always admire the finished look that boxed in vent duct has!Overall, you will not be disappointed with Custom Millworks Inc. They are professional, reasonably priced, punctual, and accurate with the amount of time they predict to finish the job! We cannot say enough good things about them and wholeheartedly recommend them for kitchen and bathroom remodeling. -

Bill and his son (Aaron) are the best in the business by far. My wife and I called Bill to get a quote for cabinets for our master bedroom remodeling and left him a message. Without delay, he called us back within the hour. He was immediately available to come out and look at our master bath. Within a day or two, we had a reasonable written estimate. He was very professional and friendly. We didn’t even feel we needed to look elsewhere. Once we agreed to Bill’s proposal, he immediately came back to our home with samples, taking measurements and offering ideas and suggestions. He was right on and his ideas we very much appreciated. Bill sent us his drawing and we were off to the cabinet company he uses. We picked out what we liked and he did the rest. Bill delivered the cabinets and counter tops and the next day, he did the installation, seamlessly. It was the smoothest installation we have ever experienced. He and his son were a great team and a joy to watch. His countertop and sink fabrication was unbelievably beautiful. Everything fit perfectly. We were actually sad to see them go. In sum, I would highly recommend Bill. Old school craftsmanship is hard to come by and Bill is the best! -
